Conditioner -Joico - Moisture Recovery

Was awesome at first, especially when I used it with the Moisture Recovery Treatment Balm on my ends. Over time, however, (4-5 months) it seems to have lost it efficacy. My ends are just as dry and tangled now after I use it. Disappointing. I'm switching to Redken All Soft.

A great shampoo but seemed to lose its efficacy over time. I'm switching to Redken All Soft.
