Blush -Tarte - Cheek Stain in The Perfect Pink

i picked up this mini version of the cheek stain at one of those little stands at the front of ulta. i just wanted to try it out. i really love it...it's a very pretty light pink that looks like a cream blush but actually does "stain' your cheeks. my complaint is that it is not easy to blend. i had to reapply to achieve the amount of color that i wanted and it ended up looking streaky, splotchy, etc.

this is the best smelling blush ever! but that doesn't matter if you don't actually like the blush. don't get me wrong, it's a beautiful coral/peach color, but it's not something that i couldn't find in a less expensive blush. benefit cosmetics are very expensive in my opinion. i have extremely oily skin and this blush seems to cake after a few hours (gross!). it's so pretty and has a shimmery/sheen finish to it, perfect for summer. it gives my skin that summer glow. but this product is expensive and not great for my oily skin as i've already said. also as i said, it smells delicious and the box is soooo cute! it's not worth buying again though. next summer, i'll choose a less expensive, matte coral blush.

Tinted Moisturizer -Aveeno - positively radiant

I needed a really good tinted moisturizer for the summer and this is it! I have extremely oily skin, but it didn't make my skin oilier than it usually is (it didn't make it less oily, but it's not a mattifying moisturizer or anything). This tinted moisturizer really gives a beautiful light coverage and moisturizes really well. I think it's improving my skin's tone and texture as well. I've never tried a tinted moisturizer before, but this is probably the only one I'll ever use!
