Hair Color -L'Oreal - Brass Banisher

After reading all the reviews, I decided to hold off on this product, which I purchased today. I used something like it (but not made by L'Oreal- maybe Revlon, but I can't remember), and overall, it gave my hair a uniform color that was darker than my hair before I used the product-which wasn't the look I was going for. That said, I suspect that this product will do the same, based on the reviews I read. I have been using a purple conditioner, which helps tone down brassiness gradually, so I guess I will just stick with the conditioner!
