I wish this worked on me. It wouldn't even cover a 'not so bad' blemish spot. Drying & not much coverage. Will be returning after only one use.

I decided to treat myself to a trip to the MAC counter. I was in the market for foundation, concealer & powder. The 'artist' was so condescending & rude. The other 'artist' there was just as bad. I don't think I was hip enough for her - I'm a working mommy w/ a low maintenance style. I bought the products anyway, b/c I really wanted to try this foundation. She matched me incorrectly. The color was way too dark. The concealer was even darker! I didn't look at the bottles until I got home. The foundation is comparable to Revlon's Colorstay. Except not as good. By the end of day, it was blotchy, uneven & drying - yes I moisturized before applying foundation. Not a good look at all! Needless to say, I will be driving an hour to return the foundation & concealer. MAC has left a bad taste in my mouth from the customer service to their overpriced products.

Wow. It's a good thing I paid only $2.50 for a bottle of this. Smells nice. That's it though. It made my naturally curly hair knotty while wet & dried frizzy. Ew.

I'm not real sure what to think about this. I walked up to the counter needing an everyday summer foundation. I had been wanting to try BB so this was a good opportunity. The consistency is watery, for sure. Oddly enough, this foundation easy to build on, but offers only light coverage. It matches my complexion like a dream. My only gripes are: it doesn't last as long as I'd like & the price ($40). This is a great foundation for those who don't need a lot of coverage. Won't buy this one again-I need some coverage to help out w/ my under eye circles.

Lipstick -Sephora - Maniac Long Wearing Lipstick 01

I got this in #19 on a recent trip to Sephora in Puerto Rico. LOVE IT. It is sooo pretty. It goes on smooth. It's pink with a hint of peach. Looks good alone or with lip liner. It's not loud or too subtle. New HG.

Lip Gloss -Kiehls - Moisturizing Lipgloss in Black Raspberry

I bought this on a whim at the airport in Atlanta (layover). I almost fainted when the sales associate said it was $14.50. I got it anyway b/c I wanted to experience "Kiehls" & lipgloss was all I could afford. Black Raspberry was the most pigmented of the colors. I am not impressed at all. It goes on well, nothing special. The shine lasts less than an hour without drinking/eating. The color is pretty but doesn't last beyond the shine. As for moisture, eh, it'll do. A wasted $14.50.

Concealers -Paula Dorf - Special Camouflage

I got this several months ago at Ulta. I didn't know how to apply it correctly until just recently. I have severe dark under eye circles. Everything I've used, until this, just makes them look gray/ashy & ridiculous. First I moisturize. Then I apply the salmon color to the circles & surrounding area. Finish that off with the yellow color. Then I apply my mineral makeup. Paula Dorf got this right. This concealer is the real deal. It kinda melts into my skin as the day goes on. It doesn't completely vanish the darkness, but it comes pretty darn close. Great stuff.

Treatments -Unlisted Brand - Finacea Gel

I got a sample of this at my dermatologist's office. I needed something to help fade discoloration left behind by acne. Two days later I woke up with a severe rash everywhere I applied it. It's bad. It dried up my new acne bumps right away. But that's all it's good for-spot treating new pimples. I am a bit mortified because my skin is now a raging mess. Two stars because it did do some good-spot treatment only.

Lip Gloss -Sally Hansen - Natural Butter Lip Shine - Fresh

Wow. I found this at the $1 Store yesterday. Got Nosegay (a berry pink shade). I wanted a pink gloss to wear with smoky eyes. I am well pleased. It's not sticky like other glosses & moisturizes as time passes. I will be going back to get some other colors.

I had been looking for a drugstore foundation to alternate w/ the more expensive BE minerals makeup. The BE mineral makeup is great, but I wanted something cheaper for more casual days. I bought Rimmel Lasting Finish w/Minerals based on the reviews here. I have am not regretful at all! Paid $6 for a tube. Love this stuff. Goes on well, buildable for more coverage & it matches my, hard to match, olive toned, complexion. BTW, it lasts all day. My only complaint is that there aren't any darker shades, for the summer time!!

Wow. Im sorry I waited so long to try this. I have medium/olive skin. Finding good everyday colors is difficult for me bc I can easily look washed out or sickly if I wear the wrong lipcolor. This color is a combo of peachy pink w/ brown and a little shimmer, not much though. Loving it. Pigmented just right. Please don't discontinue!

I got Beige Blast on a whim. I needed a neutral, soft color for job-hunting-can't afford a mani right now. I am not disappointed at all! It dried before I got to the register to pay for it. It's shiny & not too pale for my tan skin & makes my short nails look "put together" & not a "hot mess". It's lasting too-as long as I don't do heavy household chores. I will be going back for some more colors. I wish SH offered this polish in more shades though.

Holy Grail!! First off, I have naturally curly hair. I have tried so many gels & sprays it's not even funny. I always assumed that pro salon products, were better. Not so. I can't tell you how much time & money I've spent on products to manage my curls. I read the MUA reviews on L.A. Looks & decided to try this stuff. I found the "Wet Look" gel, it's the clear one, & I am in love. My curls are actually pretty. It feels crunchy, just on the ends-I'm still figuring out how much I need. Where have you been all my life?! I highly recommend every curly girl atleast try this. I love my hair now. That's a major milestone.

HG for real. I have stayed away from mattes because they tend to be drying. Not so with this product. Such a pretty color too. Light brown, peachy, with staying power. I hope Revlon doesn't discontinue this line. I just wish there were more shades to choose from. I don't think this color could look bad on anyone. Perfect neutral.
