Before I write my review on this product I would like the reader to keep in mind my that I am reviewing this as a fair skinned individual with combo skin. If you decide to purchase this product purchase the product picking a color that will work with your complexion/skin type would be beneficial. A lot of times products are purchased and disliked because the particular shade just doesn't work with their complexion/skin type. This product is now one of the products I use daily. I apply it with a makeup sponge if you use a circular sponge fold it in half to apply and it's much easier. The color is spectacular and surprisingly easy to apply. Not working with cream blushers a lot made me hesitant at first, but this is a breeze. The staying power is great also. After applying foundation and concealer I use this on the apples and up toward temple, then I contour with a MAC's Enough Said, and finally bring it all together with Clinique's Magic Powder. If additional staying powder is needed you can go over it with a powder such as MAC's Springsheen, but I haven't found it necessary yet.
Purchased this product not expecting a miracle but at least improvement. I live in the South where I've learned wearing the open toe and back shoes does a number on your feet. The condition of my feet is not severe, no thick callouses etc...just the typical dry heel and big toes due to shoes. The texture of this product surprised me. I was expecting a thick cream and surprisingly the texture is not thick at all which I liked. The color is the color of honey and has a faint smell of coconut. The product comes in a tube and getting the product out is not an issue due to the consistency of the lotion. Using this product religiously even at night with thick socks for over 3 months I saw absolutely no improvement. Reading other reviews on the product on much more severe foot issues and the great result received makes me wonder if I purchased a bad tube. More than likely it just didn't work for me. Hope this is helpful.
Eyeliner -Unlisted Brand - Cherry Culture-Klean Color Eyeliner

Recently bought this eyeliner in black and white. The pencil has a sharpener on the end for easy and convenient sharpening. It is creamy but not too creamy that it smears or runs during the day. I usually don't spend a lot of money on pencil eyeliner since I usually use Fluidline, but these are worth it and so inexpensive! The staying power is wonderful and they glide on the eye so they are not tugging at the delicate eye area.
Loose Powders -Prescriptives - Magic Liquid Powder

Great stuff! I use a powder brush to apply this and it feels like liquid or maybe just a cooling sensation when you put it on but is a dry finish. It is supposed to draw attention from fine lines etc...I have had many compliments when I use this all stating I have a glowy look. I discovered this in the 1990's and just began using it occasionally again. This does not cause me to break out at all and only comes in Translucent so good for all complexions. They do have a magic powder out now that minimizes red tones on the face.
Treatments -L'Oreal - Dermo-Expertise ReFinish Micro-Dermabrasion

Picked this up at TJMAXX for $5 so I figured why not give it a try. I'm sure it doesn't even compare to a professional facial but it does do a good job. It is two steps using the usual aluminum oxide crystals and the patented Biosaccharide Complex. The directions say to massage the crystals in for 2 minutes, I found this gave me a red face, so I cut it down to 1 minute and used more water. This is a great pick me up for dull skin. You will see results after the first use. I do agree that it is best to use in the shower as you can get your neck better that way also.
Fragrances -Elizabeth Arden - Hidden Fantasy by Britney Spears

I finally found this at Kohl's after Christmas. No lotion or shower gel to go with it yet. Originally it was supposed to be launched in early December so I have no idea when it will officially be launched now. It has been described as a cherry vanilla smell. I didn't think it smelled like cherry vanilla at all. In my opinion it was a combo of Curious vs. Fantasy. I like both of those fragrances so I really liked this one. This one has a more grown up smell to it and the bottle is lovely! Red with jewels embedded in it just like the Fantasy bottle. So far Curious seems to have the longest staying power on me but this ran a close second.
This was a limited edition item part of the red passions collection. It comes in a pretty red case that contains six shadows. Scant Creamy white with pink pearl Satin Taupe With a Taupe brown and silvery bronze shimmer Dark Devotion Black & brown Gorgeous Soft silver with white pearl Ambiance Cool Medium grey and silver sparkle Carbon Intense deep black ALSO INCLUDES MATCHING 213SE BRUSH I found this palette to be great! The colors are very versatile for everyday looks and smokey dramatic looks. I noticed on youtube it was used a lot to recreate Britney Spears look on the cover of the new CD Circus.
Eye Shadow -Physicians Formula - Baked Collection - Baked Sands

Great trio for a daytime or nightime look! No fallout like you would usually get from mineralized eyeshadow. Three shades one is a bronze, the other an expresso, and the lightest a vanilla like luminous color. Creates a great smokey eye or a natural eye. All shadows do h ave a lustre or shimmer to them but not to th point where you feel like a disco ball. The compact is very sturdy and when you hit pan (and you will) it is a flat surface as these shadows are just the mounds that you see there is nothing underneath the compact. The applicator as most leaves a lot to be desired but that is why we have other brushes...right? I use the bronze on my lid up to crease, the light as a highlighter and the dark expresso and an outer v color and sweep under eye and smoke it out. This trio would complement any complexion!
Four products in one! This product is a reconstructor, glossifier, thermal protectant, and straightener. Has no alcohol but does have silk and soy proteins. Incredible shine! Directions advise to apply to wet hair, but I apply on wet hair and after I style on dry hair.
Great lightweight relaxing balm for all hair types but would be perfect for fine hair because it wouldn't weigh it down at all. A bit expensive I would prefer another smoothing balm over this due to the thickness of my hair.
This is a great product that leaves your hair very silky. It is heat activated and is a heat protectant, hair smoother, and hair straightener. Great when you flat iron! Has a Keratin Silicone Complex which is great in the humidity keeping your hair straight and frizz free. I live in Florida so this is put to the test on a daily basis! I would recommend this product to anyone who uses heat to style their hair.
Conditioner -Unlisted Brand - Keracare Moisturizing Conditioner
blondie7110 1/19/2009 10:51:00 PM
Horrible Shampoo and Conditioner. I picked these up because I wanted to try to all the buzz about Keracare. My hair felt like dry and strawlike. I like my sulfates and silicones and my hair is in great condition. Everyone has their individual preferences and what works for them. This product does not work for me. Would not recommend to anyone even someone with a dry scalp.
HG drugstore mascara! Great Stuff! Brush is large and picks up a lot of product without clumping when applied. Makes lashes appear thicker and volumous. Took one lippie off because doesn't do much as far as lengthening, but you can layer another mascara to do that. I use MAC Zoom after using LashBlast as the first coat and I have the false eyelash look I'm looking for. This is better than any of the mascaras you will find in the drugstore with primers and I have tried them all!
This is a smoothing cream but I use it as a leave in conditioner after I get out of the shower. Eliminates frizz and flyaways and makes your hair feel like silk! Smells great! In fact, one of it's uses is to eliminate odor, hense the name "After Party". I use it everyday in conjunction with my glossifiers and straightening balms.
I finally got this product! It is very thin in texture and I can see how if used in conjunction with another product could create the false eyelash effect I'm trying to find. If I use Covergirl Lash Blast as my 1st coat and MAC Zoom as the 2nd coat I get my desired result. However, using this along does not produce the result I wanted. I would buy this again, but would use along with another mascara that builds and add thickness and then the MAC Zoom for the length.
