Moisturizers -Caudalie - Vinosource Quenching Sorbet Creme

I have dehydrated, acne-prone skin with some fine lines (I'm 33). I've been looking for something more moisturizing than I usually would have used in my 20's. I am so impressed with this product, the texture is light yet very hydrating. It absorbs quickly, and works great under foundation. Also, the packaging is perfect - I HATE sticking my fingers into jars and contaminating the product. I paid $40 Canadian at Sephora - a very reasonable price I think. I will totally buy this again.

Cleansers -Paula's Choice - Skin Balancing Oil-Reducing Cleanser

This is one of the best cleansers on the market. It removes long wear foundation, liquid eyeliner, mascara, everything......without stripping the skin. I got bored a few months ago, and bought a different cleanser. All it taught me was how good Paula's Choice really is, and it's fairly inexpensive too(I order it from Canada). Try it, I doubt you'll be disappointed!

Foundations -By Terry - Glow Foundation
cmaxwell 5/24/2009 11:54:00 AM
By Terry foundation and concealers are heavily scented, which I found a real turn off. The perfume is quite nauseating.....kind of like stale roses and baby powder. These products are also very overpriced, and you can get the same results with Sephora illuminating concealer, or Maybelline age rewind. Touche Eclat is also nice, of course (if you want to spend the $$$).

Mascara -BeneFit Cosmetics - BADgal Lash

This mascara is so worthless and terrible, I can't even tell you how disappointing and crappy it is. Elizabeth Arden Double Density, and L'oreal Voluminous are my holy grail, and god knows I've tried them all! Don't waste your money on Benefit.

Mascara -Elizabeth Arden - Double Density Maximum Volume Mascara

I'm not usually very faithful when it comes to mascara, but I keep coming back to this one! It's a great quality mascara that provides drama without clumping, and there is a more-than-average amount of product in the tube (compare the grams with other tubes). You can get really long lashes with this one, way better than DiorShow and Lancome, in my opinion. L'oreal Voluminous is the next best thing, if you're on a tighter budget.
