Treatments (Eye) -Lancome - Renergie Lift Volumetry

Whew! I used Renergie Lift Volumetry Eye for about two weeks and suddenly developed red bumps all around my eyes. Went to the doctor and he told me I had eczema of the eye. Lots of bumps and bleeding. This is the first and only Lancome product I've ever used that caused problems. Needless to say, I will never let it touch my face again.
After reading so many positive reviews of Obagi, I decided to give it a try. It is sold at my spa & the skincare folks there rave about it. I was advised to use the C-RX system for starters, and perhaps, work into the other products later. After three weeks, my skin is an absolute wreak. It is drier than a prune with new, noticeable lines around my mouth area. Something in either the toner, serum, or daytime/night-time moisturizers are breaking me out like crazy. Little red bumps that turn into hard, pus filled cysts. I have called the spa twice & talked to the reps about it, but they just keep saying to "stick with it". I finally decided to throw in the towel two days ago. My skin is already 200% better. The comodones are drying up & going away. I just hope I don't have any scars or discolorations from them. Obagi may be a miracle for some, but it is definitely NOT for me.
I went to Macy's to buy foundation. I love the Renergie Lift foundation, so after I made my purchase, the SA gave me a sample of this cream. Wow! After a week, I could see a noticeable softening of the fine lines on my cheeks. I went back a bought the daytime (w/SPF) cream as well as the Renergie Volumetry night cream. It was quite a haul, but so worth it, as my skin is in better shape than it's been in several years. I love Lancome.
I just bought this yesterday and already, I can honestly say it is THE best foundation I've ever tried. And I have tried hundreds of foundations!! It only takes a teeny tiny amount of this foundation to go a long way. The SA at Sephora told me to scoop a small dot of it, spread it on the back of my hand, and then, use my fingers to apply. The warmth of my fingers helps it spread evenly. Then, I buff it down with a sponge. The Warm Ivory is a perfect match for my fair/yellow based skin. I have normal/dry skin; however, I break out sometimes. Hopefully, this foundation won't break me out! I love it! Thanks, Laura.
Treatments -Clinique - Repairwear Laser Focus Wrinkle and UV Damage Corrector

I just got this a week ago, but already, I can see a difference in my skin. After being in a cosmetic wasteland for several years and 'cherry-picking' many products, high-end, drugstore, etc., I made the decision to go back to Clinique 3-step & it is working beautifully. The SA recommended that I add this to my regiman after the 3-step. It is great. It isn't a miracle, but has restored softness and radiance with the promise of softening some of the fine lines & wrinkles. I haven't broken out (which is rare). I'll stick w/this and see if I can get even better results.
Wow, this stuff is fantastic. I have worn Lancome's Definicils forever, but got a sample of this with a purchase. Love, love, love it. Will be buying it when my sample runs out.
So far, so good. I just bought this yesterday after trying it on at Macy's and walking around for several hours. It is thick, however, I applied it with damp fingertips and it looks super natural. After using Lancome Teint Idol for several years, it began to turn a horrible shade of orange on me. (!!!) So, I have switched to the EL Double Wear. Will keep you posted. EDIT: Alas, I returned this foundation, as it broke me out horribly and started to look like dried spray on paint! It was pretty awful. Oh well.
Treatments (Eye) -Clinique - All About Eyes Serum De-Puffing Eye Massage

Hate to be the exception here, but this product did NOTHING for me. It was like rolling on water. Actually all it did was make my eyes really red and itchy. Sorry, Clinique. This is an overpriced dud.
Got this as sample in GWP at Dillards. Wow! I had been using Renergie eye cream for a few years, but this stuff will be my next eye cream. It is as good (or better) than the Renergie. It relieves puffiness and really helps with the wrinkles.
I had been using MN Luxiva Flawless Effect and it was okay; however, it had a rather shiny finish and seemed to melt off as the day went on. So I switched to Aqua Balance in L26 and it is total PERFECTION!! It has a nicer, more velvety finish and lasts ALL day! The color is absolutely perfect. With such a great finish, I don't even need powder. Thanks MN! I love your products.
Cleansers -Merle Norman - Brilliant C Brightening Cleanser

This cleanser is one of the best I've ever used. It cleans and softens my combo skin without drying. The scent is orange fresh. Unfortunately, it doesn't remove eye makeup.
Skincare - Face -Merle Norman - Miracol creamy formula revitalizing cream

I had not used this stuff in almost 30 years, however, a few months ago, my skin was all over the place and I had given up on it after trying everything from Olay to La Prairie. I stopped in at my local MN and the SA suggested I try the new Vitamin C Brightening line. After sampling everything, she also suggested that I buy the Miracol, as it is always part of the MN regimine. I cannot begin to describe how much my skin has improved now that I am using Miracol and the other products. Wow!! It has taken at least 10 years off my face.
After using Lancome Definicils and Armani's mascara, I decided to try this MAC Dazzle Lash. I love it! The strange little brush does a fantastic job of lengthening and thickening. It stays on all day. Dazzle is my new HG when it comes to mascara!

I just started using this product about a week ago, and have already noticed results. My skin had looking very muddy lately and my pores were looking very large and clogged. This stuff immediately made my face look brighter and tighter. The only complaint is that the scent (orange "baby asprin" fragrance) is a little overwhelming.
LOVE IT!! I have not used a Clinique product in YEARS, but after purchasing the Redness Solutions products and the Even Out Serum, which I love---the SA showed me this. The shade FAIR is a perfect match---and I usually hate all the other Clinique foundations because they are waaaaay too orange-y. This has just the right amount of coverage and stays on all day. I love the plastic bottle and the little snout at the top that distributes a drop at a time. This is my new HG!!!!!!
