Eye Shadow -MAC - AMBER LIGHTS

I was looking for a color that would compliment my very light blue eyes and amber lights is an excellent choice. I would describe the color as a shimmery gold with an orange tone. Orange being a complementary color for blue, this eye shadow makes blue eyes pop so well!! But this color also definitely suits any eye color. The shadow is super rich / almost creamy so a little goes a long way and it's really easy to get a nice dash of color on your lid. I usually wear it all over my lid with a nice brown in the outer-V. I also like to apply it on my lower lash line.

Blush -MAC - So Sweet, So Easy

I just fell in love with the color when I saw it. I was after a very pinky blush, not necessarily a cream blush but I like the make up I can apply with my fingers so I got it. I have originally very pale skin but have an all year long tan where I leave and to be honest, I was so disappointed that the product just didn't show on my skin cause of my tan. The quality is really good, it blends well on the skin, no sticky feeling on your face, but it just doesn't seem to show on darker skins, which is a shame cause I saw the color on other people and it just looks so great. So I gave a 4 because of that but I would still repurchase it when I'll move to somewhere else and loose my tan !!!

Eyeliner -MAC - Fluidline Eye-Liner Gel in Blacktrack

This product is GREAT. I used to line my eyes with a 266 angled brush and mac paintpot in blackground. But this paint pot just doesn't work for me, it drys out in a few weeks and becomes unmanageable. So I decided to go for a gel liner, and omg this just changed everything. I use a mac 209 brush which is very thin and precise liner brush and it works so well. It becomes super easy to line your eyes, and after starting using this there is no way you could come back to another product. You won't even think of going back to a classic eyeliner after that !! It is also great to line your lower lash line, and create a nice winged line. Also I know a MUA who uses it as a base all over the lid to create and intense or smokey look. EXCELLENT product

Eye Shadow -MAC - Expensive Pink (Veluxe Pearl)

This is a georgous color!!! I got this e/s as an extra last time I went to a Mac store, mainly cause I heard so many girls raving about it. I didn't mean to purchase it in the first place but I'm so glad I did. I would describe the color as a nice antique pink, with a nice touch of gold in it. This e/s is so easy to use, the finish is a veluxe pearl, and that's my first and only e/s so far with this finish. So maybe it's due to this finish but I just love the quality of it. I feel like the e/s is almost creamy, and you don't need a lot a product to actually have a nice color on the eye. I think this color is flattering on anybody. I find it harder for pale skin / blue or green eyes to find an e/s shadow that's flattering and to me, expensive pink is an excellent choice. I find that the best way to use it is to apply it on the lid. Looks good when used with satin taupe, paradisco, passionate. Well it can be used with many colors.

Eye Shadow -MAC - Sketch eye shadow

I really wanted to love this eye shadow. I was looking for a dark mac e/s that would be used in the crease, lower lash line ... I wanted a brown one but I heard so many people raving about sketch that I went for this one and was quite excited try it out and create nice make up looks. From all the mac e/s I have I find it to be the hardest to work with. The color is quite strong and to me it's hard to blend. And, that is my personal taste, but I 'm not a big fan of the color. Maybe it's just me but I couldn't manage to create looks with it where it looks good ...

Eye Shadow -MAC - Cranberry eye shadow

I am a big fan of this product. I absolutely love the color. The look I usually go for is a bronze color on the lid, cranberry on the outer corner and a shimmery white as a highlight and in the inner corner. It definitely makes my blue eyes pop and it is a wearable color for a day look. It prefer the burgundy/red with blue shimmers from Galerie Noémie (sorry don't have the exact name) which is the very first e/s I ever bought but I love cranberry which can also be used as a crease/contour color for an intense night look

Eye Shadow -MAC - Deep Truth

The color is pretty nice if you're into blues and the quality is good. I bought it because I really liked the color in the pan but I have to say I hardly use it. I have very light blue eyes and I find the color too harsh for me. If I want to go for a blue, I prefer to pick contrast which gives a nice smoky effect on my blue eyes. Deep truth on the entire lid makes me look like a clown and for the outer v I prefer to use Contrast. So I wouldn't repurchase it as I hardly used the one I have. However I think it would look good on hazel or brown/black eyes.

I think this is the first MAC product I regret buying, and I have to say I hardly use it. I don't really know if something went wrong with mine in particular but it is so dry and difficult to apply on the lid. I have the feeling I'm scratching my lid while using it and in the end I harly have product on the lid. If I try to apply the product on my lid again, then the first coat I applied would just be taken off ... really weird. I wished it worked as I've seen it in tutorials cause it's probably great to darken an intensify an eyeshadow and give a nice shimmery effect to it ... disappointed
