I dont think this does anything AT ALL. I use this every few days and haven't noticed a change, not one bit, I think its a huge waste of money, although it smells nice--there are much better products out there.
Hmmmmm, studio fix is weird--yet I keep on buying it so i gave it four lippies. It does give good coverage, but it can get cakey, but its great if you are in a hurry, and often times i just use this on my forehead, and something sheerer on my cheeks. Its just one of those basics that I feel funny if I dont have--however the Palladio wet/dry foundation is winning me over and soon may permentently replace my studio fix! Oh I am a nc25 for reference.
Styling Products -Aveda - Purefume Brilliant Humectant Pomade

this pomade was just disgusting, the packaging was alright-looking, but the pomade was incredibly sticky and got EVERYWHERE BUT my hair, and would just glob up and not spread around my hair, nearly impossible to use, I ended up just giving this to my roommate but she hated it too.
Gels/Soaps -Alba Botanica - Very Emollient Bath & Shower Gel - Midnight Tuberose

I was recently at Whole Foods, and as usual, I was drawn into the lotion/soap aisle, and the smell of this body wash was heavenly, without being sickly sweet, and the price was right! around $7 for a BIG bottle! It also is very emollient and not-irritating to my dry, sensitive skin, and left me feeling fresh and clean! I will definitely repurchase.
Treatments -L'Oreal - Nature's Therapy Mega Moisture Hair Treatment

I heard about this from my stylist, who is a product snob just like myself, so i just had to try--and this is amazing!!!! it makes my long, color treated, thick but very fine frizz prone hair feel like absolute silk, without weighing it down in a layer of grease. ALSO--you cannot beat the price, it was around $10 for a HUGE big ol tub of this wonder creme at Sally's. I am in loooooooooove.
Another product I bought based on MUA reviews, and another winner!!! I have green eyes, and these colors, a frosty, light green and dove grey are soooo beautiful, and very unusual, which i love. This duo will last forever, and the packaging is high quality, with a handy little mirror! Its very high pigmented as well, which makes for great drama! but can also be worn sheer which makes this duo very versatile!
This blush looks SOOOOOOO pretty in the pan, and I just bought this blush on an impulse, bad idea. I am a cool-toned, LLL, MMM, mac nc25, and margin is just wayyyy too dark for my skintone, and too orangy, I didnt give it a totally bad review, because I think it would look nice on a darker, tanner skintone, just not paler skinned girls like me.
I love thick, dramatic mascaras, and this mascara is nice, its ok, but kind of expensive. It does give dramatic lashes, but I like the prescriptives false eyelashes mascara better. Ill use this up, but I don't think I'll repurchase.
Well I received generous samples of every color of these powders from Ebay, and was very impressed! It gives you a subtle, healthy glow, used on the cheekbones, browbones, and tip of the nose, all of the colors are gorgeous, but I took one lippie off because I would have liked a little more shimmer in the powders.
Ew, ew, ew. This product looked ok in the store, but a few minutes later, it became a disgusting, greasy mess, which then seemed to show every single dry flake on my face. I had someone ask me what was wrong with my face as well, and I threw it away it was soooo bad. It instilled fear in my heart of all creme foundations after this purchase as well. Flakey skinned girls beware of this evil foundation!
What a great, low priced find! This is a wonderful powder foundation, which doesnt highlight my surface flakes! (which is a huggggee problem for me) HOwever, I wasn't impressed by the color selection, im a LLL, MMM, depending on my tan, Mac nc 25, I got the ivory myrhh color, which is a little too dark, but the lightest shade was way too pale, I still do wear this because of the flawless finish, but have to blend reallyyyyy well.
Another chantecaille winner!!! I did check out this blush from all the good MUA reviews, and it is GORGEOUS. I generally love bright pinky blushes, however, this is a beautiful brownish rose, and looks great with my LLL, MMM skintone, and is great with a more dramatic eye, a very natural, layerable blush.
Crème -Chantecaille - Real Skin SPF30 (reformulated)
cookiegal 1/10/2004 10:49:00 PM
I am such a sucker for products with hype, and i am happy to say this one lives up to it!! It has a beautifully smooth, sheer texture, with slight coverage, but looks very natural, even in direct sunlight (a definite plus!!). The spf is also great, and the compact is very cute! I Love Chantecaille!!
I just got this gloss, and when the lady put this on my lips I was STUNNED by how gorgeous this gloss is. Its a beautiful, neutral rose color, with a great texture, thick, but not sticky. Packaging is very cute too! I am very impressed by the chantecaille line in general.
Who uses this??? I always hear that makeup artists "swear" by this mascara, but i tried this and HATED it. I have naturally very long, curved lashes, which are just blond on the tips, and this was CLUMPY, and made my lashes look short and straight!!ewwww boo for this mascara
