LOVE the smell of this! I know the texture doesn't allow it to sink in quickly (it is made from beeswax after all!), but if you love anything almond/marzipan scented, you must purchase it for the scent alone!

Lotions/ Creams -Korres - Bitter Almond Body Milk

This is one of the best almond scented lotions I have ever tried! Don't be mislead by it's name, it's not a bitter almond in any way. It is a sweet, milky almond. I find that the scent does last on me. The lotion does take a while to rub in because it has almond powder in it, but it is still moisturizing without being greasy like the Korres Guava body butter can be. Definately a great buy if you are into sweet almond scents.

Gels/Soaps -Bath and Body Works - Tutti Dolci Fantasia di Cioccolata body wash

Firstly I must say that this is my favorite Tutti Dolci scent thus far. I am in love with the souffle and was looking forward to the other products in this scent. Unfortunately this did not smell as good as the souffle. It smelled like fake berries and was definately missing the rich chocolate scent that the souffle had. Very dissappointing to me because I have all of the Tutti body washes and always find that the body wash form always has the richest, most true scent compared to the lotions, souffles, scrubs and EDTs.

Firstly I must say that this is my favorite Tutti Dolci scent thus far. I am in love with the souffle and was looking forward to the other products in this scent. Unfortunately I didn't like the EDT because it smelled powdery on me at first spritz, then stayed powdery, almost floral in scent after dry down. Does not smell anywhere near as good as the souffle.

This is my favorite Tutti Dolci scent thus far. I do admit that when I bought the minis at ths Semi-Annual sale, i thought the berry scent was way too strong. But after wearing this souffle after several weeks I truly love this scent! It is strong going on, but after it dries, it smells so lovely like chocolate strawberry truffles to me. And the scent does linger softly throughout the day.

The souffle smells wonderful- just like an apple torte and not a pie- great scent for the Fall. Tried it on one hand, after it dried there was hardly any apple scent to it, more of a light nutmeg and cinnamony type lotion. So this was somewhat disappointing for me because I'd rather smell more apple than spice on the dry down.

At the store, I tried this only on the back of my hand, no plum scent detected- mostly spices that i can't name. Very strong spice-wise. (we stopped to get gas on the way home, when I got back into the car, the whole car smelled like the spices from the Plum lotion- not very pleasant at all. Glad I didn't get that one). For a very plummy scent, i'd go for Bliss' Plum Plum body butter instead.

Lotions/ Creams -C.O. Bigelow - Quince Hand Lotion

it's just OK, very faint scent- doesn't really smell like quince(Asian apple/pear), that fades quickly like other Bigelow lotions because they are all artificial fragrance free; absorbs quickly but not really moisturizing, and i have to apply more of it soon after. i don't think it's worth the $15

Gels/Soaps -Sephora - Chocolate Raspberry Hair and Body Wash

yum! love it! smells more like crushed Oreo cookies (without the cream in between) . I hardly detect any raspberry in it, but it's still delicious. This flavor is much more tolerable than their 1st 3 in 1 scent, which was Triple Layer Cake (smelled like butter with floral in it to me)

Candles -Yankee Candles - Milk and Cookies

Limited edition for the holiday season 2004, a real winner in my eyes! I was surprised to get a Housewarmer with a strong throw, since I have had no throw from 4 out of 5 of my Yankees candles this year. As for the scent, I thought it was just OK and a bit weird just from the cold throw, but once this starts burning, my gosh it's wonderful! Very hard to describe though, there is a definate cookie scent with a slight touch of spice, i don't detect the milky part of it but nevertheless, it so YUMMY that I plan on buying at least 3 more jars before they disappear.

Candles -Yankee Candles - White Chocolate Mint

Unfortunately, despite how wonderful this smells just from the cold throw, (just like chocolate chip mint ice cream even though it's supposed to be White chocolate), i'll be returning it because it has hardly ANY throw when burning, emits just the faintest minty Jack Frost type scent, and no chocolate tones whatsoever.

I finally received this today after 4 years of wanting it! VERY disappointing! I first tried this 4 years ago at the Fresh store on Bleecker St, NYC. I remembered that it didn't smell like it's name, it smelled purely like Black licorice which i LOVE! Well today I finally tried it again, and yuck- it DOES smell like TOBACCO and only tobacco, no caramel and no black licorice. In fact I am getting dizzy from it just like I do from second hand smoke- LOL! I am definately returning this and getting my $65 + tax back from Fresh.

Scrubs -Jaqua Girls - Orange Vanilla Sugar Scrub

Not enough scrubbing action in this. The scrubbies last for a few seconds when applying, then they quickly dissolve, unless you scoop out a lot more product- then you'll get some good exfoliating out of it. But I prefer not to use that much since this is a pricey scrub. Also, the orange vanilla scent was way to mild compared to the scent levels of Jaqua's body butter creams. Would not repurchase since there are better quality scrubs out there for alot cheaper.

Lotions/ Creams -MOR - body souffle Pistachio Ice Cream

Although this smells nothing like pistachios or ice cream, BUT this has a wonderful cakey smell that is divine. Just a nice straightforward white cake scent. Alot milder than GLS celebration cake. The Mor souffles absorb into the skin much much better than the Mor body butters.

I wanted to love this, since Pistachio ice cream is my absolute fave! So after hearing raves about this on the board, I ordered it. Getting straight to the point- this smells like a soapy light floral. I detected no sweetness to it at all, no pistachio or ice cream notes here. Was very alcohol-y when I spritzed it, the way Demeter PMU's are. That scent faded and what was left was like someone noted below, your average lotion scent. The bottle is packaged a little different now, so maybe the changed the formula or I just got a bad one? Btw, I also bought the Pistachio souffle and that smells divine (see my review)- totally different from this perfume.
