I loved the look and feel of this foundation, it's a very natural satin finish and feels like velvet to the touch. The staying power was amazing, it lasted on my combonation skin from 6am - 4pm. The reason I ended up returning this foundation is because it caused my cystic acne to return and gave we white heads when I would use it. I tried this foundation multiple times to make sure it was what was braking me out because I loved it so much, and it was. If you're thinking about buying this foundation I would go ahead and try it, it's a beautiful foundation, just not right for my skin!
I had such high hopes for this eye shadow, it looked like the perfect everyday purple I could use to enhance my green eyes. I first applied this over UDPP and then later over bare study paint pot and could not get the color to show up. I read that some people had to scrape off the top layer of the shadow to get it to work, and two scrapings later still nothing! The color was lacking in pigment and when I could get some color payoff it would fade within the hour. This was the first product I ever returned to MAC... I would not recomend this shadow to anyone!
This is definately my favorite blush I own, It looks very natural on my cool, lighter than NC15 skin! Deep Throat is a medium natural pink with a gold duo chrome/flash/sheen. I can use DT as a blush and highlight, because where this blush catches the light it has a very luminous gold color, while the rest of the blush is the pink you see in the pan. This blush is also very long wearing. I fell asleep for a couple hours and was sure when I woke up my blush would be gone from rubbing off on the pillow, but to my surprise it still looked how it did when I first applied it which makes it worth the $27 price tag! If you're thinking about buying this I would go for it, it looks more natural than Orgasm on pale and cool toned skins! (P.S the sparkles/ big shimmer flecks in the pan do not show up at all, so no worries about glittery cheeks!)
I really really wanted to like this nail polish. The first time I used this I used no base color so it took FOUR coats to get an opaque glitter, and it chipped horribly by the next day! Next time I painted my nails with this I used essie aruba blue underneath and HR as a glitter top coat, and it still chipped like crazy!!! For $14 this polish should be nothing but amazing, but it is one of the worst polishes I own, it chips like crazy and is sheer. This is definately going back to ulta!
Beautiful beautiful eyeliner!! I passed this pencil over so many times before, I'd always look at it in MAC and then decide that it was just a brown, why did I need that? Wrong! I'm on my second pencil now and I wear this daily! Mac describes Teddy as a bronze color, But on me it's a medium/dark shimmery brown, I'm not getting the bronze. I love that it's not too warm or too cool of a brown, and that color can be built up and become very dark if you keep applying. This lasts all day on my upper lashline without fading or smudging. On the lower lashline there is some fading by the end of the day, but no horrible raccoon smuding! I havn't tried this on my waterline since it's a kohl and I prefer the security of a gel liner if I line my waterline. If you're even thinking about buying this pencil, definately go for it, you won't be disapointed!
