Survived a night of me walking/waiting in the rain to get into a club, and then me dancing and sweating all night int he club. It's a keeper. I love the smudger brush that it comes with, it works so well for me.

BLAH! I like how thin the wand is because it makes it easier to reach my outer and inner lashes, but this formula is SOOO DRY and it flaked 10 minutes after i applied it. terrible!!!

Bronzers -MAC - Bronzing Powder

My friend gave me this bronzer because she wasn't using it anymore, and I am in love with it. I am super tan right now, but this bronzer still shows up to contour my cheekbones and just give me a slight glow. I was skeptical at first because I saw all the sparkles in the powder, but I've been using this for weeks and have yet to notice any glittery looking sparkles on my face. I also really like this bronzer because it doesn't make me look dirty like some other bronzers do. I recommend this for girls that have skintones near nc 40

Mascara -Max Factor - Volume Couture Waterproof

I love the wand on this mascara. It never collects too much product, and it leaves no room for clumping. It's also not HUGE which I really appreciate since I am asian and have smaller eyes. I also love the formula of this product because it's not one of those wet and goopy mascaras. As for performance, this mascara is okay. I think it does a decent job lengthening and volumizing. I already have black eye lashes, but this mascara (in black obviously) does make my eyelashes pop a little more. I probably would've just thrown this mascara aside and not thought twice about it, but it's curling power is what really makes me think twice about it. It can REALLY hold a curl all day long. I watched the Time Traveler's Wife wearing this, and seriously cried my eyes out the whole movie. I went to the bathroom expecting my eyes to look a mess, but my curled lashes were still curled, and there was no streaking or smudging at all! I was so shocked. I guess this means that the waterproof formula really does work too. Definitely try out this mascara if you're looking for some major curl holding power.

This product is a MUST have for anyone that doesn't have the time or money to go to the salon every week. I use a pretty small drop on each toe, and just spread it around my cuticle and the skin around my toenail. I especially love that it dissolves the dry skin around my toenail because it's so hard to use the file or whatever to get rid of that dry skin. Don't leave it on too long, or use it more than once a week, because I'm sure it can be damaging to your nail but gosh I LOVE this product

You know how your Grandma or your Great Aunt always smells powdery? I think this is the powdery fragrance meant for younger girls. Personally, I'm not into that type of scent, but if you like that, then this is for you.

I love this stuff! Whenever my cuticles start to look ragged (which is every other day lol), I put a little of this stuff on and it looks instantly smooth. It also makes your nails look really shiny and healthy, as if you just came back from the salon. This is a must have for every girl that wants just out of the salon nails without having to actually go. Try it!

Lip Treatments -Blistex - Deep Renewal

My lips were in really bad condition -- they were very dried out and had really deep wrinkles in them and they seemed shrunken. I bought this product because I thought that my lips needed a "deep renewal" and I'm very surprised by the results. My lips are definitely a LOT fuller than before which was the result that most shocked me. It was as if this chapstick went in from the inside and plumped it back out. The plumping helped decrease the wrinkles in my lips (it says on the package that this could take up to a month), but I am very satisfied by this product. My lips are incredibly smooth I don't find that I have to reapply frequently like other reviewers have said, and although a lot of other reviewers said they like the fragrance..I actually hate it. I'm definitely going to rebuy though because it makes my lips look AMAZING!!! HG chapstick

Misc Beauty Tools -New York Color - Eyelash Curler

I think my mom bought me this when I first started playing with makeup because it was the cheapest eye lash curler out there. That was many years ago and I have never stopped using this brand of eye lash curler. I have almond shaped asian eyes, and this eye lash curler is wide enough that it doesn't pinch my skin. It also curls my eye lashes in one or two presses, which makes me feel like i'm not damaging my eye lashes as much. I have tried several others because I just couldn't believe that this 3 dollar eye lash curler was the best one out there, but I am convinced that it is.

