This is a lotion consistency makeup remover. I think it does a good job of removing face makeup and eye makeup without leaving your skin feeling dry. It doesn't take too much to cover my whole face and then I just use a cotton sqaure to wipe it off. I might have to apply a little more to the eyes again if I'm wearing waterproof mascara. I still wash my face afterwards with the clarisonic because I don't think any makeup remover or wipes are going to actually get everything off, but overall, this one works really well for me.
I bought this around then end of January, so I've been using it consistently for about 4 months. The reason I purchased this was because in the winter I tend to get dry patches on my combination skin. This cleanser seemed to help with that because I definitely didn't have too much trouble with dry spots this winter. It lathers up really easily and you don't need to use much at all to wash your face. So while it seems kind of pricey (as compared to drugstore cleansers), it lasts a really long time. I think I can probably still get another month out of what I have left in the tube. I would definitely repurchase this.
I love the scent of this! It's a great scent for the warmer months and the packaging is very simple (which I like). Unfortunately, it doesn't last long at all; I'd say it fades away almost completely in less than an hour. For me, that just makes this product very overpriced. I wish it lasted longer because I do love the way it smells. Maybe I'll just buy the soap or something.
It's a pretty color in the packaging, but it's not very pigmented. It's definitely for a very natural look, but I had to layer it a few times to get some color to show up. I think it's probably meant for very fair skin.
I've seen a lot of rave reviews about this top coat, so I finally decided to give it a try. It's pricier than most of the polishes/top coats that I usually buy. It definitely dries quickly and you need to put it on before your nail polishes dries completely because I think that's what causes shrinkage. I don't know for sure that that's the reason for the nail polish shrinking, but that's when I noticed it happen. The smell is pretty bad and when I got about halfway through with it, it started getting gloopy. Overall, I think it works really well, but I don't know if it's as amazing as people say (or maybe my expectations were way too high after hearing all the reviews).
I LOVE this neon pink! It's a great color for summer! It dries matte, which I don't prefer, but it's easily fixed by using a top coat. The formula was a little streaky. I typically use 3 coats even though it usually looks full coverage for most of the nails after 2 coats. It's also really affordable.
I don't know if the one I got was old or if I just got a bad one because this seems to have decent reviews overall from most people. The one I got was really dry; I couldn't even tell if anything was getting on my lashes. Some of it must have gotten on my lashes because I saw flaking as the day went on. So, while it's possible that I just got a bad one, I probably wouldn't give this a second try because there are so many mascaras out there to try. This is only the second Rimmel mascara I've tried so far; the Glam-eyes Day-to-Night worked much better for me in comparison to this one.
I liked this eye makeup remover because it can take off waterproof mascara, does not sting the eyes, and does not leave an oily residue behind. I have to soak the cotton pad a lot to make sure I don't still have residue leftover, but that might just be because I use waterproof, so it's a little more stubborn. I do think it's a bit pricey for a "drugstore" version, so that would be my only complaint. I'll probably still try out some other brands, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy this one again.

I really wanted to like this eyeliner b/c it has such great reviews and is so affordable, but it just didn't work well for me. When I swiped it on my hand, it looked very pigmented, but on my eyelids, it is a little bit patchy. I do have oily lids though, so that might be part of the reason. It also seems to slowly fade away as the day goes on. I tried it over e.l.f.'s eyelid primer once and while the staying power was a little longer, it still was a little patchy when I was drawing it on. I also think the top is just too thick to draw with, but I'll admit that I'm not the greatest with liquid liner to begin with. It does seem to be a liner that works for a lot of other people, so I'd say to go ahead and give it a shot since it's so cheap.
Makeup Brushes -Real Techniques by Samantha Chapman - Expert Face Brush

I really like this brush. I use it to buff my foundation. If there's an area of the skin where I want more coverage, I bounce (there's probably a better term to use, but I can't think of it at the moment) the brush with some of the foundation on that area. The brush is affordable and soft and dense. I find that it's really easy to clean and seems to dry faster than other brushes. I haven't experienced any shedding with this brush and I've had it for a few months. The only thing that I would change is the shape of the handle; I wish the bottom wasn't wider because I prefer to just stick all my brushes in a cup.
I really like this mascara as it gives good volume to my lashes. I've tried this in the summer and winter and it seems to work better for me in the winter. When I tried it in the summer, I had some smudging, even when I tried the waterproof. The brush is kind of big, but it doesn't bother me that much.
This foundation was just ok for me for wintertime when my face doesn't get as oily. I'm pretty sure if I used this in the humid summer, I would hate it. It gives light-medium coverage and is easy to blend. There is a slightly dewy finish which is why I'm pretty sure I wouldn't like this in the summer. The packaging looks nice, but I really wish more foundations came with a pump.
The concept of this mascara is interesting, but overall I just found it to be ok. I tend to look for volumizing mascaras more than lengthening ones, but I found that if I use the volume part of this it clumps so easily. It probably just dispenses too much product when you choose volume, so I just use the lengthening one and apply a few coats of it. The lashes look nice, but they do tend to smudge as the day goes on if I don't use a lash primer with it.
This is the first eyelash primer I've ever tried, so I can't really say if it's better or worse than any of the other brands. To me, it does appear to add volume, but I don't notice any additional lengthening of the lashes. The thing that I like the best is that it keeps all the mascaras I've tried with it from smudging! It seems to make removing the mascara a little easier as well.
I got this in the color Candy Bar, a bright pink coral. It's a really great lipgloss for the price. There's a decent amount of pigment, it's not too sticky, and no glitter. It doesn't last more than a couple hours, but I don't really expect glosses to. I think I'll pick up some of the other colors the next time I'm in ULTA.
