Treatments (Eye) -Shiseido - White Lucent Brightening Eye Treatment

I had such high hope on this product because of the comments on this website. Turn out, it is just another eye cream. It does moisturizes the skin area around my eyes. But the first week trying it on, it irritated my eyes so much that my eyes were hot and red all the time. I continued using it (again, because of the reviews), the irritation reduced but nothing changed. The specialist at shiseido section at macys in my area said it would take around 3 weeks to really see the result. it has been over 3 weeks now and i can still see my dark circles. indeed, this product does not do what they said it would.
