I have a lot of dark spots from acne :P and have been using this for like 3 years now. When I first started using this, I would see a HUGE improvement in like a day!! Dark, brown spots in a day would be like barely there the next day! I think since I've used this so much, it's just stopped fading my spots now :( Now It just turns where I apply this really red, and just fades nothing. But maybe my skin has just gotten too used to it to work? The price's great! They give you a lot of product for like $5! It can be messy though :P I would buy this again...but it just won't work for me anymore! Soo I'm deciding to take a break from it and find another cream to fade my spots :( A really great product though!

Treatments -Origins - Brighter By Nature High-potency Brightening Peel Pads

These worked right away after my first use! I have a lot of dark spots from acne, and these are really helping to fade my spots and brighten my skin! I also got a lot of compliments on how good my skin looked :) These also don't irritate my skin at all! I thought they would since they kind of scrub your skin, but I've never looked red or any of that after using these. I've been using these for a month now, and i kind of feel like they're taking a bit longer to improve my skin...but I'm not sure tbh. In the beginning I was only using one pad a week, then to twice a week. I know it's going to take time to improve my skin though :P The price is more than what I'm used to, but they work pretty well :) The packaging's great, not messy in any way. I would buy these again!

i love latina bella <3 great for olive/warm undertones! really great concealer! this blends soo well into my skin, looks really natural and gives great coverage :) i have a lot of dark spots from acne :P and this covers my spots so well! a little really goes a long way too. since this' a liquid, i was thinking it would be really thick and greasy :P but it's actually very light and dries right away to blend w/ your skin! i have REALLY oily skin, and this lasted me all day! even w/o primer :) the price was also great, under $7! i had no problems w/ picking a color :) which was nice, finding the right color is always an issue! they have a light, medium, and dark. i'm not all that dark, but got this in dark. i'm like a really light caramel color. it would be great if they had REAL darker options, it's a great concealer! the packaging's pretty good. i could possibly see it getting messy if shook around or whatever, but i haven't had any problems. this also does not break me out. never had that problem with this brand! i would also buy this again! :)

Bronzers -Unlisted Brand - Latina Bella Color Innovation Bronzer

I wear this over Latina Bella Color Innovation Cream to Powder Foundation, to make it a bit tanner. It does give a nice, not too tan look :) I'm surprised that this was a bit pink undertoned! Latina Bella's supposed to be for the yellow/olive undertones...it's not terribly pink though. The price is good, I got this some time in the winter and still have a ton left. A little really goes a long way! I like that this' matte, they have a shimmering bronzer...I don't like tons of sparkle on my face smh. The packaging is good, I don't like the small brush inside though. This wasn't terrible, I would MAYBE buy this again. I would like to keep looking for a yellow/olive undertoned powder/bronzer though.

Foundations -Unlisted Brand - Latina Bella Color Innovation Cream to Powder Foundation

I really love this foundation! It's made for yellow/olive undertones, and has sooo many shade options! I found the right shade right away :) I got this in Cocoa Bean (which is # 8 i believe). The coverage is good, I would say it's medium coverage. It lasted for a very long time too! I was surprised on how natural this looked! Not cakey at all & very buildable! This blends very well! If I didn't have time to do my whole face/just wanted to cover a few things, I could just use this as a concealer over my problems...& still look really natural :) The sponge that comes w/ this is useful too, it works best if you get it a little damp. Breakouts were NEVER a problem w/ this either. The price is good too, you get your money's worth. What I didn't like about this was the sponge, in some ways. More product goes on the sponge, than on your face @ times. I'm not big on using my hands, but you can! A brush works well too. It also doesn't control my oily skin :P I don't love it for warmer weather, b/c I can get pretty greasy! This is perfect for cold, winter weather though! Very moisturizing :) It takes me some time too put on though...but I'm more used to powder foundation. I would also buy this again :) a really good foundation!

