I actually really enjoyed this fragrance until I realised that every time I wore it, I got a headache! I find it a really simple day scent that is appropriate for office wear, but there is something in its' chemistry that causes me pain :(

Foundations -Prescriptives - Virtually Fresh-All [DISCONTINUED]

I felt so disappointed when I got this home and wore it. I love virtual skin and traceless, but I find this foundation to have an uneven and thick appearance on my skin. I have tried using my foundation brush, beauty-blender sponge and all other tricks I could think of, but can’t make this work for me. On the plus side, the packaging is nice but it isn’t nice enough to make up for a sub-par product!

This is the best moisturiser I have ever used - and I don't say that lightly! During my 20's, I never worried about my skin. It was always reliably clear and glowy. As fate would have it, my 30's have seen that change. My skin is now super sensitive and break-out prone. This moisturiser takes my skin back to its 20's. Yes, it is expensive but for something that works as well as this does, I think it's worth it!

Styling Products -MMU Cosmetics - On The Mend

This is quite simply a miracle worker for my hair. I have coarse, long thick hair that branches out like a xmas tree without something to tame it. When I apply on the mend it turns into silky shiny flowing gorgeousness - it doesn't get weighed down, rather it looks healthy and sleek. I will never be without this. For me it has quickly become a must have!

Lip Gloss -Bobbi Brown - Shimmer Lip Gloss - Pink Sugar

Firstly, I hate lipstick. Hate it. I only ever wear gloss. What I look for in a gloss is moisture, sheerness and soft shimmer - this has it all. Such a pretty natural shimmer. No huge chunks of glitter and a lovely moisturising texture. I also really like the smell. Love it and wear it often.

Liquid -Giorgio Armani - Matte Silk Foundation [DISCONTINUED]

I love this foundation. I have an oily t-zone and this provides a lovely satin finish. The colours are great and I have had no breakout issues at all. This foundation has great staying power and looks good all day! Love it.

Mascara -Shiseido - The Makeup Lasting Lift Mascara

This is my HG mascara! I have heavy/stiff straight lashes that wilt out of their curl within the hour. This mascara keeps them softly curled all day and it's the only one I've tried (and I've tried heaps) that manages to keep the curl with no smudging/clumping/ flaking. I love it. It can be tricky to take off, but I find a good make-up remover and warm water does the trick. This mascara is brilliant IMHO. UPDATE: 5 months later and I still love this mascara. I can't imagine using anything else!! Further update: Yes it is hard to remove but I find if I use J&J remover towelettes (in the pink packaging) it comes off easily. I still love it. Wouldn't consider trying anything else and I'm on about my 6th tube.

Blush -Paula Dorf - Cheek Color in Bunny

This is a lovely 'go - to' blush when I am in a hurry in the morning. It is pigmented enough to give me some color but not so much that I look like I have a fever. It also seems to melt into my skin. For reference - I am PPP (NW20) with dark brown hair and brown eyes.
