Pressed Powders -MAC - Studio Careblend

I usually stay away from MAC face products, minus the blushes. But I've read many good reviews on this and took a chance. I ended up loving this powder! I have extremely problematic-sensitive skin and haven't had any bad reactions from this product. I use it over tinted moisturizer and the end result is a natural finish. People don't even realize I'm wearing makeup. I can get away with just using concealer and this powder together and it still looks natural. This gives me light-medium coverage and is great for everyday use, even to throw it in your bag. For shade reference, I'm an NC42 and I use Medium Dark.

Moisturizers -Neutrogena - Visibly Even Daily Moisturizer SPF 30

I have very sensitive skin and had a bad reaction to this moisturizer. First of all, I was looking for a moisturizer with a decent amount of SPF so I looked into Neutrogena since their products have been working well for me... Well, not this one. I have oily skin all over. I never had any dry spots or anything. But within two days of using this product, I developed very dry, itchy, reddish, flaky patches of skin around my lips. So I stopped using it. Then when I went to the dermatologist, they said these dry, red, itchy, flaky patches was mild eczema. And I realized that I only started to get this dryness right when I started using this Neutrogena moisturizer. Now I have to keep using loicoid and aquaphor to calm down the dryness. Completely dislike this product, returned it, and do not recommend it to people with sensitive skin.

Lip Treatments -MAC - Tinted Lip Conditioner- Feelin' Good
christeeezy 8/28/2010 9:47:00 PM
I liked the concept of having it in a pot. It's a very pretty nude-pink color. Doesn't give full coverage on my lips, but enough to make it have a light wash of color. EXTREMELY moisturizing. It smells heavenly, kind of like a vanilla cupcake or something. The bad thing is that I wish I got a back up of it since it's not part of the permanent collection.

Foundations -Urban Decay - Surreal Skin Mineral Makeup
christeeezy 8/28/2010 9:43:00 PM
This foundation holds a special place in my heart since it was the first one I have ever bought/used, haha. I bought it in the shade Vision. I am an NC42 in MAC it matched me well. I didn't have any bad reactions to it and it evened out my skin tone very well. It was light on the skin and didn't feel cakey at all, but I think that depends on how much you put on your face. The packaging, on the other hand, is a different story. I didn't like the concept of having the puff thing attached because I found it to be unsanitary, wasted a lot of product, and didn't disperse the product evenly onto the skin. So I found that twisting off the top and tapping the product into the cap was better. You can control the amount of product you use. I think the price of it is a little too steep, but if you're willing to pay for it, I would recommend it.

Powder -Neutrogena - Mineral Sheers Compact Foundation ALL
christeeezy 8/28/2010 9:35:00 PM
I'm an NC42 in MAC studio fix powder and for Neutrogena Mineral Sheers powder foundation I use the shade Honey Beige. First of all, this foundation has been very good to my skin. I have pretty sensitive skin and I haven't had a bad reaction to it. It's light-medium coverage. I prefer natural coverage where it doesn't look like I have completely flawless skin so this is great for me. I just use this to even out my skin tone. If you are looking for full-coverage, I do not recommend this because you will most likely be disappointed. It is also mess-free since it's in a compact, which is a big plus and great for on the go/traveling. I also don't recommend it to people with dry skin because it can accentuate the dry-ness.

Eye Shadow -MAC - Pigment-Shimmertime
christeeezy 8/28/2010 9:24:00 PM
This is my first MAC pigment and it's amaaaazing. It looks great all over the lid for a wash of color and/or to brighten the eyes. It's a pinky-peachy shimmery color. Great for using as a highlight on the face as well. The only thing I wish is that it was part of the permanent collection. But it's okay since it lasts a long time. No need to use a lot of product at once.

Blush -MAC - Melba
christeeezy 8/28/2010 9:14:00 PM
I love this, it's my go-to blush. It's a peachy-coral color that compliments my NC42 skin tone. I also love the fact that it's a matte finish because it doesn't accentuate my pores or oiliness.
