I have bought 1000mcg biotin pills, and have been taking them for about a couple weeks now, almost every day. My hair usually grows at a snail pase, but since I started using biotin, I feel that it has made a big difference and that my hair has already grown visibly. However, I have also noticed tiny bumbs around my chin and jaw area, where I rearely get breaks out. I am hoping that this will stop when my body adjusts to the pill, but I'm also worried about the breakouts getting worse and not going away soon. I will continue using for another week or two and will update with results.
I really did not like this foundaiton. It did not cover well, and my skin reacted immediately to it. It made me red and itchy. I don't know whats in this foundaiton, but for my skin it was horrible. I love mac studio fix and have had no problems with it, but this one is a big no for me.
I rotate between nars sheer glow (punjab) and mac studio fix (nc30) I think, both foundations are great, it just depends how my skin is feeling at times. I have very sensative skin that breaks out and reacts very easily to products, so I was pleasantly suprised that my skin did not react to studio fix foundation. I find thatt mac is a bit more yellow based than sheer glow punjab which is more neutral and better skin match for me. But mac studio fix is still one of the better foundations out there and I have tried a lot of higher end foundations. Just make sure to blend blend blend :)
I really like this foundation, I like to rotate between mac studio fix fluid and this foundation. I wear Punjab in Nars and NC35 in MAC. Sheer Glow is amazing, it feels and looks like second skin. It is medium coverage but buildable. I am still on the look out for my HG only because I am looking for a full coverage foundation that looks like second skin. Until I find one, sheer glow is great and I would recommend it to everyone.
I have been using mac studio fix liquid foundation for years and I think its great. A little heavy but a great foundation that never broke me out. This is the reason I though the powder version would be a great product for me. I was wrong, its a great foundation, good silky coverage, but it broke me out. I tried it on different occasions to make sure that it was the powder that was breaking me out, and unfortunately it was.

I don't know about the new version, but the old version of this products is fantastic. I used it for when my skin reacted bad to some other cream or to calm it down from a sun burn. A few applications is all it took to restore my skin to its natural state. However, I did notice that I had to use very little of the product or I would breakout, so as long as you don't use too much of the cream it is a great product and I would recommend it to anyone who tends to experience red skin occasionally.