I really wanted to like this mascara because it had such promising reviews on here, as well as an Asian fashion/beauty forum that I follow. I have typical straight and short asian eye lashes, so i really look for a mascara that lengthens, adds some volume, and most importantly: HOLDS A CURL The first time I put on this mascara, it clumped up like crazy. I thought it was because I had too much product on the brush, but after using it for two weeks with different methods (i REALLY wanted this mascara to work for me lol), I honestly think it's the figure 8 shape of the brush that causes the eyelashes on one end of my eye to clump up while i am focusing on putting mascara at the other end of my eye. Nevertheless, I decided that I wouldn't mind taking the time to comb and separate my lashes, if this mascara turned out to be all that I was hoping it would...however, the clumping wasn't the only problem. Like I said, I rely heavily on curling my eyelashes as part of my makeup routine, but no matter what method I tried, this mascara would not hold a curl! As soon as I took it off of the eye lash curler, my eye lashes were sky high and truly doll-like, but they would fall flat within 5 minutes. This has honestly never happened to me with ANY mascara. I therefore will not buy again Pros: It really does give amazing length Rich color of the black was "popping" Cons: Did not hold a curl for me Clumped as soon as it was applied Flaked I would recommend this to someone that doesn't mind taking the time to comb out their lashes, and has short lashes that curl easily. If you have long pretty eyelashes and are just looking for something to make your eyes pop, I don't think I would recommend this just because of the clumping.

Makeup Brushes -Everyday Minerals - New Flat Top Brush

I can't believe this brush doesn't have a 100% buy again rating...this brush is amazing! After skimming through the reviews, it looks like most people had the rare problem of the bristles falling off. I feel like there is a 1 in 1 million chance of this happening, but if it does, contact Everyday Minerals. They will surely send you a new brush (And probably a sample of something because they are so generous and their customer service is amazing) I stopped using mineral make up for a while because it wasn't giving me enough coverage, however I continued to use this brush with my liquid foundation and loved the application that I got. I vowed to never use a brush with liquid foundation because of the streaky look I got with a traditional foundation brush. However, with this flat top brush you can buff your liquid foundation on almost like you do with your mineral make up. It is so dense I have also stippled with it. IT'S PERFECT!

Everyday Minerals knows that it's at a disadvantage because they don't have a store where you can go and get matched for your perfect color, and because they don't have a simpler system like Bare Minerals, but they really make up for it with the free sample kit. Before ordering your sample foundations, I highly suggest going on to their forum and finding the excel document that has like a foundation conversion chart ... The best conversion they have going is from MAC foundations to Everyday Mineral colors. If you want a second opinion, talk to the ladies on the forum because they are so helpful and lovely! You can even put a picture of yourself on there and the ladies will try their best to help you. The sample kit also lasts a really long time!

Fragrances -Ralph Lauren - Romance

I received this fragrance in the fall/winter time, and I think it's a nice scent for the colder seasons because the scent is sort of heavy. I wouldn't consider it a summer-y scent because of the "heavy" smell to it. It does smell good though, and I get a lot of compliments.

I was amazed when I first bought this because it really doesn't smudge, but I realized that it really doesn't do much else for my lashes either. I wouldn't really say it lengthens or volumizes, but rather just defines my lashes. I would say that I would purchase it again, because it's perfect for my bottom lashes because it doesn't smudge at all! (I have very oily lids)

I think this is the perfect everyday mascara. I bought this in the Black color, and I like that the color isn't overbearing. However, I feel like if you don't put this on correctly, then it will do absolutely nothing for you besides darken your lashes. When I'm in a rush I will just quickly put it on, and it won't look very good but when I look down onto a mirror and apply the mascara from the base to the top very slowly, it really lengthens my lashes..but not to a point where they look fake. I like that it lengthens my lashes without clumping or looking fiber-y at the tips. Cons: -If I don't curl my eyelashes up, it will smudge my lower lashline -I have to curl my eyelashes after I put the mascara on in order for the curl to hold...however, it really does hold when I do this (I play softball and my lashes still looked perfect after a hard hot practice) -If you try to make your lashes look more dramatic with this by layering it, it starts to clump a lot ... I wouldn't recommend applying this mascara over already dried mascara.
