This has to be for people with curly lashes. I have very straight lashes so I curl them, this straightened them righ back. Such a waste of money, luckliy I was able to return. I loved the ease with which it washes of fand no smudging, but I hate straight lashes.

Powder -Clinique - Almost Powder Makeup SPF 15

I love my Bobbi Brown Luminous Foundation, but live in a humid hot area and wanted somehing quicker to put on. This is great. I use some concealer under and get a fantastic finish. It lasts all day, although I have not tested it in the summer. The great thing about this makeup is it you need a touch up, its simple without redoing your entire face. I put it on with a brush, not anything special, like a smallish blush brush. then after I am done I spray my face with the Clinique moisturizing spray. Not very moisturizing but it feels great. This foundation does notmake my face itch like MAC did. I love it. I hadn't used Clinique in about 10 years, but this is worth going for.

Liquid -Bobbi Brown - Luminous Moisturizing Foundation

Ok, I thought I found my HG with the oil-free compact foundation, but it was just too dry for my skin, so I moved to this foundation. For me, this is the best of both worlds. It is buildable, not to heavy in the moisture department, and my favorite thing, I don't need a primer and rarely need concealer. I found on areas where I hate my pores, I just pat this on, I don't brush or wipe on. It works amazing, my pores dissapear, this lasts all day. On blemishes I just put a little extra on with a finger and let it set a bit before I use powder. Does not accentuate lines. Actually right when I put it on, I swear I see lines, then they even out. Could be my imagination, I don't really spend a lot of time looking. Love it, can't say enough good about it. Love, Love, Love it.

Crème -Bobbi Brown - Oil-Free Even Finish Compact Foundation

This is great stuff. It covers amazingly well, does not itch, washes off easy. I love it so much. I have been using Benefit Some Kinda Gorgeous which is pretty good, but itches and doesn't wash off or cover as well. This does it all. ++ One thing that concerns me for people with oily skin trying this, the SA said she thought it had Shea Butter (??) in it. I haven't researched it, cuz I am old enough it doesn't really matter, no grease. But for younger users, I would ask what moisturizer is in this. Or what makes it creamy. My skin requires more moisturizer after wearing this, but my skin looks great!! ****Update, eventually my skin was just to dry and annoyed. The other compact foundation was too heavy. I moved on to the Luminous Foundation and my skin is much happier. I still love the coverage of this compact, it was so easy to use and covered great, just not the right one.

Cleansers -Bliss Labs - The Youth As We Know It Cleanser

I am an avid Bliss fan, but every time I find a product I love, they seem to discontinue soon after. That said I have used quite a few of their products, none have made me unhappy. I have been using their Clog Dissolving Cleansing Milk (still available), but wanted a product aimed more at aging skin, so I tried this. OMG, it is wonderful. It removes makeup much better than the Cleansing Milk, I can feel my skin come clean, I don't have to follow with many cotton balls of toner or wash my face again. It is my HG cleanser..I wonder how long before it is discontinued.......its now 6 months later and still loving it....

Cleansers -Boots - Original Beauty Formula Cleansing Milk

This cleasing milk is great. It removes all of my makeup, does not leave my skin feeling dry. It smels like Pond's Coldcream, not necessarily a plus, but atleast it is pleasant. It is so cheap and at Target, I love it. The bottle is adorable. It doesn't seem to keep my pores tight like Bliss does. I prefer BlissLabs The Youth as We Know It, but in a pinch, this stuff will do.

Cleansers -Bliss Labs - clog-dissolving cleansing milk

I have 2 differing opinions on this cleanser. I have used it for about 3 months and I have to say my pores are so small, I no longer has to use my primer/corrector to fill them in. My face feels great after, I love the smell. On the down side, it takes more than 3 swipes of the toner to get all of my makeup off, and I don't wear much. I only use the Benefit Some Kinda Gorgeous. Nothing heavy. So I decided to try Boots Cleasing Milk and see if this is just the way these type of cleasers are. Nope, there was no hint of makeup on my cotton bal after. So I am 50/50. I will probably stick with the other stuff since it seems to clean beter. This item did not cause me to break out, my skin looks fabulous. I haven't used the Boots long enough to see how my skin will look in the long term. ****Follow up. I realized it is not this cleaser that is the problem, but the Benefit Some Kinda Gorgeous. I can't even get the sponge clean. That said I have changed my opinion, this stuff rocks. The Boots is good too, but this does more for the pores. +++Another follow up, I just switched to Youth as We Know It Cleanser, much better!! Cleans in one wash, leaves skin soft.

This is such a great product for color. I am fairly tan for me but my face is always more pale. I just dust this and I match my body. Just as an experimient I put it on my tan lines and it covered about 98 percent. They virtually disappeared. I do feel a bit of itching that I didn't notice before using it, but it is very minor, not nearly as bad as MAC products make me itch. I use the brush that comes with it, I just blow of the extra and it is amazing. This is a staple.

This is a very pretty subtle pink. It basically just enhances your own color and adds shimmer. It brightens your face, but is not a lot of color like the Rose glace is. I really like it, but I like the pink Grapefruit from Bath and Bodyworks just as well, about 15.00 cheaper.

The is a wonderful color. A pink brown with shimmer. very similar to Clinique's Tenderheart, but with shimmer and a bit lighter shade. The taste is great, lasts fairly well, sticky. Love it!!!

This is some kinda wonderful for me. It goes on easy, covers pretty good. I guess it really evens out rather than cover. I love it. I'm not a youngster that has lots of time to primp, I got places to go, so this is the perfect answer for someone in a hurry. It is not oily on me, but like I said, I am older and past my greasy stage. Could I have used this in my 20's? Doubt it. Here's one good thing about being older....better skin. ***Update. This makes my face itch a bit. Not enough for me to stop using it, but it reminds me of MAC products in that way. And it is difficult to get completely off my face at night. But it stands up to 100 degree + weather, its a keeper.

This product is amazing. Not only does it smooth out my pores, it makes makeup last all through my 10.5 hour work days. I live in a hot climate, makeup does not even get shiny. Awesome, I never want to be without this again. I do have to say, I am very light complected, I don't know how well this would work for someone with color.

Such a beautiful color for blue-green eyes. Goes on great, stays on. It is actually almost too much color for me, almost but not quite. I love it!!!!!! Great to put on quick as I dash to work.

This is the pits. Like another reviewer said, it is an oily strange texture. I thought I was having allergy eyes, no it was this stuff. I even went to the eye doctor to get new allergy drops. This is ok for moisturizing, if seeping into your eyes doesn't bother you. I can't believe anyone could wear makeup over this, it would slip rigt off. Don't buy it.

Well..I don't love this. The stylist at the salon recommended this with its conditioner and I fell for it. I can't run my fingers through my hair very easily and there is absolutely not more volume. If anything my hair is heavier and flatter. I have only used it for a week, but it will never be something I re-purchase or recommend.
