I keep repurchasing this over and over, but I wouldn't call it HG. It's simply just the best that I've used so far. I still feel that it migrates and smudges throughout the day sometimes, but not nearly as bad as others that I have tried. I don't really sharpen it because it seems like I waste more product trying to get a perfect point. I mostly use this for my waterline and it seems to work fine.
HG. One little drop of this mixed into my foundation and my skin just glows. I use the gold color. One downfall- the packaging is terrible! It lasts forever if you don't utilize the pump; however, opening the top constantly causes dried up product to crumble all over countertops, your makeup bag, etc. I'll deal with it, but I wish they would come up with a better method!
Hair Styling Tools -Unlisted Brand - Sultra - Bombshell Curling Iron

Best $130 I have ever spent. This curling iron has given me the hair I previously looked at in magazines and wished I could have. The best part? No "burned hair" stench! I almost returned it at first because I wanted a bigger barrel, but I've since figured out how to achieve big, awesome waves. My hair is thick and bra strap length, with long layers. I blow dry with a round brush, then quickly run a flat iron over it. Then I part my hair as I normally do and make a ponytail just behind my ear on each side (like low pigtails). Then I just take big pieces and curl away from my face. After this I pull out the ponytails, flip my head over, lightly spray my hair with hairspray, and bam....BOMBSHELL hair. The whole curling portion of the process, which used to take like 45 minutes, takes about 10 if that. The curls last (before they would fall in about an hour) and they're just as bouncy two days later. This iron is no joke.
I chose my user name after this bronzer, that should be enough said... I love this stuff. Doesn't break me out, makes me look tan and not orange, and has enough shimmer to it that it gives a nice glow but doesn't look sparkly. I miss the days when I worked at EL and got this stuff for free, bc it is pretty expensive!
Pros : it's cheap, it's a huge bottle that has lasted me months, it didn't fade my color Cons: it took me a while to figure out that this shampoo was the reason my hair gets super greasy after just one day, and I'm the type of person who likes to go two days without washing...by my third day my hair looks disgusting. This got rated one of the worst DS shampoos...too bad I found that out AFTER I purchased. But like I said, it was cheap, so it's no biggie!
The only reason it didn't get a one was because it didn't crumble when I put it on. Other than that...it smells funny, and it should have been free for how incredibly lame it actually is. I was expecting it to at least make my lashes look thicker. But no...they just looked darker. That was all...no curl, no length, nothing. Thank god I only purchased a trial size.
Misc Beauty Tools -Sonia Kashuk - Metal Eyelash Comb

I'm obsessed with this thing, and I can't live without it. I lost it for a few days and I freaked out. I have a severe problem with my eyelashes looking perfect, and this completes the job like no other. It hasn't broken yet like others and the eyebrow comb is awesome as well.
I like the packaging but the mascara...not so much. I feel like NO mascara gets onto the brush, the brush is flimsy, and it makes my lashes look thin and sparse. In order to even get some sort of effect I had to layer on EL More than Mascara and then Rimmel Volume Flash, and finally my lashes look lush again. I won't buy this again...I'll stick with Lash Perfection next time.
I'm a mascara junkie and I've tried them ALL- like I'm neurotic when it comes to my eyelashes. For length, nothing compares to Lash Perfection. This paired with Diorshow or Rimmel Volume Flash Mousse and my lashes are perfect. Can't go wrong with this one.
Hair -L'Oreal - Excellence Cremelights Highlighting Kit

First time I highlighted at home (with my best friend doing the foiling and highlighting) I used the Blonde Brilliance kit from Sallys. It worked ok, but my hair felt pretty brittle afterwards. Two weeks later I went to add in more highlights, but this time I purchased the L'Oreal Cremelights. AMAZING. NO damage to my hair, and the color was more of a baby blonde than the slightly yellowish highlights the BB kit gave me. Now, I toned my hair afterwards bc I am going for more of the gradual, natural look to go blonde- i DONT want chunks, since my hair is dark naturally. Even my mother, who thought I was crazy to highlight my own hair, thinks it came out great. I loved this and will def continue to purchase!
