Top/Base Coats -OPI - Nail Envy Matte

This is a really great base coat. It creates a smooth canvas to paint over. I tried to use it as a topcoat, but it doesnt really look matte after a while, and the finish wears off pretty fast.

My old $2 eyelash curler broke, and i desperately needed a new one. Pros: -doesn't make dents/weird crimps -doesn't tug on eyelids -gives you 3 extra pads -has warranty -gives a really nice and naturally yet curly curl Cons: -Small opening (literally 0.8cm) -Very curved shaped curler -pretty expensive -You still have to pay for shipping for the warranty

Eye Shadow -Annabelle - Eyeshadow #58 (Black)

Super great shadow to create smokey eyes. Put some in the crease, blend, and voila! Pretty blendable too. Only problem is that it feels a bit chalky. Matte black shadow is a definite must!

Eyeliner -Annabelle - Kohl Pencil in "White"

I bought this to use on my waterline. I guess it's alright. After a while, the product disappears though, so that's not good. But it's smooth and creamy and doesnt poke your eye.

Eye Shadow -Revlon - Illuminance Creme Shadow Quad - Copper Canyon

Great bases! It really makes the shadows stick onto it and really show. My only complaint is that the quad consists of all shimmery shades. I would like to see one or two of them matte/without shimmer, but that's just me.

Lotions/ Creams -Aveeno - Baby Soothing Relief Moisture Cream

I got eczema, so I have trouble with lotions that make me itch. I noticed that the packaging said that it even relieves eczema, so i picked it up. Boy, this stuff absorbs fast, maybe a little too fast. I have to apply this really frequently. The tube doesnt have a lot of product either, and is pretty expensive for a lotion ($7.99CAN). It did help relieve my dry skin and it doesnt have a strong smell, so that's great.

Lip Gloss -MAC - Nymphette lipglass

Beautiful colour! I love the gold and peachy combination! It looks great on people with yellow undertones in their skin. The only problem is that these lipglasses are terribly sticky. It doesnt feel comfortable. And we all know, $16CAN. for a lipgloss is a little scary...I just love the colour payoff though.

Styling Products -L'Oreal - StudioLine Volumizing Mousse

This is the first hair product I bought for volumizing and I cannot find another product I like better. I've tried Got2Be sexy voluptuous mousse (horrible btw) and sunsilk daring volume spray (kinda smells funny). I've also tried teasing my hair (disaster) and blowdrying techniques. This gives great lift and volume! If you have short layers in your hair, check this out! The only downfall is that it doesnt last that long. Maybe 4 hours? I never really counted.

Concealers -Cover Girl - CG Smoothers Concealer

I actually used my sister's (ahah, don't tell her). WOW. this is amazing! So creamy, and not heavy at all. This would be great as a nude lipstick too! There aren't many shades to choose from, and the light ones are pretty much all on the pink undertone side. That is the only downfall.

Lipstick -Revlon - Just Enough Buff

I really like this on my lips over concealer (i know, gross, but i'm still looking for perfect nude). Nude, but still with a healthy shiny. I just wish this was more pigmented, and it would be the PERFECT nude lipstick for me! This is totally sheer, but very creamy.

Mascara -L'Oreal - Voluminous Waterproof

LOVEEEE. Best mascara I've tried! It beats the lashblast waterproof by just a little though, because it does lengthen more. Pros: -lengthens even though it targets volume -defines -not clumpy when applied Cons: -boring packaging -tube gets a little gross NOTE: the washable voluminous is horrible. Way too thick and wet. It weighs down lashes too much

Such a unique brush! I think this is a bit clumpy though. I know that using a lash comb after each coat fixes the problem, but really? I'd rather just use a mascara that doesnt clump. Pros: -Interesting to try -Has cool brush -Does lots of thickening -It's dark and dramatic -Not smudgey Cons: -Clumpy -Weighs down lashes - takes too much energy to "style" lashes

Polishes -Revlon - Vixen

I bought this colour only because I couldnt find "plum attraction" which was all sold out at my drugstore when it was buy on get one free. I really wanted a purple polish, and without really thinking, i grabbed this one, thinking it was purple. Darn it. It wasnt a purple. It's more of a vampy burlesque-dancer-like reddish burgundy kinda colour. What can I say? the colour just isnt for my liking. All i gotta say is that the revlon polishes are great. Nice application, long-lasting, opaque unless nude, and nice packaging. Just that Vixen is an ugly colour

This is THE pure silver polish! Great! I love this! Pros: - Nice and smooth application - Cool colour - Cute packaging - Bottle doesnt get icky - only needs 1-2 coats - I was too lazy to apply a top coat with this and it only left me with minor chips after 3 days of working (i'm a cashier, at a fast food restaurant) Cons: - I really have none!

My all time favourite nail polish! This is such a unique and cool colour! I got this at London Drugs with "Kiss me coral" when it was buy on get one free. Completely in love with them both! Pros: - Really nice colour - Only need 1-2 coats (1 is already good for me) - Long lasting - Nice packaging - Applies nice and smoothly Cons: - None. I really have no negative things to say.
