For reference: NW20 with normal / dry skin and rosacea around my t - zone. After 3 years or so of searching, I have done it. I have found my holy grail redness reducer, The best part? It costs a dollar. MoM is one of the best things to ever happen to my face. I bought it originally after seeing the reviews here on MUA even though I am not particularly oily. I apply it with a cottonball after my moisturizer / before my primer and it reduces redness almost instantly. I used to have to apply layer upon layer of foundation / concealer / corrector / powder to cover the redness on my nose & cheeks. With this, I barely need any makeup at all. I pour it into once ounce bottles for travel and use it every single day. It's never made me break out, although I don't have particularly sensitive skin. It's scentless and doesn't feel heavy at all. Seriously..go buy this.

Primer/ Corrector -BeneFit Cosmetics - The Porefessional

This product was okay. It did what it claims to: "Quickly minimize the appearance of pores & fine lines for smoother-than-smooth skin! " but wasn't amazing in any way. For reference I have light normal / dry skin with large pores around my nose. PROS: Cute packaging Didn't break me out (few things do) Did minimize pores CONS: The price...Normally I have no problem dishing out the cash for high end products. I love Benefit and think almost all of their products are great. But 30 USD is expensive for a primer that isn't THAT good especially when it's only .75 oz, rather than the standard 1 oz. Think about how many tacos you could buy for thirty bucks. It doesn't make my makeup stay on any longer than any of my drugstore primers do. It's easily dupe-able. Nyx's pore filler has the same effect for me and costs like twenty bucks less. Hard Candy's Sheer Envy is another possible dupe as well. It's colored...why? It goes on clear, but it's an ugly tan color in the packaging. It smells...strange? Not bad, just different I guess. If you're looking for a good high end primer I'd try Tarte's Clean Slate Primer..It's the same price, but comes with .25 oz more product, and works ten times better.

Primer/ Corrector -Revlon - PhotoReady Color Correcting Primer (color 002)

For reference I'm NW15 with normal / dry skin. This primer sucks. Actually, this is the worst primer I've ever used. I tried really hard to like this primer. I gave it so many chances to be great...I used with with like 5 different foundations, with setting spray, without setting spray, with Fix+, without it, with like 5 different powders, and it sucked every single time. First off, it smells like Play - Doh and kinda feels like it. It gets very clumpy and feels very thick. I was expecting it to be more siliconey feeling, but its not. It kinda feels like lip gloss on your face..ew. The packaging sucks too. The pump is lame and the primer comes out in some sort of spatter, getting all over my bathroom lol. I normally LOVE Revlon...but seriously there are so many other BETTER drugstore primers out there. Don't waste the ten bucks.

Moisturizers -Eucerin - Redness Relief Perfecting Lotion with spf 15

When I first bought this product, I thought it sucked! I tried applying it with my hands, with a stippling brush, a powder brush, and I just could not get it to work. It gave my face a white cast and there were green clumps everywhere. I tried mixing it with primers to see if that would fix it..but nothing worked. After owning it for about three months and nearly giving up on it, I tried using it with my BEAUTY BLENDER. I love it now. My BB is a pain to wash every day but this makes application so much easier. The green disperses evenly and doesn't clump and it feels a lot lighter on my skin! There still is a white cast though, but it does hide my redness fairly well. For reference I am NW15 with mild rosacea on my t zone. I use this only on my red areas and use a moisturizer by Olay before applying.

Concealers -Clinique - Advanced Concealer

First of all...this concealer only comes in two colors...wtf?! I bought it in Matte Light...which is too light to be used on my face, but I tried to make it work. I intended to use this around my nose and under my eyes, and this concealer was AWFUL for both. It made my pores look HUGE, which is normally never a problem for me. It creased under my eyes and settled into my fine lines, yuck. It says it dries to a powder, which is true, but once the concealer sets it looks awful on my skin. The packaging is sanitary though, which is a plus. I have found a use for it...around my eyes to clean up after doing my eyeshadow. It works pretty well for that. Everything else about this concealer sucks though.

Concealers -E.L.F. - Tone Correcting Concealer

Crappy as a concealer...really doesn't conceal anything. I tried using it under my eyes and it doesn't cover dark circles or make my eyes look less puffy, but it does brighten them a little bit. Good thing it was only a dollar. I use this on my lips though, as a base under my lipstick. Love it for that, but that's all.

Lip Gloss -L'Oreal - 8 Hr Infallible Le Gloss

I bought this on sale at Ulta for like three dollars, not expecting to like it much. Jeez, was I wrong. I have this in Pink Topaz, and it is GORGEOUS. The color is beautiful, it's not too sticky, it lasts three times as long as any of my other glosses, and it smells great. I'll definitely be picking up more.
