This moisturizer is great! I bought this on a whim without checking p-ville while I was suffering from a dermatitis-like rash that was scaly and craving moisture. I'd been hunting for a more hydrating moisturizer for PM use that wouldn't be heavy or greasy and actual provide moisture. I loved Cerave but broke me out. < > This is a fantastic alternative. All I need is a pea sized amount. It doesn't just "sit" on my skin, which is great because I can use a dab in the am along with my usual Complex 15 for an extra boost of moisture. I've been using it for a few months now and It hasn't broken me out. Every morning I wake up with supple, smooth skin. < > Some of the reviews mention a stinging experience and I will admit I felt that as well. In the first couple of weeks or so my skin did sting a tiny bit and look the slightest bit red, but this eventually subsided. And I do not feel any stinging at all anymore. I'm not sure if this is because my skin became accustomed to the ingredients or that the mysterious dermatitis outbreak I was suffering from at the time is now gone and perhaps that was the source of irritation. Either way, I think this is a product that is worth a try. And given how little is needed to cover the face and even neck, the price isn't that bad.
