Moisturizers -Unlisted Brand - Extra Virgin Olive Oil

I have tried this twice: one as a make-up remover and just now for cleaning and unclogging my pores. I found Pond's to get my make-up off much quicker and easier. And I'm very sad that this does nothing for my pores. They are super clogged from something right now and I rubbed the EVOO into my dry face for over 15 minutes and nothing came out at all. No little bit things like everyone else talks about. Am I doing something wrong? The EVOO was also cold pressed. At least I'll use this stuff for other purposes so no money really lost.
*This review pertains to all the versions I've used which are invisible dry.* I'm the type that I don't sweat a lot, but I sometimes get soaked armpits when I'm nervous. This stuff fails during those times like test taking, first dates, etc. However, for basic daily use where I know I'm not going to be freaking out, these are good. They have nice, soft smells and are cheap. I usually get two at time with a BOGO coupon combined with drug store discount. So usually $3 for two of these. and going back to the scent, it lasts for a very long time and just makes me feel fresh. And it doesn't end up turning into that funky nasty old fruit smell some deodorants do. The trick to using these is that I don't apply a lot. About 1-2 swipes ( apply twice a day sometimes) and then I rub it in with my fingertips if I put too much. If you do apply too much, you get those annoying white ball clump things and excess on your shirt. Yuck. So the invisible dry is not 100% accurate and black dresses should not touch this stuff.
My hair didn't care for this. It only became a bit frizzy, weighed down, and smelled nice for about 10 minutes.
Lip Gloss -Revlon - Super Lustrous Lip Gloss (general)

I LOVE these! I had really bad experiences with drugstore lip glosses. They would either have no color payoff, smell/taste terrible, glitter everywhere, bad casing that would cause the product to get everywhere in my purse (looking at you W&W clear). So until trying these Revlon ones, I've been using MAC all of the time. Those are quite nice, but a bit costly for me. These Revlon glosses have nice colors that actually show up on your lips and last! They don't dry my lips out, or get clumpy and look just gross. Some of the colors do have glitter, but not a crapload. The tubes are great and they close tight! no worries about sticky stuff in my purse yay! My favorite colors right now are: Coral Reef, Pink Pursuit, and Foiled. I recently got Pink Afterglow, but not too impressed with it because it has a bit of glitter, and I saw no color on my lips. I use it kind of like a clear gloss for now. The downside is that I think they cost a bit much to pay actual retail because I am cheap with drugstore make-up. I stock up when Rite Aid has their great sales and Up Rewards. I just got lucky with our K-Mart going out of business sale where make-up was 60% off. I got tons of these glosses (there were even some Coral Reef!) at round $2.70! won't need to buy any for a long while.
Shampoo -Neutrogena - Triple Moisture cream lather shampoo

I'm still not quite sure how I feel about this product after using it for about a month, along with the conditioner. My issue with it is that my hair is VERY frizzy after using the pair no matter if I air dry or blow dry it. Also, my roots just always seem dirty. My hair is quite long, and dry at the very bottom, but my roots get oily unless I shampoo at least every other day. Using this pair, my roots are so dirty it's like I must wash every day, which I do not want to do at all. And use clarifying twice a week instead of once. I will say I do love the conditioner. I have used it with other shampoos, and found it to make my hair feel nice and less tangled. So I'll use this up, and just find abetter shampoo to go with the conditioner.
Got this because I like the medicated version. This one did not go on my lips smooth, it seemed VERY waxy, and the reddish color of the product would stain above my lip. So annoying. Did not help protect or make my lips feel better. I didn't care for the smell either because it was so fake.
Awesome stuff. It goes on smooth, gives me a tingly feeling, clear color, and actually helps put a barrier and protect my lips. Only need to reapply a couple of times. My lips also feel moisturized enough for each normal day. If my lips are super dry, then I use an ointment.
This stuff really does nothing for my pores and does not exfoliate. It is a weird texture, like thick and goopy and my face felt irritated by it while washing. Felt like my skin was also not clean, and did not take off any make-up.
Cleansers -Olay - Regenerist Daily Regenerating Cleanser

