Lip Gloss -NYX - Mega Shine Lip Gloss in Nude Pink

Great everyday pink! Not too nude or bright. Perfect texture, too! Not sticky, but lasts awhile too, and does not settle into lines in your lips. I like the scent, though some don't. The packaging is cute, and the price is great!

Eyeliner -MAC - Powersurge Eye Kohl
rated 5 of 5

This is great for providing subtle definition on the waterline as well as on the top lashline. It is a bronzey-greenish color that looks amazing against my blue grey eyes. The shimmer travels a little under my eye which is not great, but it isn't too bad. Lasts decent considering how creamy it is. It doesn't tug at all, and is my perfect everyday liner! ***if anyone is looking for a dupe, Maybelline's Bad to the Bronze Color Tattoo is extremely similar. It wears much longer than this liner, so if you want a shadow color similar to this or a longer-wearing formula, check this out!***

Tinted Moisturizer -Clinique - Moisture Surge Tinted Moisturizer SPF15
rated 4 of 5
cchughes 7/2/2012 11:36:00 PM

Price: 26.00 Coverage: Light. Very good for a TM though! Better than my CG Aqua Smoothers. Longevity: Last about 8 hours on my dry skin. Texture: Liquidy, very blendable Packaging: Plastic bottle with a skinny nozzle. Shiny twist off cap. Appearance: On my skin, it looks natural, evening out overall skintone and my redness. Does diminish appearance of dark circles, but I still need concealer for under the eyes and blemishes as well. It appears dry on my forehead though, which I'm taking a lippy off for.

Mascara -Clinique - High Impact Mascara
rated 5 of 5
cchughes 7/2/2012 11:31:00 PM

I got this in a GWP a few months ago. It looks great providing decent volume and length. It gets a little clumpy occasionally, but very rarely. The wand is the perfect size, too. I won't purchase for myself unless I have extra money in my budget, since it is quite pricey for a mascara in my opinion, but I usually stick to drugstore anyway.

Highlighters -BeneFit Cosmetics - High Beam
rated 4 of 5
cchughes 7/2/2012 11:29:00 PM

I got this as a sample. It is a pearly pink-silver shimmery color. This imparts a semi-natural glow on my skin. I mainly use it on my cheekbones. It can look a little obvious and stark if not blended properly, though.

Bronzers -New York Color - Smooth Skin Bronzing Face Powder in Sunny 720
rated 5 of 5
cchughes 7/2/2012 11:27:00 PM

This is great for adding warmth and a subtle contour! I use this in the winter and summer, and I find it perfect for both. No shimmer, just gives a natural, sunkissed glow. Pigmentation is good for a bronzer, not too sheer or too pigmented. Doesn't turn orange or muddy on me either. I will repurchase since it is so inexpensive and my perfect bronzer!

Lip Gloss -MAC - Pink Lemonade
rated 3 of 5
cchughes 7/2/2012 11:24:00 PM

Color: Corally pink with shimmer Price: I got this free, but it is 14.50 I believe. Texture: Tacky, sticky, hard to spread evenly across lips Scent: Vanilla! :) Longevity: 2-3 hours I will not repurchase due to the sticky formula, which I dislike and find difficult to work with. I will use up, though.

Blush -MAC - Mineralize Skinfinish in Blonde Degradé
rated 5 of 5
cchughes 7/2/2012 11:22:00 PM

I love this as a blush/highlight! Not too frosty for a blush. I use the darker half for my blush, and take the lighter half and run it along my cheekbones and forehead. I bought this when it was repromoted. It was quite expensive, but I'd repurchase if it wasn't limited edition.

Blush -MAC - Mineralize Blush - Dainty
rated 4 of 5

This is a peachy pink shimmery color. Very typical, and I have a few others like it. I love the color, don't get me wrong! However I will not be repurchasing due to price and similar things I have already. Nothing makes it stand out above other shades: pigmentation, longevity, blendability are all good, but nothing makes it stand out above the others. It looks like a natural glowy peachy pink on me, which I love. Great color for fair skin (I'm NW20). I say if you don't have a similar color, check this out! It's similar to NARS Orgasm as well as the blush in the ELF blush/bronzer duo, for reference.

Eye Shadow -MAC - Paint Pot in Painterly
rated 4 of 5
cchughes 7/2/2012 11:16:00 PM

This is a nude cream eyeshadow I use as a base/primer. This provides an even canvas for my shadows. I find that it does crease after 8 or so hours, so taking off a lippy for that. The pigmentation and quality is good overall, but I dislike the price! I will be sticking to the Maybelline Color Tattoos, but will be picking up this shade again due to it giving a nice nude base. I will probably wear primer under, however.

Blush -Hard Candy - Fox in A Box - Skinny Dipping
rated 3 of 5
cchughes 7/2/2012 11:13:00 PM

This consists of a bronzey color and an orange. Mixed together, you get a shimmery coral with a hint of nude/neutral color. I find the pigmentation is sheer, and I need to really get my brush into the powder to get payoff. I prefer to use this to top my peach-nude cream blushes to prolong the wear. I love the packaging, and I bought this at Wal-mart for 6 dollars. I will not be repurchasing due to the lack of color pay off.

Bronzers -Hard Candy - So Baked Bronzer, Tiki
rated 5 of 5
cchughes 7/2/2012 11:10:00 PM

Bronzer? No. Highlighter? yesyesyes! THis is a goldy bronze color, much too light for a bronzer, but it provides the perfect golden glow! With this and my MSF in Blonde, I don't need any more highlighters! This has the perfect amount if sheen and pigmentation, along with adorable packaging and a drugstore price!

Pressed Powders -E.L.F. - Clarifying Pressed Powder
rated 5 of 5
cchughes 7/2/2012 11:08:00 PM

I have this in Ivory, and use it to set my concealer and foundation. It provides a nice coverage on its own, too! It gives a nice finish to my foundation, mattifying any oiliness I have, which is usually extremely minimal. It works on my dry skin fine, not accentuating an dry spots. The packaging has broken a few times, but for a dollar, I'm not complaining. I will repurchase, since it works well and is very inexpensive.

Eye Shadow -E.L.F. - Studio Cream Shadow in Dawn
rated 3 of 5
cchughes 7/2/2012 11:05:00 PM

This is a grey-taupe cream shadow. The packaging is a bit difficult to get a finger into, not to mention bulky. The price is great though! I bought it for 3 dollars at Target. The shadow applies pretty easily, but needs a few layers to get to my desired intensity. After around 6 or so hours, it begins to collect in the creases of my eyelids though. I will not be repurchasing.

This is great! Works fantastically, and at a great price too! So if you lose it or need to replace, all you'll be out is a dollar. I've repurchased this over and over and plan to do so many more times!
