This product has a really easy handling, great for anyone starting out with liquid eyeliner. I would say that it got a little gloopy sooner than I expected it to be (started in around 3 ,almost 4 months) so I couldn't really make a very defined tip at the end. Although in return I used what was left as my waterlining product,which worked very well beause I tend to waterline with liquid liners. When it dries it does not transfer to my lower waterline (what waterproof pencil liner always does to me) so it lasts all day long and gives me the definition I want without having to look like I have eyeliner on at all~ Wasn't to expensive at all and had a nice colour (looked more black than brown on asian skin tone)

Eyeliner -Maybelline - Cool Effects Liner/Shadow

I have this in cool as a cucumber, which is a minty pale green, almost off white coloured. It doesn't crease so long as u u dont layer it on. Cooling effects is not exactly a requirement for me in eyeshadows so it did not effect my opinion in any way.the eyeshadow itself, is creamy allow when applying u have to resharpen it pretty much every single time. its so creamy that u have to resharpen so often to avoid the pointy wooden parts from the edges. As well, this is the only eyeshadow (cream) that irritates my eyes. It is not the great product especially if it can irritate my eyes since I do fine with lining my water line and so on and applying any general eye product. One good thing about this is that it works amazingly as an eyeshadow base. Allow the bad thing is I can't put it well near my tear duct or the lower outer corners of my eyes since its so irritating. So this is not a product I will by again, if it irritates me, it does not matter how vibrant it can make my eyeshadow colours look because I'll just cry it off~
