This thick cream works wonders (that's why the four lipsticks), but stinks, at least for me.
Nice foam, but smells like detergent. All in all, not so bad
It's strange consistency, smell and mattifying effect didn't bother me, as long as I haven't realized after a month that the unusual and huge cysts and zits on my face are caused by this innocent-looking cream.
My only complaint is that it's not harsh enough. I tried Buffy that is much more effective from this aspect, but it stinks so bad. All in all, this doesn't worth the high price, and does nothing that St Ives Apricot scrub and a good moisturizer couldn't do.
I'm not convinced about the effectiveness of this product, although I'm on my second bottle. Yes, it's nice and refreshing and doesn't irritate or dry out my skin, but it does not exfoliate at all due to tha lack of alcohol or salicylic acid. Is it a bad thing? I don't know. Maybe acne prone skin needs a bit of salicylic acid, but creating a paper thin face with harsh Clinigue toners in not a really good option.
This cleanser is certainly NOT for everyone. I have combination skin and this is way too greasy and sticky (even with tons of wet cottonballs). Though, it might be perfect to people with dry skin. I never had a complaint about Sweet Japanese Girl, so I wasn't afraid of oily cleansers, but this just didn't work out for me.
First time I tried this I thought that I'd really like this, but after a few months of use I do not see any change in my skin condition, which wouldn't be a problem if I had an immaculate skin. However, Fresh Farmacy is too drying for me, Ultra Bland is too greasy for me, I think this is the better for my combination skin that feels very tight and dry even after a facewash with water (!), but after a few hours tends to be get oily. Aqua Marina doesn't dry my skin completely out, but helps to tacke the oiliness. Though, it hasn't helped me with blackheads. I follow it with Tea Tree Water and than Clinique's dramatically different moisturizing gel, since I got scared of the cocoa butter in Lush creams.
So oily and sticky...I could have used bath oil instead and have the same results (really soft skin), so why should I spend this much on a single bath that's nothing special?
Could you please tell me what are dusting powders for??? This one has a fantastic jasmine smell and nice consistency, but I can't figure out, why to use this daily. I really don't find it soooo moisturizing.
Creamy texture, wonderful scent...though it doesn't last longer than a half an hour . My only complaint is that it doesn't moisturize my dry skin properly(anyway, I always use some body lotion). This is my favourite soap from lush (and of course from any other company, especially when it comes to soaps), but I'm sure that lush has the potential to create even better soaps (that's why I took one lippie off) All in all, a fantastic product, I wish that lush would make a lotion with this scent, because I'm not very impressed from sympathy for the skin, and even less impressed from dream cream.
