Hair Styling Tools -Remington - T-Studio Pearl Curling Wand

I am in love with this curling iron. My hair is thick, wavy, and nearly impossible to curl, especially with other curling irons. I wasn't sure what to buy when it came to good curling irons, so i did my research on curling wands, and tried this over the Conair You Curl. This gives my hair soft, looser curls, or tight, shiny ringlets, depending on the occasion, and you don't have to slave over a hot curling iron for hours, or have to deal with annoying rollers in your hair. My only complaint is that it's very easy to burn yourself with this (I've burnt my arm pretty badly on it), despite the inclusion of heat protection glove, so be careful. Also, hair does tend to slip down to the end of the barrel, which means tighter curls usually, and I don't have a problem with that, but if you do, it could be a deal breaker. Overall, this is an awesome curling iron, and a great bang for your buck. I've recommended it to my friend as well, and she loved it too and also purchased it after I curled her hair with it. Great, great curling iron
Mascara -Maybelline - Volum' Express The Mega Plush

I really love this mascara! My eyelashes are pretty long, but my issue is in the volume of them, and this really make them look thick and pretty. Also, it indeed make my lashes soft and not the least bit dry or flaky. This is great mascara for the price.
BB Cream -Maybelline - Dream Fresh 8-in-1 BB Cream

This was my first ever BB cream purchase, and I was so pleased. I have combination skin, so my t-zone does tend to get oily, so i just applied some powder after i put on the bb cream, and it was great. My skin feels awesome, and I get great coverage, without the heaviness of foundations. I never thought I would like a moisturizer like this, but it was an amazing surprise! I would certainly recommend this product.
I really didn't know what to expect when I bought this lip balm. However, the price was pretty decent (I got it on sale at Walgreens for $2.99), the feel of it is buttery and very moist, and it leaves my lips feeling super soft. Some other benefits are that it lasts pretty long and it also has SPF 20. The only con in my opinion is that the scent isn't the most appealing. It isn't very minty and the scent is a lot like baby oil, which in some peoples' opinion may not be desirable. Overall, I'm a fan. It's not the best I've ever tried, but I would definitely purchase it again in the future if it went on sale again, I really want to try some of the other colors and scents.
Lip Treatments -Unlisted Brand - Simply - Lip Balm

I originally didn't know about this lip balm until recently when I purchased it at Walgreens. They were originally 2/$2, but were on sale for 86 cents each, so I figured I might as well try it, and they had mint, my favorite lip balm scent. I was impressed. The scent is very minty and fresh, like mint gum. And it's moisturizing and has SPF 15 for summer. I like it almost as much as eos Sweet Mint lip balm and that's saying a lot. Definitely recommend it!
Styling Products -TRESemme - Simply no frizz spray gel

I really do love this stuff! I have thick, wavy, and often quite frizzy hair. And since my hair's dark, the frizzies are noticeable. I use this spray gel on any style, flat-ironed, curled, and naturally wavy. I use a little bit right before I apply hairspray and it keeps frizz away. My only complaint is that fact that it's gel; I'm not really a gel person, I prefer creams.
I didn't like this product. It was the first dry shampoo that I've ever bought, so I don't have any products to compare it to. However, it didn't do much for me. On 2nd and 3rd day hair, I would spray it on and it left a white residue, that could easily be brushed out, but it still left a certain heavy feeling. It didn't do a great job and removing oils and it simply covered any unappealing scents, it didn't get rid of it. Now, I just make sure to wash my hair every other day because cannot rely on this product! I've heard some mixed opinions on this product from others, some hate it like me, but some swear by it, Overall, I was not impressed.
Lip Treatments -eos - LE Strawberry Sorbet & Passionfruit 2-Pack

So far, I've tried the sweet mint, lemon drop, summer fruit, honeysuckle honeydew, and lastly, the strawberry sorbet lip balm spheres. My 2 favorite are the sweet mint and the strawberry sorbet ones. The strawberry sorbet has a sweet, pleasant scent/taste which I love, and honestly wasn't expecting. The strawberry scent was not at all "fake" smelling. I was definitely pleased and excited to have a new fave scent, and the pink color is just adorable, I even bought one for a friend who also loves eos. Definitely recommend it!!
I bought this cleanser because I lovelovelove the smell of grapefruit and needed a good face wash. This was a tad disappointing though because it didn't work very well on me and the scent wasn't as good as I anticipated, it was soapy and pretty unappealing.
Although the whole idea of a colorful lip balm sphere is adorable, it's nearly impossible to keep in your pocket, which is a negative for me. But the flavor is really sweet and nice, but the moisture isn't very long-lasting, and I have to reapply about once every 20 minutes or so. I really want to try the sweet mint though.
Lip Gloss -Maybelline - Color Sensational Lip Gloss (All Colors)

I really loved this lip gloss:) It was not sticky or goopy, like some lip glosses, it gave off a nice, natural color (I bought it in "Touch of Toffee") and an adorable shimmer. I use it over eos lip balm and it lasts about 20-30 min. The only real downside would be the flavor, if it was more appealing, than this would truly be perfect lip gloss, but if you use it over a flavored lip balm (like eos or Burt's Bees) it's just fine.
I did not enjoy this foundation. It made my oily skin super shiny and honestly, I was not a fan of the scent (weird, but true). The one plus would probably be the choice of skin tones, they have something for everyone. But honestly, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone with even remotely oily skin.
I wasn't really pleased by this foundation. The reason that I bought it is that I thought it would bring a light, shine-free coverage to my oily, less then perfect complexion. I was disappointed to see that, like other foundations I've tried, it made my skin even shinier. It defnitely needed a powder and the makeup felt heavy and just not what I was expecting from something with the name "mousse" and "dream" in it. One plus was the packaging; love the pump. But overall...not my favorite, at all.
I generally liked this foundation. I have pretty oily skin and in the past couple years I've tried a bunch of different types of foundations (L'Oreal, Maybelline, Revlon, etc.) and most of them left my skin very oily and I needed a powder to mattify it. This foundation has definitely been my favorite because it indeed controls oil and sheen, although for best results and setting purposes, a powder is still a good idea. The only downside is the bottle, because I would prefer a pump.
I reallly love this stuff! I use it every time I straighten my hair and it gives it a silky, shiny, smooth texture. Not to mention the scent is great, like all Garnier products! I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a little extra shine and sleekness to their 'do. (it's called Sleek & Shine for a reason:) love it!