Powder -Revlon - ColorStay Mineral Foundation
rated 4 of 5
clumpedmascara 7/31/2012 3:43:00 PM

I can't find this anymore :( All I see now is the Revlon ColorStay Aqua Mineral Makeup, which does not work for me! This didn't cover EVERYTHING...but gave good enough coverage for me, and looked very natural :) It's pink undertoned, but blended so well! I have yellow/olive undertones and this still worked for me. Breakouts weren't a problem w/ this, and it really controlled my oily skin :) This lasted a very long time, I didn't have to reapply! A little really goes a long way too...the price is kind of high imo, but not a lot of powder is needed so it lasts for a good while! The only things I didn't like were that it's pink undertoned. It does blend well...but I can't put on as much, or else the color will be too off. The brush isn't useful, & I didn't love the packaging. Still a great foundation though! I would for sure by this again! If I could find it again...

Pressed Powders -Revlon - ColorStay Pressed Powder
rated 3 of 5
clumpedmascara 7/31/2012 3:01:00 PM

I tried this after Revlon ColorStay Mineral Foundation, was changed to Revlon ColorStay Aqua Mineral Makeup. The original powder worked so well for me! Then they changed it w/ coconut water, which didn't workout for me AT ALL. I was hoping to find another powder kind of like the original... This pressed powder was ok. I felt it was a lot more pink undertoned than the first powder I liked. The mineral foundation was pink undertoned too, but blended very well! I'm yellow/olive undertoned, but it still worked! This powder kind of blended, but it didn't look as natural :( Kind of had that powdery look to it :P The coverage was ok...I couldn't really cover everything, b/c the color wouldn't really blend into my neck. It did even out my skin though. I felt this worked best in warmer weather, the color seemed to change in colder weather. In colder weather it seemed to get darker, like into this pinkish/almost rust color. I got this in Medium Deep btw. This didn't make me breakout and controlled my oily skin :) It's also quick to apply, the puff thing is somewhat useful. I would recommend a brush instead though. The price was kind of high for the quality imo. I didn't hate this powder, but I'm not buying again.

Powder -Cover Girl - CoverGirl Ultimate Finish Cream to Powder Makeup
rated 2 of 5
clumpedmascara 7/31/2012 12:42:00 PM

I really wanted to like this! The coverage was great, and a little really went a long way...but it didn't look natural and made my pores stand out :( This made my skin very oily! Doesn't last very long either. It looked good at first, but then it just went right into my pores and looked cakey/gross. It's also pink undertoned, which didn't workout for me. I need a yellow undertone. The packaging's fine, and the sponge is decent. It's easier to apply if the sponge's damp. The price was high for the quality imo...a little does go a long way though. I would not buy this again.

Gels/Soaps -Dr. Bronner's - dr bronners assorted scented castille soaps

The Peppermint's my favorite, I love how tingly this feels ^.^ It can be kind of drying, but only if I use more than needed. A little really goes a long way. I've only used it as a body wash, but it's useful for many things! The packaging is ok, pours out kind of fast sometimes. You also get your money's worth b/c you can do lots w/ this soap. I would buy this again :)

Pressed Powders -Cover Girl - CoverGirl Queen Collection Lasting Matte Pressed Powder
rated 4 of 5
clumpedmascara 7/30/2012 7:22:00 PM

Finally found a yellow undertoned powder at the drugstore ^.^ I prefer powder for foundation b/c it's WAY faster for me, and controls my oily skin. I wore this for an entire day and didn't get greasy! This powder is very blendable and has a natural look :) I also have not broke out from this. The shade options are pretty dark though, which is good...finding foundation for darker skin can be a challenge! I'm not all that dark, like a light caramel color. I got this in the Golden Light, just a little too dark for me. So I'm going for the Light instead. The packaging's also good, and has an ok mirror inside. Bigger than I'm used to seeing. This can get messy! It's probably obvious (lol) but my powder fell in water and got a bit damp in some places...so now my powder cracked/separated and is messier than before :I but still works great! The price isn't bad imo, a little bit of powder goes a long way. There were a few things I didn't like. The sponge thing isn't very useful to me, I use a brush instead. A better puff works well too :) This powder is a bit sparkly :P Which I don't get if it's supposed to be matte. The sparkle mostly shows in really, bright lighting. Not super terrible though. It has alright coverage, not perfect but decent. I also plan to buy this again!

