I broke down and bought this after I ran out of my Obagi Cleanser in an effort to try something new. I had read reviews about this being a great cleanser, but have to disagree. I have combonation acne-prone skin and this cleanser hardly removed my makeup let alone my moisturizer each day. For a glycolic cleanser, this was overpriced for what it was worth. It doens't leave me dry which is a bonus, but I think Serious Skin Care has a better glycolic cleanser.
I love this sunscreen! I put a drop of this with a drop of my oil-free foundation in the mornings and it keeps me sunburn free! I wear it on my face at the beach on the weekends and rarely do I need to reapply! (Unless I go in the water....that always needs another application.) I am purchasing my third bottle!
What is this supposed to do with the Vitamin C Serum?
I prefer the consistency of this Vitamin C Serum, it is not too heavy when you first put it on over the B-5. By the middle of the day, it starts to feel heavy and my skin doesn't breath. The price is high plus the pain of having to use the B-5 complex as well. I think Jason's Vitamin C-Serum is the best yet that I have tried. Back to the drawing board! What next to try? My combo skin is also a bit oily after using this and my makeup slides right off my face.

After reading good reviews on this product, I thought I would take it for a test drive. I am trying to find my HG Vitamin C serum. The price isn't bad at $24.99 and the packaging seems to be air tight, but the product didn't do a thing for my face! At least with the Jason C Serum, some of my red spots from acne faded or completely went away. This just provided more moisture in my opinion. This would be ok for a moisturizer, but you need a sunscreen with it. I don't recommend this for a Vitamin C Serum.
Let me start with the packaging...... The serum comes in a nice clear glass bottle, I prefer the Amber ones for anything with Vitamin C. The pump does not fit tightly on the neck of hte bottle and each time you use the product you will most likely end up opening the bottle. Product..... For the price $14.99, I wish it would have worked, but alas, you can't go cheap on certain products. The serum was very thick on my face and about an hour after I put it on under my moisturizer, I wanted to wash it off! Yucky and heavy.....I have combination skin but maybe someone with dry skin could use this? I am still trying to find a Vitamin C serum that isn't thick and leaves me greasy!

My quest for the best Vitamin C Serum continues.....The Jason C-serum is very thick! It is so heavy on my face. I don't think my skin aborbs it because I am left with a greasy face I have to keep wiping dry. I think that if you have very very dry skin, this might be good for you, but normal to oily I don't reccomend.
Oily skinned girls beware! This sucker can plug up your pores!!!
This is a heavy cream and if you have oily skin, beware it will clog your pores and give you some massive cysstic pimples! I also think the peanut oil in this line caused some of the acne I broke out with. I did like the even skin tone I had, but the pimples aren't worth it!
What exactly was this supposed to do for my face? There are much better masks out there. Don't waste your money.
Out of the Hauschka line, this was the best product I tried. I broke out teribbly from one product in the line and did not take the time to figure out which one. For a Cleansing Milk, this is ok. It leaves a film on your face so you need to follow with a toner.
I can't get past the smell of this!!!! It stinks! not only did it somehow manage to break me out, it left a film on my skin. The cleansing milk is much better, but also leaves a film. I started using several products from the Haushchka line and ended up with cystic pimples that I still have not managed to get rid of.

This is pretty descent for an over the counter remedy. I love the tingling feeling on the skin. Too bad I am out! ;( I am going to try thr Origins version of this to compare to.
This is supposed to be a split end repair, but honestly, I don't know what it did for me. Because I spent the money to buy it, I made myself finish the product tube. The packaging is awful because you can't squeeze out the product once it is half full. Do Alterna products really do anything for the hair?

The packaging is not the best. The nozzle on my first tube broke off so I got a second tube. It has lasted thank goodness. The cream is very soft on the skin, but what is the difference between this stuff and say Active Moist?
