Blush -E.L.F. - Contouring Blush & Bronzing Powder

As a darker-skinned girl, I never really got into bronzer. I didn't need a wash of color over my face. As for blush, I thought any kind of pink on my apples would look out of place because I am so tan. The only reason I would buy a bronzer is for contouring, but I have such chubby cheeks that I'd feel like I'd just look ridiculous. So I picked this guy up. It's only $3, so I thought why not? I love it. I like the slight pinkyness on my apples from this blush. But the real treasure is in the bronzer. I tried a bronzer before for contouring, but it just made me look dirty. This bronzer is lovely fo contouring because it does make my face look thinner when I contour instead of just making me look dirty. These colors are blendable. The packaging is sturdy. It comes with a big mirror. I totally suggest picking it up. It's only three dollars, what do you have to lose?

Mascara -Maybelline - Lash Stiletto

I usually don't hate mascaras, but I LOATHE this. I have pretty decent lashes. I don't need a typical HG mascara, so usually when I go to the store, I pick up whatever mascara, w/o looking up reviews or anything. This didn't grab onto my lashes one bit. Some say it's great for a "natural" look. You're better off not wearing any mascara. I swear, this made my lashes look LESS visible. I didn't even know how that is possible. But yeah, I don't recommend this at all.

Eye Primer -E.L.F. - Mineral Eyeshadow Primer

I was completely blown away by this product. I discovered eye primer about a year and a half ago and I have never gone back. I started out with Urban Decay's Primer Potion. It works great, makes colors more vibrant, and lasts all day long. I only bought it once, but that one tube lasted me about a year. I wanted to repurchase it but for a poor college student who finances her beauty addiction by herself, I wasn't willing to dish out $18 for it. I saw that e.l.f made a primer and I bought it. I decided to go for the mineral because I was a bit hesitant about putting a $1 primer on my lids. I was completely surprised at how awesome my eye makeup looked at the end of the day. I didn't want to take it off. I was blown away that this primer did almost exactly what UD's primer did for 1/6 of the cost. So why only 4 lippies? It didn't make my shadows as bright (it never said it would so I'm not holding that against e.l.f too harshly) and when I wear this from 9 in the morning to like 11 at night, when I am about to wash my face, I see my makeup looks a tad worn. But that's okay. No one needs to wear makeup for 14 hours. I don't mind. This looks like it will last me a while too. I am so happy I found a cheaper alternative. This primer makes me eye makeup (and my wallet) happy.

Eyeliner -E.L.F. - Cream Eyeliner - All Colors

I may be a little biased because this is basically my first experience with a gel/cream eyeliner. I do go way back with eyeliner in general though. What can I say? I love winged eyeliner. This is so easy to apply. It is super black. It lasts you for a while. I've had mine for about a month and a half and it has not dried. I did read on the sit that it does tend to dry, but I think you aren't closing it correctly. I make sure that I close it the way it is supposed to be closed. Sometimes if you are not paying attention to how you close it, you misalign the ridges. I hope you guys understand what I am trying to say haha. But yeah, this is only 3 bucks if you go to target. I suggest buying e.l.f online because of all the great deals. They always have something going on. I would totally recommend this. I heard this is similar to mac's fluid line, I can't tell you if that is true, but it gets the job done. It doesn't smudge. It doesn't flake. It's my HG eyeliner as of yet. I do want to try essence's gel liner, which I hear is fantastic, but for now, this makes me eyes and my wallet happy.
