I'm sooo glad I picked up this shade! I was hesitant because I really didn't think I would like it on me. I'm very fair with pink undertones, and reds usually look horrendous on me, but this shade works somehow! Yay! I think it is because it's more pinky-red, which makes it much more flattering for my skintone. I like that it is not an intense, in your face, red. It's a little subdued, but still gives you that cherry popsicle look to the lips. I am loving this shade for spring and summer! If you can't usually pull off reds, then try this one and I think you may be surprised at how wearable it is.

Mascara -Rimmel - Sexy Curves

I had heard a lot of good things about this mascara on YouTube so when I saw it on clearance at the drugstore, I picked it up. I expected great things from this mascara and I was disappointed unfortunately. Honestly, I didn't find that it really curled my lashes. I still found myself reaching for my eyelash curler to get the effect that I wanted. Also, this mascara often clumped my lashes together. I had to put a lot of effort into getting the wand to actually separate my lashes due to the shape of the wand. This also made my lashes very brittle and hard. I guess I've just gotten use to mascara formulas that leave your lashes somewhat soft. The last straw was how it flakes throughout the day. This is definitely not the worst mascara I've tried, but it's not in my top 10 either.

Lipstick -Maybelline - Color Sensational-Coral Crush

I'm IN LOVE with this lipstick!!! This color is not something I would have picked out for myself based on looking inside the tube. Just looking at it in the container, it appears way to orange and bright to be attractive on me. Thankfully I saw this on someone online and fell in love with it. It is way more wearable than it appears-but it IS a bright shade, so be prepared. I was lucky enough to swap for it and I am sooo glad to have it! This is definitely my staple color for spring and summer. It brightens up my face for the warmer months. I am very fair but coral is definitely my color :) I know this will be beautiful for tan skin tones as well. I really like the formula of the Color Sensational lip sticks. I do like to add a clear gloss over it to help sheer it out at times (for work) and make it look better if I am having a dry lip day. I would buy this again if I ran out in a heartbeat! Highly recommended!

Concealers -Hard Candy - Glamoflauge Concealer

I have to say that I wasn't impressed at first with this concealer. I found it very hard to blend and it got cakey very easily. I used it for a little while and then it got pushed to the back of my drawer and I started using something more creamy with a thinner consistency. Today I decided to try a tip from a reviewer below and mixed it with my moisturizer...and it worked beautifully! It went on smoothly and blended super easy and created a beautiful canvas for the rest of my makeup-covered all of my imperfections and redness. I pretty much used this as my foundation today and just set it with some powder and it has lasted wonderfully. I'm so glad I decided to change up my technique of using this product :)

This is a scent that I don't usually gravitate towards, but I'm so glad I took a chance on it. It smells so decadent when it is burning and my husband asked me what I was cooking! haha

Candles -Bath and Body Works - Nectarine Mint (Candle)

I love this fruity fragrance! My husband really liked it too-which is rare since a lot of fragrances give him migraines. I would buy this in a body mist if BBW would make it. I think the mint makes it so much better and not so girly smelling.

I adore eating dark chocolate in real life and this candle captures the scent perfectly-without the calories! The added peppermint makes it a perfect winter/Christmas scent.

This was my newest candle that I bought for the winter. It is the perfect combo of sweet and warm which equals a really cozy, homey fragrance that I will purchase again and again. Winter is probably my least favorite season because I hate being cold, but this candle makes the season a little more bearable :)

This is a very sweet smelling candle that I love to burn in the summer. It does smell a lot like pink lemonade, but I happen to like that. Fragrance definitely can have an impact on your mood and this one makes me smile :)

Candles -Bath and Body Works - Twisted Peppermint

I really loved this scent when I first got it. It was a nice cool peppermint fragrance, but it soon became overpowering. I also had a problem with the wax changing to a yellow color and not it almost has a smoky scent that is not appealing with the peppermint. I have used about 1/2 of it, but I'm not sure I can handle burning the rest as the scent now makes me nauseous unfortunately :(

Loose Powders -Bare Escentuals - Mineral Veil

I had grown tired of my BE makeup and all of the loose, messy powders and had gone back to all of my pressed powders/eyeshadows and liquid makeup. I ran out of my usual setting powder and was searching for something I could use since I am trying to use up the makeup I have instead of buying more. I found my long ago hidden mineral veil and fell in love again. I have gotten into wearing liquid foundation more, but setting it is a must with my combo skin. This stuff is amazing for that. It literally blurs my skin imperfections and makes my skin look flawless. I don't feel that it comes off as glittery, but just gives my skin a healthy sheen. I'm sooo glad they finally came out with the closable sifters since that makes it way less messy for travel Now I am running out of this and will be buying more. LOVE IT!

Treatments -Olay - Regenerist Daily Regenerating Serum

I have the fragrance free version of this and I personally really like it. I started searching for a serum this winter after my nightly thick moisturizer wasn't cutting it and I continued to have flaky skin. I apply this morning and night before my moisturizer and it has made a real difference in the effectiveness of my moisturizer. It makes my skin very soft and really smooths my skin texture. Thankfully I now have my flaky skin under control! It is a little pricey, but so worth it and bonus-in the drugstore they will have a store version that compares to this, but is cheaper :)

Moisturizers -Garnier - Moisture Rescue Lightweight UV Lotion SPF 15

I find it very hard to find a good facial moisturizer for my combination skin. I get very oily in my T-zone but dry and flaky on my cheeks. I have had disappointing results with a lot of department store moisturizers, mainly that they are either too greasy or they don't give enough moisture to my skin. This is the perfect medium for me. It smells nice, absorbs quickly into the skin and leaves my skin soft and moisturized. Sometimes in the winter when my skin gets extra dry and my flakes still show through, I will just put on some serum first and I'm good to go :) Love this and will definitely continue to purchase!

Polishes -China Glaze - Turned Up Turquoise 849237

This is such a beautiful color! It does lean more green than blue, unfortunately through. I would have liked it to look more blue on the nail. However, I still think it is a great shade for warmer months. When I picked this up, I didn't realize it was a neon shade or that it would dry matte. It looks horrible matte, but what I usually do is apply two coats and then a topcoat that brings out the color that you see in the bottle. I do like that this formula dries extremely fast though! It makes doing my nails super fast and easy.
