I love this liner! I only use it on my top lid, but I have very oily eyelids and even the top liner usually tends to transfer to my lower lashline. This eyeliner doesn't do that at all, and I love it for that. When I first bought it, it was super smooth, and super amazing, but I found the cap/lid was really skimpy and rather hard to screw onto the container. This led to a couple days where it was exposed to air due to me being in a rush and not taking the time to screw the lid on properly. As expected, it has dried out, but it still works great. Sometimes this eyeliner does crease, even with both a primer and a paintpot, but I suspect this is mainly due to my small and oily eyelids. Overall I love this eyeliner, but the packaging could be better and for not being marked as waterproof, it is amazingly waterproof -- I went swimming with it on and it stayed until I rubbed my eyes a couple time. The price is also really low, I definitely will repurchase this when I run out.
MAC paint pots are amazing, don't get me wrong. I would repurchase it is because I LOVE the color so so much. It works great for just sweeping it on the lid and running out the door, and also when you use powder eyeshadow. But to use it as an effective base for me, I have to apply alot-and that's fine. But when I am really in a hurry and I want more of a defined look, I'll use my fingers in a cream shadow and apply that, and after about 10-15 minutes, it will have creased. I don't reccomend this for cream eyeshadows but I definitley reccomend it for a time where you aren't gonna be gone for more than 5 hours at a time, with no touch up time to spare. While I use this at school. I had gym last period so I just stood by the mirror and blended out the creasing. I have really tiny little eyes, and I love them, and the creasing is unbearable. This works considerably better than no eyeshadow base, and I love it :)
