I think this is a great steal. 10 brushes for just under $80! And the brushes are complete from eyes to face to lips! I find most brush sets has too little variety of brushes, they either mostly concentrate on the eyes, or the face. But I think this set from Sephora is just the perfect combination, no more and no less! Of course, not to mention it's pretty in pink! Unfortunately, when I got it, it didn't come with that nice metallic makeup bag. Actually, I don't think it does come with it even if you buy online, cuz it doesn't say in the description. I'm not sure though. The brush head was suprisingly soft. I thought for this price, you would be getting cheap brushes. But that wasn't the case. Although, it's not as soft as I prefer it to be, but it will do. I recommend this for any ladies that needs a good variety of brushes and loves pink!
Treatments (Eye) -Unlisted Brand - Lilash - Purified Eyelash Stimulator

I have the typical asian lashes.. just except for the length. They aren't short, but they are pretty sparse. So I was determined to get some to find some ways to grow my lashes. Then I came across a bunch of stuff you can put on your lashes that is suppose to make it grow longer and more. I read a bunch of reviews on each of these and I decided LiLash was the first one I can try and sounds decent enough. So, did it work? Length-wise, yes it did. I think my lash grew 50% longer. I roughly measured it before I started using it. And they grew about 4mm more, which is pretty impressive to me. But the length wasn't what I was looking for, like I mentioned, I had sparse lashes. Everytime one falls, I feel like Homer losing one strand of hair. After using this for nearly half a year, I do see more lashes growing, but it's definetly no where near the before and after pic they have on their website. I have my own before and after pic, I have posted it under my profile. Check it out! Several people reported these lash stimulator tends to irritates the eyes, and some even stings. Lilash definetly didn't do that. However, I personally was allergic to something in it... it made my eyes a little red & itchy (not sure if it's just me)... but I ignored it and continued using it (not recommending anyone doing this) cuz I just paid too much for this to throw it away. haha I will also compliment on the applicator. It's tip is like the same as liquid eyeliner, which you can easily swipe on your lashline. The applicator makes it more convincing to me that ti does the job. Cuz you should treat your lashes at the roots, since the other lash stimulator are like mascara applicators. I don't know how you can grow more lashes by applying the serum nowhere near the skin. The price, is ridiciously expansive, it's $150 USD. I live in Canada, so I needed the international shipping, which was also ridiciously expansive ($20). It just feels like a big ripoff overall, price-wise. So, in conclusion, yes, the stuff works, but not as well as it claims. It really depends on how desperate you are to get longer lashes. I was literally willing to try anything. If you're not that desperate, then I would recommend you to just save your $!
I used this for under eyes and sometimes use it as a base for eyeshadow. I think it works great for me! It brightens up my eyes and like the other reviewer has said, the creamy texture is really blendable.
This lip balm really didn't work for me... Although this is literally dirt cheap and it's nice and small, fits nicely into any ladies' purse, the moisturizing really did nothing for me. I have severely dry lips and get crusted and stuff even in the summer. This isn't really the best thing I have tried. I guess for girls that are just looking for a little bit of moisturizing action, this would be good. But for people that are looking for more, save your $!
I am soooooo in love with this lotion's smell.. the aloe & cucumber smells super fresh!! Also, I think it does pretty good with the moisturizing part... it doesn't make your skin feels oily after you applied it. It's no Crabtree as it takes awhile to absorb into your skin, but for this price, who cares!!! I only paid $10 with change and got probably a whole year of supply! Great great great lotion!!
I loveeeeeeeeeeee this brush set!! I have been looking for a pink brush set since forever!! It's exactly what I want, it's so pretty!! And it comes with a nice pink metallic brush bag which is pretty useful. The brush is EXTREMELY soft, it feels sooooo good when I brush things on, even sensitive areas like your eyes where its the most delicate part of your face. Like another reviewer has said, because of the softness of the brush, it does tend to pick up less powder/makeup at once, so you need to go over it many times if you are looking for more dramatic results. But personally, that's just perfect for me so that I can control how many layers I want and I can build it up gradually. And it's always good to know, especially for cosmetic companies, that they are animal-cruelty-free! :) The only bad thing I can say about this brush set is that these brushes are the only ones they have and no more. I needed more brushes for eyes but they don't have any, so that was a bummer. I have to get other brushes for eyes that doesn't match with this collection. =[
Mascara -Maybelline - XXL volume+length microfiber mascara

The white fiber part of the mascara did do a good job with the lengthening. But it's virtually impossible to cover all the white on your lash with the black mascara!! Everytime, I would try really hard to cover it from the roots to the ends.. but it's just impossible!! And people can really notice it and ask me why my lashes are white! Don't get this mascara!! It's not worth it!
Liquid -Bobbi Brown - Luminous Moisturizing Foundation
devilangel 5/9/2008 4:39:00 PM
The foundation sticks very close to the skin, if you have good skin and just put on a thin layer, you can hardly tell you put on foundation. However, I myself have a lot of acne scars to cover up, so I often have to cover it up with 2 layers, and it does tend to get cakey when you put on more. I would also say it isn't very long lasting either... it does tend to wear off as the day goes by.. but as long as you pat more powder during the day, I think you'll be ok. My friends have noticed the "luminious" on my face in a natural way.
Eyeliner -Bobbi Brown - Long Wear Gel Eyeliner in Black Ink
devilangel 5/9/2008 4:00:00 PM
This IS a long wear liner, it lived up to its words! I wear it all day long and it won't smudge or fade away. At the same time, it was really easy to remove because I don't use heavy duty eye makeup remover (the ones with the oil in it) and it can remove it easily. The price is OK, but for the amount you get out of it, I can use this for quite awhile, so it's worth it!
Their colors as blush is very natural. I like how it's creamy so it won't dry out my cheeks. I think it's cool you can also use it on your lips. I think this product is quite decent. One bad thing is i wished there is a protector sheet or sth to protect the cream part, because over time, a lot of dirt and threads and fallen in and get stuck to the cream and it's difficult to get them out =\
I won't recommend this product to anybody. I have tried better stuff than this (like Bobbi Brown). It doesn't stick close to your skin, so it's very obvious that you got foundation on and I find it a little bit cakey. These things aren't cheap too, for the same price, I would go for another brand.
Quite a decent lip gloss.. stays on pretty long and the colors are nice. The price is also OK~
This lip balm does really moisturizes! My lips used to be all dried and crunchy, and it has never happened again after I started using this. However, it is a bit pricey, and I don't like how you have to apply with your fingers.
Lip Treatments -MAC - Tinted Lip Conditioner- Fuchsia Fix
devilangel 5/6/2008 4:47:00 PM
This is a great lip balm. It does moisturizes my dry lips and prevents it from going flakey and such. Personally, the color is a bit red for me. Also, I don't like how it comes in a container so you have to use your fingers to apply. But for the price and how much you get out of it, and how it really does condition, it is a decent product.
Goods: -does a good job getting the dirt out -very very cheap compared to other brands Bads: -I don't understand why it comes as a spray cuz if I aim & spray at the brush head, only 60% of the liquid gets on the brush and all the other goes down the drain... Conclusion: -does what its suppose do, good price, this is worth to buy! (just make sure you open the bottle and not use the spray if you don't want to waste the product)
