Lotions/ Creams -H20 - Ginger Citron Shimmering Body Souffle

Make me #3 who bought this at a discount at my local Ross for $5. I almost bought the ginger body spray oil at Origins 2 weeks ago but felt so guilty about spending $19.99 on a small bottle of oil that I decided not to buy it. I'm SOOOOO glad I didn't buy it! If you can't spend the $$$ on the Origins giner line, go for this- as fast as you can. It's just perfect.
At first I was surprised b/c thought I liked this for all the reasons everyone else does in the reviews, but now all I get is "gardenia air freshener" and I just want to cough. Sorry.
I'm really picky and this stuff works. Read the reviews below mine. They are all true.

I've had dry skin all of my life and I've tried it all from Oil of Olay to Arbonne, MK, all the stuff at Sephora, everything. This is all my skin wanted. I adore the smell, the packaging, the overall experience of putting this on my face and then inhaling the scent deeply from the left over on my fingertips to get the complete affect of the aroma of the oil. Not only does my skin feel and look calm and fresh and young, but I look forward to putting on my favorite pajamas and washing my face and dabbing this over my face and then massaging it in. At first I didn't like that there was vegetable oil in it, but after I used it, I no longer cared. This is good stuff. I don't need any additional moisturizers, toners, or anything. I still use a sunscreen afterwards in the morning, but I'm literally cleaning out bottles of moisturizers and serums b/c this is all I need. If you have typically dry skin, if you love oils, and if you like pampering yourself, this is worth every bit of the $17-$22 you'll pay for it. Goodbye my dermalogica, clinique, green cream and whatever else is stashed around in my bathroom medicine cabinets and under the sinks. This stuff is all I need.

I put it on and started gagging. The smell. NAAAAAASTY. Never again.
I went through 2 pots of the clear radiance b4 trying this one. Clear radiance is pinkish. This one is more yellow or golden. I don't like describing it that way b/c it makes it sound un natural, and it IS. It blends in to my skin without adding color or glitter whatsoever. This is a GOOD thing, b/c I just want it to add a glow. It does. Will repurchase I'm sure.

I tries this about a year ago and hated it. Then I found out I was pregnant, so I stopped using b/c of the hydroquinone...just to be safe. Now I'm not prego and not nursing and YAY I have spots! So I opened the jar to try again. First of all, this stuff is thick, like wall paper paste. So I took a clean popsicle stick and stirred it up real good to get it going. Then I took out a small spoonful and added a spoonful of my St. Ives collagen elastic facial moisturizer and stirred it up. Ooooh, so much better. I've been using it for 3 weeks now and I can my whole face is lighter. That's not what I was going for, but now when I use mmakeup, I can't see the spots. I'll update in a few more weeks. Right now, I think I'll repurchase when I run out.

OOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHH GO GET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! I use it with Mary Kay microdermabrasion and get extra successful results. Use it with your favorite cleanser, scrub or microdermabrasion product. JUST USE IT! I've had it for 1 year. AMAZING PRODUCT.
If yours stinks, take it back b/c there's something wrong with it. Mine don't smell at all, and I have a super sensitive nose. I bought the goddess and princess and LOVE the color. Mine has been on for 1 hour and I don't need to re-apply it. IS IT JUST ME THOUGH OR DO YOU HAVE TO WRESTLE TO GET IT OUT OF THE TUBE? I had to swirl and swirl and swirl the brush to get a flippin drop on the applicator. Maybe it's empty. Maybe that's why it doesn't stink...hmmmmm. I still like it though b/c it's gorgeous on me.
It doesn't smell like old lady on me. Yes, I can smell the baby powder in it. But just barely. It smells fresh, a little sweet, and clean. My husband doesn't care for purfume, but thinks this one is SEXY. Not too strong, or musky...not too sweet and fruity- he says it smells like a beautiful woman that any man would want to be with. Try it, because if it works on you, this will be an HG of yours. I've tried many and most give me headaches. This is the one I've been looking for. Ahhhhh. Tresor.
Powder -Neutrogena - Mineral Pressed Powder Foundation
dalena247 12/18/2008 8:44:00 PM
This is the 2nd time I've bought this product. I can understand why this is a hit and miss for so many. Let me tell you why it's a hit for me: I have yellow undertones, need to even out skin tone with a foundation that provides great coverage without heavy build up, I wear shimmer eye shadows and blushes to give me a "glow". Now, with that said, Bare Min. foundation does not cover problems or have lasting power, in my opinion. I have used Sephora's mineral pressed powder and urban decay's. For me, Neutrogena's has better color b/c of my yellow, covers MUCH better, and is SO much cheaper. This to me is just the best mineral makeup I've found so far. I use Bare Minerals flawless radiance or clear radiance over it and viola, perfect skin for me. Paired up with ULTA's sunburst eyeshadow on my eyes and cheeks (yes, and cheeks), even better. If you have yellow undertones, need sheer coverage that actually covers and you like to use shimmery colored makeup on eyes and cheeks (cause without them you're face may look dull or dry), you will probably like this. I keep coming back to it.
It's peachy with gold shimmer. I just loooooove this. This is so good for when I really want to look naturally pretty and not too made up. I have dark circles around my eyes and light eyeshadows seem to make my concealer pointless and age me soooo badly. This is just gorgeous over my concealer and makes my eyes so bright and youthful. Awwwww. Love it.
I don't use it on my hair...I use it everywhere else!!! Makes you feel so cool and tingly you'll forget to miss your boyfriend! Oooooh I LOOOOOVE this stuff! PS_ it's especially good at the end of a hot day or after you've been working out. Aaaaaahhh- it makes you fresher than ever!
I find it funny that people complain about this hair oil being "oily". If you don't like oily products, why buy an oil in the first place? This is a great hair oil. I haven't used drugstore hair oils so I can't compare, but this one worked fabulous for me. I use very very little and scrunch it into my hair and I get these great consistent waves that look and smell amazing. Try the tiniest amount at first. A little goes a long way. One lippie off b/c I would like to see more for the money, but it does last a very long time since I only use a bit.

After all the great reviews, I'm inspired to try this again using some different methods suggested but...I think this stuff smells like fish. Well, more like a beauty product with light fishy undertones. Ewww.