Primer/ Corrector -Revlon - Beyond Natural Smoothing Primer
rated 2 of 5
clumpedmascara 7/16/2012 2:55:00 PM

PROS: I love the smell ^.^ & it did make powder/mineral foundations I've tried go on smoother. The packaging is also good, not messy at all. CONS: The smell is nice...but it's very perfumy, and made me breakout :P Although it did make my foundation go on smoother, it didn't make it last! This also made me kind of oily. This came with the Revlon Beyond Natural Skin Matching Makeup, and was a better deal together. A terrible foundation btw! Anyway...seperate, this is overpriced imo! I wouldn't buy this again.

Liquid -Revlon - Beyond Natural Skin Matching Makeup SPF 15
rated 1 of 5
clumpedmascara 7/16/2012 2:24:00 PM

This was the very first foundation I used, so I didn't know much about makeup yet haha... I first tried this in the Medium-Deep. The coverage was great, but the color was a bit too dark for me. I thought I was just using too much foundation...so I tried it again. The second time it came out even darker! I then decided to go a shade down to the Medium. The Medium was kind of light (which was good, b/c the color would get a bit darker). Then the second time I tried it, it turned even darker than the Medium-Deep! I really wanted this to work, so I even tried the Light-Medium. None of these came close to my skin color at all! That's when I noticed these beads in it...they were all clustered together, making the foundation all these different colors. There were times I used the lightest shade, and it could go from straight white to a dark, chocolate brown! This didn't make me breakout, but It made my skin kind of greasy. When I first got this, it came w/ a primer. The primer didn't really help w/ smoothing this out! This foundation would cover my problems, but looked blotchy and cakey :P Really highlighted my pores too! The packaging imo wasn't that great. The product poured out fast, and was just a mess for me! The price was pretty expensive for the quality! Definitely not buying again.

Loose Powders -Cover Girl - Professional Loose Powder
rated 2 of 5
clumpedmascara 7/16/2012 1:27:00 PM

PROS: This did control my oily skin! Imo, the smell is nice. It would also work as a highlighter. CONS: MESSY! It's less messy if you put tape over some of the holes though. I really didn't like the puff in this, not useful at all. The color options are way too light! I'm not even that dark, and the Translucent Medium made me look so pale! This was very cakey, made my pores look huge, and made me breakout! The breakouts were probably from the perfume in this. It made my face look really pink too :P The quality wasn't worth what I payed for, not buying again.

Lips -Chapstick - (All Flavors)
rated 4 of 5
clumpedmascara 7/16/2012 12:45:00 PM

I love how smooth this feels ^.^ I usually get the Cherry or Strawberry, and both give a little bit of color :) This also hasn't dried out my lips or anything like that. To me, it's kind of pricey (I like it cheap haha ;)) it's pretty much $2 where I shop...but a little goes a long way. The packaging is fine, I've had problems w/ the balm falling in the cap :P That just happens though! I would also buy this again.

Primer/ Corrector -Unlisted Brand - Monistat - Chafing Relief Powder-Gel
rated 5 of 5
clumpedmascara 7/16/2012 12:22:00 PM

I love this stuff ^.^ I have VERY oily skin, and this keeps my makeup lasting the entire day...even in hot weather! It's kind of a high price for a drugstore product (imo), but a little really goes a long way! Like, I need less than a dime size for my whole face. It's very worth the money and lasts for a good while :) One tube lasted close to half a year for me! It also gave my foundation a nice, smooth look :) I've tried this w/ both powder and cream foundation, both looked nice. Lastly, this did not make me breakout!
