Eye Makeup Remover -Almay - Oil-free eye makeup remover liquid

I normally use Equate oil-free eye-makeup remover. I love it but had run out. I was in Kroger when I saw the Almay oil-free eye makeup remover on sale. I bought two bottles. I figured because it was Almay, it would be comparable or better than Equate (which is actually comparable to Neutrogena Oil Free Eye Makeup remover). I hated it the first time I used it. The smell was very strong and it stung my eyes terribly. To top it off, it didn't remove my makeup well. Typically, I wear eyeshadow, eyeliner and mascara (not waterproof). Almay removed the make-up poorly and because of the stinging, I ended up washing off the rest when I wash the rest of my face. Equate removes all of the makeup and NO STINGING. For the price, even on sale, Almay came in a smaller bottle (4.0 oz), while Equate comes in a larger bottle (5.5 oz). Eventually, I went out and bought two bottles of my Equate and poured the remaining Almay down the sink. The other bottle will follow.
I've read many reviews on Total Effects Anti-Aging Anti-Blemish Moisturizer. Many very good. I debated trying the pricey moisturizer but with Olay's reputation, I felt I couldn't go wrong. Ok, I won't say it was wrong but just not right for me. (1) The moisturizer gave me this weird ashen look. The first couple of times, I thought I just didn't put enough on but once I realized that that wasn't the case, I was stuck. I still got blemishes. I would say just the same as I always had (during that time of the month) & the moisturizer didn't refine my pores. I just wasn't impressed and I really wanted to be. Because my skin is maturing :o), I definitely want quality cleansers and moisturizers; since I have combination skin, I really want to get something that is going to deal with my skin mania. Not willing to toss Olay to the wolves, I decided to Regenerist. Again, I've heard many great things about Regenerist. I really hope this is the one. If you have any suggestions, please feel free to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I wanted some new options in lip color and I'd seen Iman for years but never tried it. I finally did and I am hooked for life. I tried the Luxury Moisturizing Lipstick in Jaguar. It is rich and the color is beautiful. I am in Iman fan for sure now. I was surprised it lasted as well as it did. Of course when I ate, it was gone but up until then, it held up very well. I also tried the Luxury Moisturizing Lipstick in Citron. I get a lot of compliments on it.
I bought this moisturizer because I didn't want to spend gobs of money on a moisturizer that I hadn't cleared through MUA :o). So I got this until I could get something that has had some great reviews. I am impressed with the way this moisturizer absorbs into my skin. Because it is really hot and my skin tends to much oilier, it doesn't leave it greasy and I REALLY love that. As a basic moisturizer and for the price, it's not bad but it's just a hold over for me. I really don't like the fact that it has no pump. I had been using Kiss My Face's Peaches and Cream moisturizer but it has Alpha Hydroxy and I want to give it a break. So my next investment will probably be Oil of Olay's Total Effects Anti-Blemish formula.
If it is the best because it's cheap, you are getting your money's worth. Great Lash has been around for years but I never used it. I decided to give it a try and YUCK. I should have tried Wet & Wild mascara first. It was clumpy and it left me with racoon eyes at the end of the day. It looked like I had either been crying or fighting. There is bunch of hype behind this and I am not sure why. Maybe because it's throwback mascara. Whatever the reason, I am not nostalgic over it and I WON'T buy it again.

I am really not sure if I'll buy this product again. When I am getting ready in the morning, the mascara is the part I don't like. The brush isn't too user friendly. Supposedly this is the mascara that is most popular. I will have to try a few others to see how they pan out before I totally nix this one.
Let me tell you how good this stuff is...I had to stop using it. I have always had brittle nails. Even if they'd get length to them, they would chip or break. So if I didn't have fake nails, I just kept short nails.I discovered Nail Envy and it is wonderful. After about a month and a half (give or take a few days) of using it according to the enclosed directions, my nails began to grow and grow STRONG. Even now that I haven't used it for a month, my nails are still rock hard. The reason I stopped using it was because they just kept growing and I type quite often so for me, it became a nuisance. I trimmed them and shaped and they just kept right on growin. When I get a wild hair to have long nails again, I won't hesitate to get my Nail Envy. It is great! If you get Ulta's monthly catalog, they always have a coupon for a percentage off or $3.50. Treat yourself!
I love this nail polish!!! Kudos to Walgreens. I love the coverage and how it lasts. I've bought several colors but my all time favorite is creamy mocha. Walgreens sometimes has a buy one get one free. Stay tuned!
It was way too sticky for my taste. At first, I thought it was just me because I really don't use a lot of lip gloss. Then I tried, MAC's LusterGlass (beaux) and discovered that the consistency is much better.
This is the same thing as MAC's Matte. I tried it, liked it but really didn't dig the price. MAC has a better price and more comes in the tube. I guess it depends on what you like. I never heard of DHC until they started flooding my mailbox with there catalogs. After shopping around @ places like Kiehls and MAC, I've found that for my budget DHC simply doesn't add up. You can find comparable products at these store that offer more product @ a better price. I've never heard of DHC. For my money (not to mention I am particular about what goes on my skin), I will stick with tried & true companies.
I pray they never discontinue this color. My first trip to the MAC counter @ SAKS and this one of the items I purchased. It's funny. I forgot it one day and didn't even bother to put on my tried and true lipstick. LOL. Beaux is a beautiful color and I love the consistency of the gloss. Not super sticky like H.I.P. I line my lips with a brown lipstick and then put Beaux inside the line. Press my lips together and VOILA. Succulent.
Typically, I don't wear foundation. I've never needed to. As my skin becomes more "mature." I notice my skin tone is uneven. For years, I have heard friedns rave about MAC products. I finally broke down and got some. My concern about using powders/foundation was that it would look cakey or fake. MAC's Select Sheer/Pressed powder didn't disappoint me. It is perfect for a first time user. There is no way you can mess this up. Coupled with their concealer Select moisture cover concealer, I have a very polished look in the morning. The powder helps me enhance my natural skin tone and that is exactly what I was looking to do. No cover up. I highly recommend the select sheer powder. It is very good and the price didn't bother me much either because of the amazing results.
