Powder -Physicians Formula - Mineral Wear Talc-Free Mineral Loose Powder

I was cleaning out my makeup bag the other day and found this product. It was still full, and although I could remember buying it I couldn't remember why I had stopped using it- that was until I put it on. After just one day of wearing this powder my pores were SO clogged. I am still recovering. I should add that I have sensitive skin which is prone to clogging and breakouts. So maybe this is only for people without sensitive skin. This is the only "mineral" makeup to ever do this to my face. Now I remember why I stopped using it in the first place!

Moisturizers -Unlisted Brand - Extra Virgin Olive Oil

I know some of you may be a little skeptical about putting an oil on your face. I know that I was at first. I have combination skin, really oily with occasional breakouts. My skin is also VERY sensitive. I have to be really careful about the products I use, even the "all natural" products have broken my face out. I began using olive oil as a moisturizer about three weeks ago when I ran out of my Rachel Perry Calendula moisturizer. I am in love!!!! ZERO breakouts, my skin is luxuriously soft, and dewy, and surprisingly a lot LESS oily! Here is a good application tip. For less mess you can use a makeup sponge wedge. Just pour a little onto the sponge, press to forehead, cheeks, and chin, while rubbing softly. After you can make sure it's even by rubbing it in with clean hands.(The sponge soaks up the oil so that there is not a drippy mess while applicating.) Your face soaksn the olive oil up almost immediately. In the morning after I wash my face with my normal cleanser (Rachel Perry Tangerine Dream) I use the sponge technique before I put on my makeup. It has improved my skin so much that after I apply the oil olive in the morning and it soaks in, I just throw on some powder (Maybelline Dream Matte Powder) and some mascara and go! I would also like to add that I avoid putting olive oil on my nose. So when I wake up in the morning my face isn't oily. Oh, and after the olive oil in the morning, I apply a foundation primer. I haven't tried it without it yet. But ladies, this is definitely worth a try. When applied correctly it is great for all skin types.

Pressed Powders -Maybelline - Dream Matte Pressed Powder
britneyholthouser 9/15/2007 3:34:00 AM
Hi guys!!! I LOVE this website. This is my first post. I actually have a question, not a review. I just bought the Dream Matte Pressed Powder in Beige. I tried the color and it matches PERFECTLY. My only problem is that I cannot find the ingredients anywhere. They are not on the packaging or on the Maybelline website. I looked all over the internet too. Talc really irratates my skin; it always makes it break out. I usually use mineral makeup but I really want to try this. Can someone help me out. Does anyone know the ingredients or if it has talc. Thanks!!!