Terrible. It gives my skin red blotches, and it feels like the exfoliates leave tiny scratches on my face. Also does not leave me even feeling clean. I usually only wear a bit of powder on my face, and this cleanser did not remove it. I can tell with using my toner. My pores also look and feel clogged.
I loved this product at first because it's cheap, smelled nice, and seemed to make my hair feel soft. After about 3 weeks though, I noticed my hair started to weigh down (even after clarifying and making sure to rinse very well), and it was rough to get a comb through it. My scalp also was VERY irritated along the bottom, top of forehead, and sides right at my ears. It was such a bright red irritation. I have never had anything like this happen before! This shampoo and conditioner just ruined my scalp. It was flakes galore, itchy and burned. I still kept trying this Aussie moist combo, but my hair and scalp just got worse. And then I read other reviewers whom also experiences scalp irritation. So quit using and my scalp is finally getting back to normal with the help of some drugstore creams. As a final note for packaging, it sucks. My caps would sometimes be hard to get up and they both snapped off.
Fine as a toothpaste, but does nothing for whitening and seems to run out quite fast. I do like this better than Colgate Total which just never left my teeth feeling very clean. But I want a toothpaste that whitens so once this stuff is gone, no more.
Other -Crest - 3D Professional Effects White Strips
dezichan 1/19/2012 1:23:00 PM
Have used half of my first box of these. At this point, my teeth have not whitened to the point I can really notice. (Also using the Crest 3D White toothpaste with this and do one strip packet a day for 30min) My box is fine exp date wise until 2013, but I wonder if it's somehow a dud. I have had NO sensitivity at all besides the very first strip on my bottom teeth. I had a sudden jolt of pain in one of my teeth and that was it. It's weird to me since everyone here pretty much says how it causes their teeth to hurt. UPDATE: Finished box and nothing changed. What a disappointment.
Pressed Powders -Physicians Formula - Mineral Wear Mineral Face Powder
dezichan 12/30/2011 12:31:00 PM
For one, hate the packaging. I didn't think it'd be as bad as people say it is, but it sucks! So big, bulky, and flimsy. I just tried this powder out this morning, about 2 hours ago and can't believe it. It looked fine going on, though it made a bit of a mess being so fine and all. Seemed to match my skintone (I got Translucent Light because I'm quite pale) Then, just went to check in the mirror before heading out and my face is freaking orange-ish like I've been tanned!!! I checked the package and the exp date is fine so?! In a hurry, I just patted on more powder, my Revlon CS in translucent, to tone it down. My face was also already oily, like very oily everywhere. Very upset at this powder. Hopefully it will be okay for the sumemr when I DO have a tan. I also bought another PF powder, non mineral, and will see how that works out later.
Eyeliner -Rimmel - Soft Kohl Kajal Eye Pencil in Pure White
dezichan 12/30/2011 11:36:00 AM
Terrible. Got this because I heard great things. It is soft, but goes on uneven and just clumps together on me. The color also looks unnatural, as another reviewer commented below. It seems to last long on me, but in a bad way, because it just gets cakey and clumpy looking on lower lashline. For the inner corner of my eye, it again just gets cakey and looks so obvious. The end of this product for me was when this stuff actually got on my eyeball! It just clumped and I had to remove a clump from my poor eye which then got irradiated. I will probably just toss this one out. I really want to find a nice white eyeliner.
I've used this toner off and on for a few years. I like it because it is gentle enough for me and great when I clean off my make-up and want to get rid of whatever traces are left. Even after using Pond's, this stuff always gets a little more make-up off my face. But besides doing that, this toner is quite useless. Doesn't help with my flakes or the appearance of my skin at all. No improvement with unclogging my pores. I find that Clinique's gentle toner does so much better job with making my skin feel nicer and look healthier. So if you just want something to help with make-up removal and are on a budget with low expectations, this toner is probably for you.
