I used to adore these...when they were silky and made in the US. Now they are chalky, take too much layering to achieve color, get bumpy on the surface (hallmark of cheap ingredients) and they are just generally crap now, because they have been outsourced to China. Of course. EDIT: This is not to imply that ALL products made in China are junk, but it is apparent that the quality of the ingredients in this product has declined since being outsourced, as evidenced by the inferior texture of the new compared with the old.
What the CRAP is up with the brushes in these things?! The colors are great and seem to really last but every.single.bottle has had a bent/curved brush. Maybe it's just my luck but it's enough to turn me off.

Crap. In. A. Tube.
On me, this is Ralph Lauren's Glamourous...no more, no less.
"All Over" Face Color?! I can't imagine using this all over my face! The color is gorgeous, but the glitter is just too much for my face. I do like it on the decollete and the shoulders, and maybe just a teeny, tiny tad on the apples of the cheeks, but that's as far as it goes for me. You do get a ton of product though and for something that I wouldn't normally reach for often, this will surely last a long time.
I had been wanting this palette for awhile, and once I finally treated myself, I was disappointed. I love the look and feel of the packaging itself (as with all NARS packaging), but what's inside was a bit of a letdown. The colors are too sheer for me compared to their regularly packaged counterparts, and overall too "meh" in color to warrant the price. Applying with a lip brush (not included; another beef of mine) does not pick up and deposit enough color, so I feel like I have to *dig* into a color to scoop up enough to make a showing on my lips. This one is definitely going back to Sephora.

WTF? I put on two coats with plenty of time to dry in between (I even use that fast-dry oil crap over it) and it's STILL tacky...hours later? Now, my nails have a nice, buff color on them, only it's MATTE because they got tons of tiny scratches and indentions in them because this sh*t never dried. Oh, but at least it doesn't chip, right? Again, WTF is wrong with Revlon?
All I get from this is Estee Lauder's Pleasures. Not the worst thing in the world, but not something I'd willingly wear on a regular basis.
Love the gorgeous MLBB nude/mauve color...hate the Amoxicillin/plastic ass aftertaste.
Received a sample of this in a swap. Perhaps she sent me the wrong thing by mistake? I get nothing from it but Tabu swirled around in a dirty ashtray. I tried in vain to immediately scrub it off, but to my horror the stuff sticks like flypaper. A plus if the fragrance works on you and you want longevity!
Not so great as a stand alone color, but wonderful as a shimmery/glittery topcoat. I love to brush this on my toes over a hot pink in the summer. The sparkles show up beautifully in the sun, but they are not as obvious indoors (which I like because I'm not really big on outright glittery polish otherwise). I haven't put this on over a bare nail (I learned my lesson with Revlon Firecracker) but over a base coat or two it comes off quite easily.
Ziebam took all the words right out of my mouth. Very small, not worth $20 at all. I like the Bombshell alot but it doesn't justify keeping this cheesy set when the others are simply so-so shades. This just more or less sucks. P.S. Even the mirror sucks. It's so small, you have to close one eye just to see your lips in it, otherwise you'll go cross-eyed trying to focus on the tiny little thing.
Oh, I am in love! If I wasn't already betrothed, I would marry this blush. Scary looking in the pot yes, but on your cheeks it is the most beautiful, glowy, *natural* flush. They say NARS Orgasm makes you look like you just had the real thing...no way, unless you've just done it atop a bed of glitter. No, the Playmate mimics the apres sex glow like no other, without the obviously unnatural gold shimmer of Orgasm. Don't get me wrong, I like Orgasm (don't we all, heehee) but when the gold shimmer just won't do it for me and I want something that looks like I just came in from the chill, or my husband whispered something naughty in my ear, THIS is what I reach for. Oh, and one more thing...I believe the PD creme blush brush probably does help the application, but I've been using just my fingers to blend and it still goes on smoothly and blends seamlessly.
Neat product, works pretty well, but the color was too pink/beige for my light skin with yellow undertones. When used as an undereye concealor it accentuated my lines and made them look worse, but perhaps I do not have the hang of it (or alas, I'm just turning into wrinkled up old bag). Since I have makeup ADD, I will be swapping this out, as I do not have the attention span to learn a new application technique...
