Lips -Revlon - Colorburst Lip Butter in Red Velvet

This is one of my favorite shades! A nice fall red color that is beautiful on my fair skin. Very pigmented and applies as well as most of the other shades. It doesn't separate as easily as creme brulee, and I get compliments when I wear it. Think of a dark brick, this is kind of along that line. As for longevity, it's not long lasting. But are most lipsticks and balms are? And if they are, they can start to look a little rough. It's got to get a rating of 5.

I heard so many rave reviews about this, and it really didn't live up to the standard it's been given. At least for me anyway. The separation of pigment really showed through on this one. I also believe my lips are too pink and pigmented for this shade to do anything. I might as well have taken concealer and Vaseline and mixed it together. I would have gotten the same look, hands down. Even more annoying, I waited & waited to get this. Every drug store or store I went to, always had the leftover opened/damaged ones. And I can go on a rant about opening cosmetics and swatching them in store, but I won't. I should mention I love almost all the butters I've gotten, but this one was a bummer.

This is a nice "Your lip color but better" shade. At least for me anyway... I like to wear this when I'm feeling lazy. It doesn't stand out drastically, but it is noticeable and natural against my fair skin. Initially I didn't care for this shade when I first tried it, but now it's one of my favorites for those days where I want to look natural or wear little to no make-up.

I haven't worn this shade all that much, because I do prefer other shades in the butters. BUT, it is really nice with the right make-up to compliment it. It's definitely not an everyday shade in my book, but the pigment is nice and the quality is as nice as all the other butters. It's just not one of my favorites on my fair skin.

I really like this shade. It's more of a dark coral though. I feel like this suits fair skin well. A little background, I have a fair complexion and golden highlighted hair. This sticks out enough where you can wear it everyday and feel like you made a statement, but not so much so like you're walking a red carpet. It applies smoothly, and doesn't feel tacky. After two coats I got the desired color pay off. The frost doesn't really show up too much on me, or in general. The color is more present.

So rich and buttery. I'm hooked on this line from The Body Shop. I have acne prone skin with many products, the wrong ingredient can break me out. Over all my skin is clear, I just have to be careful. Even worse, because my skin is sensitive and combinational I can't use something like cetaphil or something harsh like proactiv. This is a staple for me, it makes my skin baby soft and healthy looking.

It's not the worst, but it's not the best. It didn't cause my skin to break-out, it didn't dry out my skin, but it didn't exfoliate my skin. The micro-beads should just be done away with, because this is lotion like, it doesn't get sudsy. That doesn't bother me, but the fact I can't wash my make-up off with this is frustrating. It doesn't stick? Hopefully that makes sense. If I use this with my Sephora brush, it just gets filmy and stuck inside the bristles. And this isn't effective when you use your hands. I guess what i'm trying to say, is, it's not bad. On a desperate occasion it wouldn't hurt me to use it. I just didn't gain any results from it. I'm beta hydroxy sensitive, and this didn't burn thankfully.
I didn't care for the smell of this, and it wasn't beneficial for my skin at all. Generally speaking, I really enjoy lush. This moisturizer caused me to breakout though, and it really didn't balance out my skin. To be honest, it felt heavy, greasy, and slick. I really wanted to love it, but it just didn't work at all. I think it clogged my pores.
I wanted to give this a try after my last break-out. First off, my skin has been less oily. Which is a big positive. I haven't had any break-outs since my last one (I tend to suffer from cystic acne every few months) and this helped heal those two spots. I truly believe this can work and does work, because my skin has been better since I started taking this. The only downside is I do get nauseous if I don't eat after or before. I take one 50mg a day. I find the pill hard to swallow too, because they desolve super easily. But all in all, it's worth it.

This product is going to be a must have. I rarely break out anymore, but I have been known to have been acne prone. So as a preventive, I usually use acne related products to take care of my skin. But recently, I got two cystic pimples on my chin. Cystic pimples plague me every so often, for a two week period. Nothing but time and creams, can help, and even then, I still might have to 'work' on it. ANYWAY, this cream doesn't make me break out. It makes my skin baby soft, and it gives me a glow and smooth application with makeup. BETTER YET, after those two pimples I unfortunately dried my skin out (also in conjunction with the low tempature). I mean, really, really, bad. I was self cautious and tried multiple lotions for weeks. nothing was working. On a whim, I went into the body shop and asked the shop lady what she'd recommend me. And this, was it. Originally she tried getting me to buy the day version, but I told her how dry my skin was, and she said she uses this in the winter. It's my new favorite and I don't even use my clean&clear anymore.
Blush -Wet 'n' Wild - Silk Finish Blush 831D Pearlescent Pink

I think I love this because it's a brighter warm soul (from mac) that I love. I recently have been dying my hair lighter. And warm soul would get lost on my fair skin and new blonde hair. I needed a pick me up, and the rose blush Sephora hooked me up with was clown-ish. THIS, I LOVE. It's not too bright on my fair skin, but I do have to use a fan brush to use it. I found other brushes made it too heavy, and I enjoyed the sweeping method to this, anyway. More natural. I 'm a little scared it will break on me soon, since wet'n'wild is known for crappy packaging. It's why I refuse to buy walking on eggshells again. But, I'd truly recommend this. It doesn't irritate my skin, stays on well, looks natural if a applied with the right brush, and makes me look healthy and awake.
Styling Products -Frederic Fekkai - Glossing Cream with Olive Oil

I tried this cream multiple times, in multiple ways. And well, it just doesn't do it for me. It's too thick, it's too heavy, and it weighs my hair down. After a few hours, especially in certain weather, it made my hair gross. It didn't make styling any easier. And looking at the ingredients it's no wonder why. I'm really glad I just bought the travel size, not the full size.
I love this, but I recommend using a leave in conditioner with it, or some serum/oil. My hair does get filmy with this if I over do it, so it's best to be cheap with the amount you use. How I use this, is I spray and do a few scrunches, let it air dry for a good while, until it's dry. Braid my bangs, and curl a few areas with my 1/2 curling iron. When I used this the 2nd time, I did too much spray and agree it can make your hair feel dry. I also don't recommend using a blow dryer.

I really really really like this! I use it once a week and my skin is glowing, clearer, and softer. Which is great, since I've had dry skin. I can't see myself using this more than once a week, because I don't enjoy the smell all that much. It reminds me of bathroom cleaner. That one con aside, I'd recommend this!
I've been suffering from dry skin lately, and this works really well with all the new products I've gotten to fight the dry skin. Usually I use acne related products to fight blemishes, or better yet, prevent them. I don't have acne, but i can have a break out here or there, that can involve two pimples. Well, I had two and I dried them out with BP. BUT whoops, it's been snowing and 20 degrees where I live, and alas I made my skin patchy, flaky, itchy, and irritated. Mostly near my chin and jaw line. I tried everything, but it was bad. I had to swap my entire skin care regimen after a week or so. Clean&clear moisturizer got changed to vitamin e intense moisturizer by the body shop. My cleanser went from Neutrogena oil free daily face wash, to aqua marina by lush to combat the redness. I usually swear by Queen Helene's mint julep mask, but this has replaced that. It doesn't break me out, it's healed my skin, and my face feels baby soft.
