Not a fan of this at all. It actually seemed decent at first, but the formula turned clumpy after just a few uses, made my lashes look spidery/stringy, and I found the wand difficult to work with. Will not repurchase, especially for so much $$. Boo.
Eye Shadow -Wet 'n' Wild - Color Icon Trio - Sweet as Candy

I can't believe how often I am reaching for this e/s trio - since I bought it I've been using it on an almost-daily basis. It's a great combination of colors and it gives me a really natural, "awake" daytime look. The colors are a bit sheer - especially the pink, which I have to pack onto my lid - but I found with a good e/s base (I liked Too Faced Shadow Insurance) and a little care in application, these colors look good all day long. I've actually received quite a few compliments on my e/s while wearing this. I think the typical retail price for this is under $3. You can really beat that. If you are looking for a very user-friendly shadow trio for a day-to-day look, this might be for you. It would also be wonderful to travel with because if you lose it, it is inexpensive and very easy to replace.
Scrubs -Neutrogena - Oil-Free Acne Wash Redness Soothing Gentle Scrub

For me this was meh. It is a decent scrub, but nothing special. I especially don't think it did much for redness at all. If you get mild acne, I can see this being helpful for preventing break outs, but I wouldn't expect it to work miracles. Won't repurchase, and the search for the perfect scrub continues on...
Moisturizers -Lancome - High Resolution - Refill 3x
compassionista 11/4/2011 1:38:00 PM
I received a .5 oz sample of this in a Lancome GWP. I used up the entire thing (lasted me almost 3 weeks - a little goes a long way). It's ok, I didn't love it. I do feel like it moisturized my skin well, but unfortunately it also seemed to leave behind residue/build-up, and I can imagine this clogging pores or causing trouble for those who are acne-prone. I much prefer Lancome's Absolue mosturizer to this (HG for me). However, it's not a bad product overall, just not something I would ever spend money on. On the plus side, everytime I wore this to bed my fiancee commented on how good I smelled. :)
Honestly, this was awful. I needed an intense black eyeliner for some Halloween make up, and I bought this at CVS thinking perhaps I could use the e/s end as well. As soon as I got home and opened the e/s end, the entire stick of e/s broke off! Then I went to use the black e/l end, and it was exactly the intensity I was looking for... however, it got smudgy and melty within minutes. It made a huge mess on my face! I had to scrub it all off and start again (with a different e/l, of course). I am usually very pleased with the quality of WnW products, but this was terrible. Will never repurchase.
This could be my holy grail of taupe eyeshadows! Goes on incredibly smoothly and makes a beautiful wash for day or night. When I wear this, even alone, I feel like it automatically gives me a polished look. It's a slightly plummy taupe, not too dark, would look very natural on most skin tones. Highly recommend! I believe it retails for $6.50usd, and you get LOTS of product! IF I were to run would, I would definitely repurchase!
This is a HG lipstick for me. It's a pink-mauve with slightly lilac undertones. It's MLBWB (my lips but WAY better) for me. I'm fair-skinned with dark hair pink lipstick usually looks out of place on me. When I want something a little girly, but still natural looking, this is what I reach for. I'm on my second tube of it now, and I will definitely repurchase. It is part of MAC's permanant line, lustre forumla (creamy, sheer, moisturizing) and a great choice for B2M! Thumbs up from me!
