I don't know how the bad comments came from but this stuff really works it is better than the Clarins Super Moisture for day. The ingredients are top notch and has very high concentrations of Hyaluronic Acid and collagen. In addition, it uses nanotechnology to deliver amino acids into the skin, I've never had a problem with this making my skin break out.
This is the best cream for dry skin than others I've used it doesn't make you break out and absorbs quickly into my skin. I use to use MD Forte Replenishing Cream but at the same price for the same amount this is a superior product. Will definitely buy again.
This product is very good for extremely damaged skin and is not suppose to be used during the day because it will burn it after you apply sunscreen. I only use this sparsely for a couple of nights in a row to do a deep penetration to the skin. So if you use glycolic cleansers then you should use a gentler cleanser with this product. I would buy again, because Glycolic Acid and Retinol if used right will work.

This product is very good, the best way to use this is to place an amount in your palms, massage and allow the heat to turn this balm into a liquid moisturizer, it can be used on your entire face including eyes, and it keeps a glow to your skin. It doesn't make my acne prone skin break out unlike some other products and the amount of anti-oxidants is much higher than other brands. The big drawback is the price nearly $50 for a 2 ounce is too high, more like $30 is fair.
This product was the answer to years of cystic acne, it basically controlled what dozens of dermatologists couldn't do for 15 years. Use it night and day everyday if you have cystic acne and do not use water just massage it on your skin until it completely disappears and then rinse, it's safe enough to use around the eyes just clean your eyes last and wipe of extra using tissue around the eye area. 100% the best cleanser period no need for a toner.
This serum is a treat, it's not meant to be used during the day except when you have very irritated or burned skin. Two to three pumps is the most you'll need for your entire face and parts of your neck. It calms, and brightens your skin in just a couple of applications, I use it only 2 to 3 times a week at night usually weekends I'm new again with glowing skin. This new formula seems to provide more equal parts oil/water than the last one which pumped out more water than oil. The smell is less musky as mentioned by someone else but the results are still terrific. Update: 9/27/09 - I would wake up with glowing skin and the smoothest eyes imaginable it does wonders I'll definitely buy again and can't wait for Generation 7 to come out by that time it's a facelift in a bottle.
Treatments -Paula's Choice - Super Antioxidant Concentrate

I've used this for 10 months consistently and no noticeable much less dramatic results, just blah skin. You can't compare %4 of one, %1 of another, %1 of something else, etc. and expect that to be the same as %15 of vitamin C. It is the concentration of one antioxidant and not the dilution of many antioxidants that makes a product highly effective. Bottom line no results. If it doesn't make your skin breakout then "hoping" that 15 years down it will make a difference is pathetic. If it's suppose to work you'll notice a dramatic difference in just a few days. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
I stopped using this temporarily and a week ago started again, within days my face was baby soft and glowing. The glycolic and retinol products I was using was drying my face, and this formula is heaven and made my skin better than normal, calm and glowing.
