I was never a fan of MAC lippies until this gorgeous true blue pink came into my life. Too shy to wear it full-on in the daytime, so I dab it on as a stain. Still, wondering if there are other cremesheens more appropriate for day without falling into the nude category.
Absolutely wonderful and gives a very old Hollywood effect - opaque, shimmery lips and a very pigmented cheek. This palette is edgy but playful and an absolute staple in my bag. I want to hug whoever put this palette together. I especially love the plum-brown e/s for a smokey eye that doesn't make my eyes look smaller. The blush/bronzer combo in the lower shelf are a godsend to my muddy-ish complexion. I've used every color in this palette with glee and cannot imagine a more perfect complement to my medium skin and oddly-flat skin.
Beautiful and crisp! A clear mint topnote (not raggedy wild mint) and the green tea is kind of woody and grassy, just like the real thing. I love it.

My boyfriend loved this as it tastes like chocolate and does not feel like plastic. I think it encourages kissing. I hope this product is never, ever discontinued.
The Isadora e/s I bought were the envy of my college roomies. Very creamy and highly-pigmented, I found the quality similar to Shiseido e/s. Plus, the color selection is perfect.
Gorgeous, fun, wearable e/s. Used wet, lasts all day. Perhaps not the best for those with sensitive eyes. Edit: Okay, this seriously irritates my eyes and causes funky crusting by midday. So sad.
Worth. Every. Penny.
There's a trace of almond and the tuberose is very green in the beginning. It's a working woman's fracas, no sense of humor at all (the sandalwood is a little sticky, a little heavy), and it's a touch too refined for me.
Smells exactly live Nivea lotion on me. Makes me a little nostalgic for...Nivea? Hm. Has that powdery quality reminiscent of Chanel No.5, Joy, etc....seems like the classics are always a little aldehydic, a little powdery, perhaps a gesture to a time when perfume was the finishing part of a toilette, like a dusting of powder.

I would buy everything in this palette again except for the eyebrow stencils. Contrary to packaging claims, they don't work for everyone. I was so disappointed in the stencils and brow powder at first that I didn't really know what to do with the kit. The kit has definite merits that saved it from the toss bin. The tweezers really work, (and they're pink), the eyebrow gel does what an eyebrow gel is supposed to, and the highlighting pencil is creamy and really lifts the eyebrow area (over moisturizer--any dry patches will show through). I thought the brow powder was pretty useless on my severely black eyebrows (and it still is--I found that blacktrack with a superfine brush is an acceptable substitute) but it turns out that the brow powder in ash is the perfect smoky topaz/taupe eyeshadow for light brown eyes. This is my daily go-to.
Reminds me of walking through an orchard. Smells, in words of dear so, just like spring.
