Mascara -Essence - I love extreme crazy volume

I absolutely love this mascara. I was previously using the Rocket by Maybelline and ran out. As much as I love that mascara, I think this one tops it. I used it today and it makes my eyelashes look ginormous. I used to use the original I love extreme mascara and I loved that one too, but I think this one gives a ton of more volume. The brush is a lot like Revlon's photoready mascara, but a little bit longer. It applies really well. I also spend less time applying it because it adds so much volume within like 2 coats. I strive for volume, so what used to take me like 5 minutes to get the results I wanted with the Rocket now takes me about 2 minutes with this mascara. Keep in mind it is a very volumizing mascara, so clumps are inevitable, but I don't really mind them. The price is cheap and you get a ton in the tube. If you loved the first I love extreme mascara or if you're looking for a dramatic volumizing mascara, give this a try!

Mascara -Maybelline - The Rocket Volume Express

After trying, I don't know, 800 mascaras throughout the years, I think I have finally found my match. I usually like a mascara the first few uses, will write a review about how much I like it, and then find out I'm a huge liar when I don't actually end up liking the mascara like the next day. So, before writing this review, I used this mascara in its full entirety, and I can confidently say that I love it and will be going out to buy another tube! It took me a while to get used to the brush. I have used Lash Blast before, and although this brush is similar, the bristles seem a tad bit stiffer, so I was poking my eye every single time I applied it, but I got used to it and no longer do that. I love the volume and length this gives my lashes. They look so big and almost fake, but if you're looking for a natural look, one coat will do it. I will say though that you have to consistently apply coats. One time, when I was applying, the phone rang and I went to answer it, came back, and was not able to do another coat because the one I was working on was pretty much dry already and did not want to build anymore. Also, it is really, really, difficult to get this stuff off. Not waterproof difficult, but to the point where you're confused as to why it is so hard to get off since it's not waterproof. I just use a makeup remover and it will eventually come off, it just takes longer than what I would prefer. Aside from those two things though, I think this is a really awesome mascara and I will continue to purchase it because I love the look it gives to my lashes!

Conditioner -Finesse - Finesse Touch of Yardley Lavender

This is a review for the shampoo and conditioner combo. I saw this product in Meijer a few days ago and of course, I had to smell it. For a person who doesn't normally like the scent of lavender, I loved this! It isn't an "in your face" or really herbal lavender, but just a soft, pretty, clean scent. I honestly bought it mainly because of the scent, but also because I love Finesse's moisturizing shampoo and conditioner, but I absolutely hate the scent of that stuff. So the shampoo and conditioner perform just as good as the moisturizing shampoo and conditioner and it has a really yummy scent. Another thing is, I can't stand it when shampoos are so fragrant that you can smell it all day. I like the scent to stay a little, but not too much, and this scent is just perfect. As far as how well it performs, as I said earlier, it is pretty identical to their moisturizing line. The ingredients are basically the same except I think the moisturizing shampoo has one more ingredient than this one, but it didn't seem to make a difference. My hair is super shiny, really soft, and actually has a good amount of volume. This product is brand new. I don't even see it on their site yet and the only store I have seen it at is Meijer. So check it out! If you like the moisturizing shampoo and conditioner, or if you're just looking for a new shampoo and conditioner to try out, definitely give these a try! I do recommend smelling it first though because as we all know, what one person likes, another may not.

Eyeliner -Palladio - Herbal Eye Liner Pencil Waterproof Retractable - Brownie

I have this eyeliner in Black, and it is the only kind I use. I have really sensitive, watery eyes, and this, being waterproof, works great! It goes on really smooth too. It also isn't too hard to remove at the end of the day. It is a nice, rich black color which I love and it stays on all day. I love that it is retractable too. I hate sharpening eye liner pencils. It is my all time favorite!

Gels/Soaps -Dove - Dove Nourishing Care Shea Butter Beauty Bar

This is my all time favorite soap to use in the shower. I hate putting lotion on my arms because I don't like the sticky feeling, and this has been a great alternative to that because it leaves my skin so soft and moisturized. It also has a light sweet smell that stays throughout the day. I love it! The only complaint that I have is that it is getting harder for me to find where I live. Hopefully they aren't getting rid of it. I recently bought some after not seeing it for sometime, so hopefully the stores around here are getting some more in. I don't know what I would do without this stuff!

Cleansers -Neutrogena - Oil-Free Acne Wash

I have been using this cleanser since I was probably 16 years old. It's the only cleanser that actually works for my acne. The reason I didn't give it a five is because it doesn't completely get rid of acne, but it is the only cleanser I have found that keeps it under control really well. I have tried other variations of it, like the grapefruit one, and the redness soothing one, but this original one seems to work the best for some reason. I stopped using it for a while and was trying some other cleanser, which wasn't very effective, and I went to stay at my sister's house for a week and she had this original cleanser, so I just used it, and within a day, my breakouts were dried up and nearly gone. I think I have learned my lesson to not use any other cleanser except this one!

Mascara -L'Oreal - Voluminous in Carbon Black

This mascara is awesome!I have tried so many and all I want is a mascara that makes my eyelashes look voluminous and dark and this does both of those things. It's just a simple, basic mascara, but it makes my eyelashes look amazing! Its super dark, and it really plumps the base of my lashes giving them a voluminous look. I also like it because it doesn't make them feel crispy or hard. It looks like I'm wearing false lashes. I will never use anything else! The only con I have with this is sometimes when you take the brush out, there is so much product on it that it's clump city. But I will just wipe the clumps off or I stick it back in, take it out really fast, and somehow that seems to work too. *Edit* Yeah, I brought this down to 1 lippie. I can't stand it anymore. I absolutely loved it at first, and I still love how it makes my eyelashes look false, but its getting way too clumpy and there is waaaaaayyyyy too much product coming off on the wand. I have never had a mascara that did that before. It's too much to work with. I spend most of my time wiping off the brush and the tube instead of actually putting it on my lashes. What a bummer.

I surprisingly really like this product! I thought with the low rating on here it would be terrible, but I gave it a go anyway. I have wavy hair and this literally gave me ringlet-like hair. It looks better than when I use a curling iron. I'm really surprised and happy! It smells great and it feels super light on the hair. My hair has a ton of movement. I will say that for some reason it's a little bit hard to get out sometimes, but for the results I got, I think I'm willing to deal with that. I'll be using this forever!

Mascara -Maybelline - Great Lash Mascara

I guess all I have to say about this mascara is that I really don't understand how it is America's best selling mascara. It didn't do anything for my lashes except clump them together and darken them. It looked like I only had 4 eyelashes on each eye. I understand it works great for some people and I really wish it worked that well for me because it's so cheap, but oh well!
