Mascara -Almay - Get Up and Grow

For those of you who are suffering from smudging and "not holding up curls all day" issues, I suggest you get the waterproof formula which will possibly eliminate all of those issues. I almost always get waterproof mascara because of those said issues. I love this mascara so much! You have to hold up the mascara at the base/root of your lashes, wiggle it, and then slowly pull out, making sure you have most of the product at the base and not on the tip. It creates these full, natural, slightly long lashes (It's not a lengthening mascara is it), that.. really looks natural! It doesn't really look like I'm wearing any mascara, which is the result I get often with other mascaras. I love this so much.. and it's so fast for me too. I don't have to separate the clumps using lash comb or a spoolie with this mascara, which is something I have to do with other mascaras. I LOVE IT! I probably will repurchase this again because a lot of the newer mascaras I've been trying out aren't as good as this one.

Lip Gloss -Neutrogena - MoistureShine Lip Soother Cooling Hydragel SPF20

If you are looking for a great color selection for your lips, then you should probably search elsewhere. If you are looking for smooth, hydrated lip for your dry, cracked lip, this is the gloss for you. I have extra dry and cracked lips, and no matter how many different lip balms I use, nothing ever works. It must be that I don't drink enough water, but I digress. Every time I'm disappointed by lip balm that still leaves me with dry, peeling lips, I go to this gloss. Personally, I'm not a big fan of gloss, but because of my lips, I have to use them. Most dry up to nothingness really quickly without doing much for my lips. If anything, most leave my lips feeling sticky and peeling. But this TRULY hydrated my lip! For a long time! And my lip is perfect afterward. I like to put on lip balm or other treatments before I go to sleep, but they always dry up and my lips feel really dry in the morning. But with this, my lip feels normal and smooth when I wake up. It's amazing. The smell is pretty nice, it reminds me of peachy fruity gummy, but I'm not a fan of my lip products smelling like food.. but I can get over the smell. It's pleasant to say the least. I'm looking forward to purchasing more of this when I run out - I didn't really buy this to add color to my lips. I bought it because of my dry lips!

Liquid -Rimmel - Lasting Finish 25 Hour Foundation

Finally. HG drugstore foundation! I've been really picky about my foundation, but this is just a god-send. I only used to use high-end foundations, mostly from Lancome, but I found that this is sooo worth the price, and I prefer this over other $40+ other foundations out there because of its performance to price ratio! I love the shade, and I love the coverage. It's not full coverage, but medium, and you can build it up. I dont think it's necessarily the most matte foundation for oily skin, but it does hold up pretty well with a bit of touch up throughout the day. I found that if I use airbrush foundation, it works the best. Near full-coverage without looking cakey. Definitely worth the price, definitely will purchase again. I just hope it doesn't discontinue... I'm even thinking of stocking up on it but I don't think that's a good idea lol

Masks -The Body Shop - Seaweed Ionic Clay Mask

I've been wondering for a long time about whether or not I should buy this because there were a lot of mixed reviews. But I decided to give it a go because I believed that the general consensus was that this product is great for oily skin, and horrible for sensitive skin and I have combination skin with very oily T-zone. After the first try, I gotta say I love it. At first I thought I should just apply on my T-zone but I decided to apply all over my face to see how it is. I imagined it would burn and feel really stretchy and dry afterward, but it didn't. After I washed it off my face, I patted my face dry and immediately applied my moisturizer. I really love the results. Normally my face would be super oily after all the stuff I put on my face after I cleansed it, but even with my nightly skin routine it doesn't feel as oily anymore. The fun part was seeing how large my pores are around my T-zone. I wouldn't say it completely got rid of my blackheads but they did help a bit. I guess the bottom line is that if you have sensitive skin, DO NOT BUY THIS. If you have oily skin, you would be luckier. People say it's expensive for what its worth, but I haven't bought other clay masks so I wouldn't know exactly (but I certainly did use other clay masks and they were not as good as this). But you don't have to cake it on or anything, just a thin layer will do. So even with its small container I say it's worth it because I think it will last me a long time. However I would not buy it again just to see what kind of other clay masks there are.

Eyeliner -Milani - Liquif'eye Metallic Eyeliner Pencil - brown

ZOMG FINALLY THE EYELINER I WAS LOOKING FOR!!!! I've always been a skeptic of Milani products, because I could never find anything good for me... but this eyeliner was definitely an exception. I used regular pencil eyeliners, liquid eyeliners, gel eyeliners... and NOTHING worked for me. They were all either too hard to apply or applied easily and smudged all over the place and never lasted long enough for me. But this Liquif'eye eyeliner... is.. just amazing. Perfect find. It says "allow to dry for 15 sec" (WAIT 15 SEC people...) and it DOESN'T SMUDGE AT ALL! And the fact that it glides on like a perfect liquid eyeliner.. without the smudging is perfection to me. It wasn't even that expensive either! I absolutely ADORE this eyeliner <333 Will DEFINITELY buy again! If you didnt read the label correctly and didn't see how it said "wait 15 sec" and you claim that it still smudges... well I'm sorry for you. But if you wait a bit, it won't smudge at all. It's just absolutely amazing. Love it Love it.

Primer/ Corrector -Maybelline - Instant Age Rewind Primer Skin Transformer

This product was my first primer, but it didn't live up to my expectations. At first it really does mattify your skin and it helps your foundation and concealer look perfect after application. But it doesn't really last long at all, and it just looks like I didn't even use the primer at all at. By the end of the day, I honestly cannot tell if I even used it or not. I guess it's only truly effective if you're only going to be out for few hours and not all day like me.

Polishes -Sally Hansen - Complete Salon Manicure Nail Polish in Pedal to the Metal

I love love love it! I originally was on the hunt for a champagne colored nail polish, but I ended up buying this instead, which I don't mind because I was looking for the subtle yet elegant textured and colored nail polish. It has the exact texture I was looking for! It's not too sparkly or glittery, but just has a nice subtle sheen to it. The color on the other hand, I was expecting it to be a light lavender, but it tends to look flat out silver in different light. I guess I dont mind this either because it looks silver at one time and looks like beautiful lavender in other. The brush is the best I've used/ seen so far. The little downside is that it leaves streaks when you apply them. I had to apply 3 coats (without top coat) to make it look like one solid color. It dried relatively fast (which I LOVE) and it's fairly durable. The price is on the expensive line, but that's what you gotta pay for top quality nail polish. I dont think I wasted my money and that's all that matters. I will definitely be buying another color from this line again, if they have what I want :) It's subtle, elegant, and beautiful! Goes with pretty much anything you'll wear
