I'm pretty sure a can of Crisco shortening would be cheaper. I think it's the same stuff! Ick. Grease on my face.
What a great product for everyday use, between "bigger" weekend washings with baby shampoo. The guy at the mac counter showed me how quickly and how well it works, and I was sold. I love how efficient this product is. $9 for the bottle at Nordie's seemed cheap. Anyway, if your brush was just used, you just put a little bit of the liquid on a cotton pad and wipe your brush on the pad. Voila, it's completely clean. Very neat; great product.
Moisturizers -L'Occitane - Honey Face Cream [DISCONTINUED]

I did not like this cream. It felt thick and sticky once it was on my face. I kept hoping it would absorb and feel less tight on my face, but I couldn't stand it after an hour, and had to wash it off. Interestingly, my cheeks were really glowy, so, I don't know if it would've done something for me, but could not get past the thick sticky feel to find out.
Loose Powders -Clinique - Gentle Light powder [DISCONTINUED]

This is the best product of it's type that I have found, regardless of price. It gives me the sheen type glow, very very subtle. I use it over my LM loose powder, which goes on over my Chanel Vitalumiere foundation. A lovely finish. I looked at Guerlain Meteorites, and honestly, could see nothing!! This is very subtle, but perfect for me. I have it in #4. Great price, and the large pot will last forever.
Huge amount, so will never need to re-purchase, but I would. Such a pretty color. A mauve-y neutral, but gorgeous. Doesn't really highlight my blue eyes, but more of a pretty neutral when I don't feel like doing the typical brown neutral. The color is so pretty putting it on, but, as I said, turns into a neutral with my blue eyes. Nice silky feel.
I can't imagine there being a better smudger, although this is my only. I use it exclusively for smudging my liner, and I no longer have to care how good the line looks when I draw it on, cuz this brush always makes it end up looking great. A short stubby firm brush. Love this one, could not do without it.
Well, this is pretty, and I can get different looks with the colors. It can be neutral, or not. I will never use it all up, so re-purchase will never happen. I think this is my favorite of the Chanel Quads.
How can a pencil be this pretty? Gorgeous color, glides on nicely. I use LM smudge brush and it looks perfect every time. Shows off my blue eyes beautifully. It's elegant, and provides a bit of oomph over standard everyday liners.
I didn't think I could find a better eyebrow pencil than Versace. Then I found this one, my HG. I have it in Blond and it defines my brows so naturally. My brows are sparse and I have never been so proud of them as I am since I found this HG item. The Best!
This might be my "most amazing shadow" ever. The color is so rich and gorgeous, so deep. I thought I'd just use it for evening, but I find myself reaching for it often for daytime "in the crease." Looks great with my blue eyes. I don't think you can go wrong with this one. Lovely.
Lip Treatments -mark - Sheer Red Kiss Therapy Super Soothing Lip Balm

There is nothing wrong with the product. It's actually very nice, and a steal of a deal. But the tin container is the worst. Inconvenient and hard to get the lid off sometimes. The sheer red color is pretty and natural looking, feels nice. The tin helped me decide very quickly, I will not repurchase. It IS cute to look at, though. :(
A great reddish rose color for everyday. Gives me a nice flushed look. I reach for this one often, and can never go wrong with it. Not an over-the-top color, just a pretty and natural heavily pigmented cream blush.
This is a matte peach, and a little too much coral/orange for me. It just doesn't look very natural on me. Chanel Reflex works better for me. I might give Gilda another try, with perhaps a different look.
This is a pretty one. Warm peach with subtle shimmer, looks natural, yet gives me a bit of oomph. Heavily pigmented, so be sure to blend well and add as you go. Right now, this is my favorite peach blush.
Blush -NARS - Cream Blush in Turkish Red [DISCONTINUED]

It's definitely red. You must use a light hand and blend this cream blush. No shimmer, just straight on red. I like it and am sure I will never use it all up, but I would repurchase. I love the NARS blush containers.
