this is such a pretty color. i put it on when i want my hands to look clean and sophisticated and it can be used for nearly every occasion---work, for going out, going on holidays, etc. LOVE!
It is a pretty color, but initially it felt a little streaky and needed three coats for the color to really show through. It is a great all year color IMO.
Fragrances -L'Artisan Fragrances - Fleur de Narcisse

I didn't like this at first---I was actually disappointed (especially as this is not a cheap fragrance, it is QUITE expensive!). However, it's grown on me and now it is one of my favorite fragrances. I don't put it on my wrist as it is a bit strong and gives me a bit of a headache, but when I spray it behind my knees and my ankles, it smells amazing and and lasts quite awhile. I'm sad that this was a limited edition perfume, as I'd probably purchase it again when I finish the bottle, but as it is pretty big, by the time I've used it all up, there will probably be no more available.
Fragrances -L'Artisan Fragrances - Mimosa pour Moi

It's a pretty and refreshing fragrance, but it doesn't really stand out. I don't get the strong melon-y top note like most have noted, although it is definitely there. It sort of reminds me of detergents scented with mimosa. Maybe that's why it doesn't feel as special, but just feels sweet and clean. I probably should have tried a sample before purchasing the bottle.
Lipstick -Guerlain - KissKiss 525 - Folie de Grenat

i used to wear nothing but red lipsticks, but for the past couple years, stuck mainly to lip gloss (low maintenance). i was in need of a nice red lipstick (after having thrown out my old ones). thank god for this lipstick! it is a deep shade of garnet red, which lasts a long time and does not bleed. the scent is also to die for, and the pkging is too cute for words. a bit pricey, but well worth it IMO. i'd purchase again.
i first hesitated at the price tag on this hair dryer ($200, ouch!). however, after hearing my girlfriends rave about this hair dryer, i knew i needed to purchase it! my hair is frizzy and severely damaged due to numerous coloring/perms, and i've stayed away from hair dryers in fear that drying hair would damage it more! fortunately, i found a seller on ebay who was selling it for a big discount, and purchased the dryer. what can i say? this is one of the BEST buys as of late. my hair feels silky and soft, and looks really shiny after blow-drying! it is also supposed to make hair healthier, and dries hair quicker than other hair dryers. i am totally in love with it. just use a bit of hair serum on damp hair before drying, and you're good to go, you don't even need to use a brush!
very romantic and sophisticated. i get complimented whenever i wear this (although it's mostly been women, not men!). it's a very feminine perfume. i'm really not too partial to the scent of roses, but paris (along with stella mccartney) is really nice. i must say though, it does smell like it should be worn on older women (rather than teenagers).
it's a very pretty perfume, but doesn't really stand out. gucci envy used to give me the biggest headache, and envy me does as well (although, i started wearing envy recently and i actually like it now). would not really recommend.
i am on my third bottle of bvlgari femme (100ml bottles, too!). what can i say, except that this is my signature winter fragrance? i started using it a couple years ago, and have yet to get tired of the scent. it's beautiful, elegant, feminine, posh----just lovely. it makes me feel beautiful. :)
what can i say, i just had to pick this up and try it for myself, after reading in virtually every fashion magazine that it had been applied on the faces of various celebrities. and it does not disappoint. the blush has faint, gold tints, to give you a soft, glowy blush. however, it's hard to tell whether you have blush on your face or not as it is so sheer, hence the 4 lippies. i usually put on some apricot blusher from laura mercier, then apply orgasm for a glowy finish. still, very, very pretty.
i fell in love with the beautiful bottle, and the way the perfume smelled initially, on my skin. you can smell pomengrate when you first spritz it, but as time went by, all that was left was a musky scent (and i am NOT partial to musky scents). so i am in a bit of a dilemma--i love how it smells on me initially, but the pomengrate scent goes away so quickly, so i end up spritzing it continuously througout the day, and end up suffocating myself! lol. it's a very sexy, strong scent though. i can see how it can be mistaken for cologne.
as this was a limited edition, imagine my excitement when i found someone selling it on ebay (for a discount, too!). i got my hands on the perfume two days ago and excitedly sprized some on my wrist. ....and all i am going to say is that i am not impressed. it reminded me somewhat of issey miyake and all the other 'summer' scents. i have a feeling i will have to spritz this on my clothes or it will end up giving me a massive headache! the bottle is very cute, though.
i bought this perfume after my bf commented numberously about just how much he liked it. i have practically every bulgari fragrance on the market (for women that is), and have had a good experience with the ones i've purchased (blu, femme, extreme, even omnia crystaline, althoug i didn't like it initially), so i thought, i'd give it a go. at first it did remind me of baby powder, but it was a bit more intricate, with a hint of floral and even a bit of green tea (maybe it's just me?). overall, it's a clean, delicate fragrance that i wouldn't mind wearing during the day. got a really good deal for it too, so i'm not complaining.
it smelled great from the bottle, but just didn't work for me when i actually tried it on. i bought it at a duty free store and ended up giving it to my mother. i'm sure it works great on some people, but just didn't do it for me.
