The HG of eyeshadows in my collection (use this more often than the Book of Shadows). I bring it with me to wherever I go - work, travelling or just out and about. Some of the darker shades (mostly the blacks) are very pigmented but I don't use it often because I am more of a neutral colour girl. The eyeliner that comes with it works just as fine. Although this is tipping on the more expensive side of the scale, it's worth every penny to invest on this. Definitely will get it again IF I ever run out on this (like the Naked 2 perhaps?).
I have got two of these. The first one, I could sense that the handle is coming off soon but not a biggie considering of the price and how long it's been my faithful (got it when it first launched). Got a backup last year and both have really dense 'hair'. Love that I could do stippling with my powder/liquid foundation and I use it for application of BB cream (crazy obsession of mine) as well. Great to be used with blusher and other powders/big areas you wanna apply. I guess I'll repurchase it for as long as ELF is producing it.
Lasted me for a week or two before everything starts to go wrong (I'm almost never without eyeliner when I'm at work). The tip starts to give me problems (it happens to my other ELF liquid eyeliner as well) and it dries up extremely fast. In short, it was good while it lasted. Same as the other ELF eyeliner, great for beginners but for long term, advisable to go for more proven eyeliner brands.
For $1 you can't really complain much about it. The good points: cheap, easy to use. The not-so-good points: dries up quickly and I always get that 'pokey' feeling from the tip of the brush. Turns me off from this product totally. Great for beginners in the stage of learning to put on liquid eyeliner. But for long term use, it is advisable to go for other more proven liquid eyeliner brands.
