Evened out my skin tone and this drug store brand has a nice array of colors from the lightest to darkest skin tones. I did get oily after a few hours. Did not settle in lines. I chose the med/dark and it matched well since my face is lighter than my body it is dark for my face but makes it match the rest of my body

Does an okay job, but I have oily lids and this did not help keep eyeshadow in place for more than 6 hrs

Powder -Lancome - Dual Finish Versatile Powder Makeup

I am very pleased with this product. I use it dry with powder puff and brush. It is lightweight like it says. Does NOT settle in lines. It is very similar to Mac's studio fix in terms of coverage, but Lancome beats studio fix in terms of lightweight feeling, does not cake when used dry. I have extremely sensitive skin; I cannot put anything on my face without breaking out, I have done many trial and error to find products that work with my skin. I have not broken out with this product. Right now it is 100 degrees and muggy. This product controls shine real well and I have oily skin. Many people have commented on the scent, I find it pleasant and do not smell it when its on my face. My husband likes the scent and often snuggles me just to get a whiff of my face. I tried this product with a wet sponge as directed, it does give more coverage, but the color also goes on darker. I suggest trying this product wet at the counter because you may have to purchase a lighter color if you plan on using it wet all the time.

Polishes -Sinful - Nail Polish (all colors)

Great product. Yes it is cheap, but the quality isn't. The colors are true to what you see just looking at the bottle. I was surprised with the staying power that a low cost drug store brand polish this is. You have to use two coats, dries quickly, and last for a good while. I used to use Sally Hansen Extreme, but it smelled and would chip or wear off from cleaning the house. This stuff doesn't have a funky smell and I can clean, garden,and type without this polish budging. Haven't used this with a top coat, but I will try and maybe it will last even longer than it does now.:)

Concealers -Too Faced - Absolutely Flawless Concealer

The coverage is AMAZING!!!!. Like another commented, it only comes in 3 shades, the only downer. Luckily for me, Honey is the perfect color for me. It is the darkest shade so anyone with the same skin tones as singer Rihanna or Nicole Scherzinger might be able to get away with it for dark circles, but not for spot concealing. I am about the same tone as Eva Longoria, maybe a shade darker. This product is $17.00 on the air force base, not sure what it retails anywhere else. I think that the price is fair for the product. It is highly pigmented, a bit opaque. A little dap probably the size of a ball point pen tip is what one should start with, let it warm up on the hand to thin the product a little and apply where needed. I was surprised how natural it looks on my skin. I have breakouts and rough spots on my skin, this product didn't accentuate them at all. I tried the product, wore it the entire day to make sure that it works with my skin and didn't give me a bad reaction. I didn't get greasy, the concealer didn't shift or crease, it looked fresh through to the end of the day. I wore it for about 8hrs. Every girl needs to try this product, it is superb!

Mascara -Kiss Me - Kiss Me Mascara

So glad I purchased this. It is pricey for a mascara, but the formulation is worth it. Regular mascaras smudge on me, even waterproof. I used to use CG waterproof mascaras, I love them, but ever since I gave birth to my daughter, mascaras do not stay put on me. I guess my body chemistry has changed. Anyway, I came upon tubing mascaras. I gave blinc a try. This is my go to mascara. It took some getting used to and practice using it, but once I got the application right I was hooked. The trick is to use very little product and make sure your lashes are completly dry before application. If you are one who likes to curl your lashes, you have to do it after you have applied the mascara because this does not hold a curl. I found that if I wait at least 5 minutes after application and then curl, it holds the curl wonderfully.

Moisturizers -Neutrogena - Visibly Even Daily Moisturizer SPF 30

This moisturizer is light and non-greasy. I was not sure if I wanted to spend the amount of money it cost to buy this 1oz. tube, but it was worth it because a little goes a long way. It takes a dime size amount to cover my entire face. The product absorbs quickly and my skin is supple and smooth. I have only been using this product for 3 weeks and notice that the texture of my skin is smoother and brighter. I have yet to see any of the brown spots go away. According to the box, it could take up to two months to see that happen. I have high hopes that it will work. Love it, one should give it a try.

Powder -Sephora - Mineral Double Compact Foundation SPF 10

To good to be true. The coverage is fantastic, but it breaks me out. I can find a color for the summer, but for the fall, I cannot find a match. They do not have many colors to choose from and they do not have a true yellow base to their so called yellow base line of mineral. You can choose red undertone or yellow, but their yellow looks more pink to me. By all means try it for the coverage and shine control, but beware, it could cause breakouts or itchyness. Hard to get the product out with a brush. The sponge that it comes with will apply the makeup in patches, use a brush to apply. Although it is difficult to use the brush without getting powder everywhere, I found that if one turns the product over and swipe downward into the cap, it is less messy, but the mirror can fall in your way.

It does take the reddness out and has great coverage but, it leaves a green hue. If you buff enough with your foundation, it takes most of the hue away.

Powder -Everyday Minerals - Foundation Matte Formula

I got my samples today and I am impressed. Personally this foundation works well with my oily skin. I still get shine through but not as quickly as with BE and Pur. I can layer the foundation and I do not get cakey. It gives me the coverage almost comparable to Macs Studio Fix Powder. I do have to use concealer which is also by Everyday Minerals and they also work great for my oily hyperpigmented skin. I will not purchase again because like most mineral makeup, I get major shine through after a while

I like it a lot. It smells and tastes good, it is not sticky. I wish that it had a little more color like the regular wet slicks but, as an overall gloss, i like this one the best out of the cover girl line. It does not stay on so I will not purchase again

Powder -MAC - Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation

Not bad. I wasn't sure at first if I should buy this for my acne-prone skin since Mac makeup isn't oil free, but I thought Id try it since I am using prescription acne medication on my skin. I am glad I did. The coverage is great, you still have to use concealer for hard to cover spots like brown spots. It is best applied with a brush to avoid looking cakey. I did break out a couple times with this makeup but, I think that it came about because I used the sponge it a came with. I wash the sponge after every use but apparently it wasn't enough. As long as I use a brush for application and wash the makeup off before bed, I do not break out from this stuff. It holds up pretty well in hot humid weather. I get a little shine through in my t-zone area, but not nearly as much as with other foundations.

Regret buying this....I let the counter lady apply it for me with a foundation brush. It looked good for a while but then....I had shine through and my foundation was disappering. I wear the same foundation primer I use with other foundations and set with the same powder but this stuff doesn't seem to stay well on oily or sweaty skin. As soon as I put this stuff on, my skin seems to soak it up so I have to keep building the coverage, too much and it looks cakey. This stuff also builds up around the folds of my nose, it looks gross. A little goes a long way, I will give it that and it does even the tone of my skin, but for my needs, it doesn't do it for me, especially in hot/humid weather.

I like it for use on my upper lash line. It is cheap and has nice pigmentation. I cannot use it on my lower lash or waterline. I sweat or tear it off.
