I have been buying this for years. I dye my mouse brown hair a deep auburn and this really helps add polish to my face and make it look more balanced. My only complaint is occasionally it leaves a chunk, but nothing that can't be cleaned up like a mascara chunk. It works much, much better than any other eyebrow product I've ever used.
I love the regular version of this mascara so I bought this version when I needed the waterproof. Its great as far as mascara goes...I have no complaints. If you put a coat of the primer on and wait a few mintues before putting the next coat on, its maximum impact....but NOTHING takes it off, not even Loreal's own crappy eye make up remover. The only thing that gets this stuff off is pure baby oil, which then makes my face break out.
This is one of the most exotic, original perfumes I've ever smelled. It isn't for everyone. Its definately not a girls perfume: its full on woman. Its total sex in a bottle. I get complimented on it all the time. I love the rich, dark notes and the way it lasts forever. Definately more of a fall/winter or evening fragerance.
Hair Removal -Unlisted Brand - Veet's Bladeless Razor hair removal kit

I heard a really good review of this product and then came here and read all the bad ones. I had used Nair in the past and not had good results, but I'm sick of shaving my legs so I decided to try it. I had low expectations. I wasn't expecting much, especially on the courser hair on my calves, but its all gone. I'm really impressed. It did take the full six minutes to get it off. I do have somewhat sensitive skin, but no itching or burning. The other reviewers are right. It does smell like a bad perm.
Eye Primer -Clinique - Touch Base For Eyes in Canvas
cat1121 4/23/2007 12:43:00 PM
Totally worthless. I have oily skin, and this did nothing for me, even using it with all Clinque products. It had no staying power what so ever. Ultima II makes a much better base called Fade Not, Crease Not for about the same price and three times as much product.
Good colors, but totally overated. If you have oily skin or eyelids, or can't get your eyemakeup remover off all the way, don't bother. When I got it, the saleswomen suggested using it as a base, and it never really did anything. Ultima II makes a much better base called Fade Not, Crease Not if you are looking for one.
This is the best primer I've ever used. My make up doesn't go anywhere, even in the hot Phoenix summers and the humidity of Chicago. I like it much better than the MAC paints and the Clinique Touch Base. I also have fairly oily skin and eyelids, and this really holds. As far as the blending issue goes, I just do a once over and its usually good, but I'm fairly pale to start out with so it isn't bad. I also wear brown eye shadow most of the time, and I've never noticed that the base was going astray. I'm just now running out and I've had it for two years and I use it everyday. In all that time, it never seperated or went bad. I highly recommend.
Eye Makeup Remover -L'Oreal - Refreshing Eye Make Up Remover
cat1121 4/23/2007 12:09:00 PM
I don't have particularly sensitive eyes, but this stuff makes my eyes burn. It doesn't even take off L'Oreal's own Voluminous mascara very well, and I don't wear the waterproof.
I absolutely love this product, and I just got off the phone with Ponds and found out its been discontinued! They said they do take into account consumer opinion (its one of the highest ranked products on this website) and if enough people were to contact them, it might be brought back. You can call them at 1.800.909.9493 or go to their website and email them and tell them you want it back.
After losing 20lbs, my boobs looked like they needed to be tucked into my socks. After reading the reviews here, I decided to give it a try. I was skeptical, but after a few weeks it looks like my breasts aren't as saggy anymore. I'm still working out, so I can't say its just the lotion, but its exceeded my results. I'd buy it again for sure.
Lotions/ Creams -Curel - Ultra Healing Daily Moisture Therapy Lotion

I have really dry legs. I have tried nearly every lotion out there, including Aveno, Nivea, Bath and Body, Olay, Jergens, etc. This version of Curel is the only thing that keeps me from wanting to take a cheese grater to my legs. Its a tad pricey, but it works.
This is one of those fragrances that really varies its smell from person to person. My sister in law has it and couldn't tell it was the same scent from me to her, it smelled that much differently between the two of us. I love it. I find it unusual and not overly floral. Test it before you buy though and make sure it smells good on you.
I don't buy fragranaces unless I really love them. I got a sample of this and fell instantly in love. It took nearly 3 weeks to get ahold of a bottle in Seattle, and whenever I wear it I get complimented on it. Great spring fragrence.
Treatments -L'Oreal - Dermo-Expertise ReFinish Micro-Dermabrasion

I love this product. I've used the Olay version and now that I'm out, I'm going back to L'Oreal. I think I have fairly sensitive skin, but this never burned or hurt like other reviewers say. I actually like the moisturizer....I thought it left my skin really soft. On the off days I use the Olay Regenerist and like that as well. Since I've been using this product, my skin is ultra smooth and I've noticed a reduction in blackheads and prior acne scars. I've had oily skin my whole life the scars have always been there, but lately people have been complimenting me about my skin, which has never happened before. I also think my makeup looks more natural. I highly recommend this product.
Eye Makeup Remover -Rimmel - Gentle Eye Make Up Remover
cat1121 8/31/2005 6:17:00 PM
I have spent all summer trying to find an eyemake up remover that actually worked and didn't wind up in the bottom of the bin. This one wasn't a winner. It never took all of my waterproof mascara off. In fact, it took several days to remove it all completely. There was always a follow up wash with my facial cleanser and stinging eyes almost every night before bed. It didn't really disolve, just pulled off makeup in chunks. You can do a lot better for the same price with the Ponds remover.
