Scrubs -Burt's Bees - Cranberry & Pomegranate Sugar Scrub
booshaynay 7/12/2012 11:14:00 PM
This stuff smells AMAZING. The scent is by far the best part about it and the only thing that makes me want to repurchase. It is a pretty good scrub though but I won't be repurchasing because the texture of it is extremely similar to what you get when you combine sugar, olive oil, and honey. Because of this, I feel like it is a waste of money because you can make the exact same thing yourself for cheaper.

Eye Makeup Remover -Sonia Kashuk - Remove
booshaynay 7/11/2012 12:17:00 AM
I like this. It's non-greasy, non-oily, and non-irritating to the eyes. And best of all, it really works! It removes all eye makeup after 30 seconds or so of massaging the product onto the eye area with a tissue. The only problem is that it gets used up very quickly so you must repurchase often.

BB Cream -Skin79 - Super+ BB Cream Pink Label
booshaynay 7/10/2012 10:35:00 PM
I love this stuff. The coverage is light-medium. It has pink undertones, and looks a little gray when it comes out of the pump. The gray tone does not transfer over to the skin, however. I apply dots of the product all over my face and then massage it in with my fingers. At first, it's greasy on the skin but that goes away in less than 5 minutes. Once it settles, it gives the skin a healthy glow and provides just the right amount of coverage for me. It evens out my skin and covers up the black heads on my nose. The color of this product is perfect for me because it has no yellow undertones that I find in so many foundations. It doesn't break me out at all, which is refreshing for me and my acne-prone skin. It blends well and my skin feels soft when wearing it. I honestly believe that this product is improving the texture of my skin. Since I started wearing it, my skin has appeared more even and softer, even when I'm not wearing it. You can get it on Amazon for $15, as opposed to some Asian beauty sites I've seen it on which sell it for a much higher price.

Lipstick -MAC - MAC Cremesheen Lipstick in Black Knight
booshaynay 7/10/2012 10:19:00 PM
Honestly, this lipstick is total crap. The nice reviews on here confuse me. I adore the dramatic look that comes with black lipstick and I had high hopes for this one. I was sadly disappointed. This lipstick is sheer. That's just not what I look for in any lipstick, most especially dark colors. I tried my hardest to make it opaque, but no amount of coats could achieve that. To top it all off, even with only one thin coat, this lipstick bleeds. I wore it around the house to test it out and this sheer, ugly formula started bleeding within 15 minutes. Awful, awful, awful.

Polishes -Essie - Licorice

The holy grail of black nail polish. It's really just a great tube of polish. Dark, shiny, not streaky, dries quickly, and opaque in 2 coats. My most used nail polish color and the best black I've tried. I have no complaints!

Mascara -Cover Girl - Lash Blast Length
booshaynay 7/10/2012 10:05:00 PM
My favorite. I've been repurchasing for years now and I don't intend to stop. My lashes are puny and I haven't found another mascara that lengthens them like this one does. On days when I want a natural lash look, I wear 2 coats of this by itself. When I desire a more dramatic effect, I simply layer a volumizing mascara on top of this one. If I don't use this mascara as a base, I find that my lashes look like their boring and short selves, even with the volumizing mascara. By itself, this mascara produces long, separated, and natural looking lashes. The wand has densely packed, short, plastic bristles that coat each lash individually, producing the lengthening effect. I would recommend this mascara to ladies with little lashes like me. It works really well!

Blush -E.L.F. - Studio Blush - Pink Passion
booshaynay 3/15/2012 2:35:00 PM
This product is wonderful! And super cheap, too. It only cost me $3 at Target. The color is a very pretty, bright, and pigmented pink. A little goes a long way. One light coating on my brush is enough to give each cheek a healthy, flushed look that really compliments my fair skin. Another great thing about this blush, is that the color is buildable. You can wear it in a very natural, feminine way or build it up to a doll-like and delightfully obvious flush. The formula is a little powdery, but not too much and I don't mind that kind of thing at all. This is a great product and for only $3, it's a great deal, too.

Concealers -MAC - select cover-up
booshaynay 3/15/2012 2:22:00 PM
This concealer is really lovely for covering up blemishes. It's thick, yet it blends with my skin easily. Dark circles, however, are another story. The concealer does do a nice job covering up the darkness under my eyes, but my dark circles really aren't very heavy to begin with. The thing that disappoints me about this product is that it seeps into the creases underneath my eyes and makes them look like wrinkles. Because of this, I never use this product underneath my eyes. There really is a lot of product in the small tube that it comes in. Since I only use this to cover up blemishes, I expect it to last for quite a while. That being said, I won't be purchasing this product again because there are cheaper concealers out there that can cover my blemishes just as well.
