I LOVE this foundation! This is my night time/ event foundation. It has great staying power. When I go dancing it doesn't budge. For events like family get togethers when I'm chasing all my nieces and nephew around and messing in the hot kitchen, again it stays put. I really like the formula and you need very little. You can build coverage but don't over do it because it can become cakey. I don't use it for every day mostly because I have very temperamental skin that can act up for no reason at all and it's also very dry so I rather a light liquid or tinted moisturizer for daily use. After vacationing in extremely hot and humid weather during the summer my skin has been a nightmare due to acne and dryness but this is the only foundation that covers it up. I picked this up before my skin went crazy and it's awesome that I can still use it effectively even with problem skin.

I've tried many gel/creme liners like, Jane, Bobbi Brown, Coastal Scents, and Stila. I purchased this last min before trying MAC fluidline. Once this sets it's not going anywhere. Staying power is awesome but you have to be precise applying it because you can't just wipe off if you make a mistake. I haven't noticed any flaking. To remove I just used Sweet Oil. Honestly this is a really good product and great price.

I tried to love or even like this product but I can't just because I have a problem not many seem to have. I have dry eye lids and all this did was make them feel and look even more dry. I can see how this would work for those with oily lids but this is not the solution to my problem. I have to mention while the packaging is cute to look at it's wasteful. Even if you cut open the bottle to get the rest of the product stuck at the bottom there's a big chance of it drying up.

Blush -MAC - Beauty Powder Blush in Joyous

I love this blush so it's about time I say so. I've been using this for months daily and the pan looks brand new. For reference I wear NC35. I never bother looking at any blush that looks orange or coral in any way. I hate looking orange! For some strange reason this was the first thing I picked up at the CCO that day. It gives the most beautiful glow ever! I never look orange and the color payoff is great. I've also used this on my niece who wears NW43 and my bff who wears NC25-30 and they love it. I use very little product and apply with a stippling brush. All time favorite blush!

Liquid -MAC - Mineralize Satinfinish SPF 15 Foundation [DISCONTINUED]

I've been using this foundation for almost a year now. I like that I don't have to add a luminizer for that bit of glow. I use very little of this stuff so a bottle has lasted forever! This however is not the foundation to go out dancing in. It will be gone as soon as you sweat a bit. I am sensitive to products with strong scents and although some ladies here hate it, I honestly haven't noticed it.

Makeup Brushes -Sephora - Stippling brush silver

I love this brush. I got a sephora gift card for xmas and used it for this and some other items. I have a mac 187 and it won't stop shedding but no shedding at all with this brush. I use a lot less product which is great bc my tint is $42. I am actually picking up a second one tomorrow. Update 11/17/10: I still think this is a great quality brush but I truly believe there are cheaper alternatives that will give the same results.
